Overall this place is good. The sausages were very dry, other than that I'd go back again. Soups and cabbage rolls were delicious.

I tried Soup & Sausage on E Bell and really enjoyed the experience. I ordered the soup combo, which came with a cup of hearty chicken soup filled with celery, potatoes, carrots and zucchini. It was warm, and delicious. The sausage bread, which came with the combo, wasn't quite my thing, but the overall meal still felt satisfying. What really stood out was the ambiance: gentle piano music playing through the speakers made the whole place feel calm and inviting. It's a lovely spot for a cozy meal. The service was friendly and fast.

    Great home made bread

First time eating here, came in on a Sunday morning. Located in a shopping center with lots of parking. Table and chairs with booth tables, great for both small and large groups. Air condition is perfect, not freezing and not above room temperature. Music playing inside was instrumental piano. This is a place where you proceed straight to the front counter and place your order with the cashier. You sit wherever you like. The menu is located behind the counter above the wall as well as a menu in front of the exterior of the store near the front door in large colored photos. I ordered the hunters stew, in house made bread, French fries and fountain drink. Hunters stew was superbly tender. It is basically a large portion beef stew enough for 2 people. Portion and tastes are both impressive. French fries were amazing, salted just right and came on a full plate. Generous servings also enough for 3 people. In house made bread was a little different for me. I'm used to Cheesecake Factory style bread. The bread here was fresh and served with butter. Just good old fashioned bread, I enjoyed it greatly. Fountain drink was amazing, I had the Barq's root beer red crème soda which is something that is very rare to see. Tastes like cherry Pepsi inside a Barq's regular root beer. Service was friendly, cashier mentioned the popular items as I explained it was my first time eating there. I would highly recommend. This is amazing food from a different culture and I'm grateful that they have a location in the greater Phoenix area. Please come and support this business. Customer service is amazing!!

    Potato-Cheddar pierogies (vareniki)

A new find for some great comfort food this evening, taking me back to my grandfather's roots in Kyiv! This place has an extensive menu, but my dinner companion and I both ordered pirogies - mine pan fried and his boiled. Both versions were delicious, served fast and in hearty portions. This is hidden a bit behind KFC, but worth tracking down. The place is clean, comfortable and simple. Service was timely and friendly.

The borscht was delicious it came with sour cream and a very dry bread it was an extra charge for bread (0.49) and sour cream(0.69). I did order a beef cabbage rolls it was filled with rice and almost no beef. My friend had the combination plate, the pancake was very dry and the pierogies were dry too,her beef cabbage rolls had almost no beef but lots of rice. It's took a while to get the food however the waiter was kind and polite.

Wow!!! I was working nearby and decided to give this place a try. The solyanka soup was so delicious. I had the honey cake for dessert. I could devour an entire cake by myself. The place was immaculately clean and the owner is very polite and helpful for a first timer trying Ukrainian cuisine. I travel and have tried many different food on my journeys this restaurant is one I will be returning to.

In lay man's terms, it's effectively a giant hot pocket but the filling is ultra rich, savory and filling. I tried the og - which historically is beef, potatoes and root vegetables and it was definitely thick and filling - the red wine gravy is a must on it as it's a little dry otherwise. My wife tried the Guinness stew one and that was the winner in my book - umami rich, ultra savory tender beef stew with good vegetal notes. They have tons of other combinations that looked interesting - bangers and mash and shepherds pie to name a few. This place screams British pub and glad I got to try some of this piece of history!

Walked in to a nearly empty restaurant -- just one other customer -- and wasn't greeted. The AC was off with only a few floor fans running, making the space feel suffocating. After waiting 30 minutes for my spring rolls (in an almost empty restaurant), they arrived with no peanut sauce and zero apology from the staff. By this point I was flushed, short of breath, and feeling faint from the heat and poor air circulation. I politely let the male server know I was overheating and felt like I might faint. His response? He told me the AC was on and to "drink more water" -- in a rude, dismissive tone -- then walked away to greet a new customer. I packed up my spring rolls to go and paid without a word. He didn't seem surprised. It felt like this was a pattern he was used to. After leaving I checked other reviews -- long wait times, poor atmosphere, and rude staff are recurring themes. I'm adding my experience to save others the trip. Don't waste your time or money here.

There is even a lunch special menu Mon-Fri 11-2:30pm and has a good selection of bento boxes! I've gotten their beef teriyaki bento box and it came with rice, salad, 2 piece California rolls, and 2 pc fried gyozas. Pricing is $13-20 The beef teriyaki is pretty tender, flavorful, and not too salty. The salad is underwhelming and didn't have fresh greens. The fried gyozas were decent, nothing special. The California rolls were ok, not bad. I would say it's 7/10. The bibimbap was very fresh and delicious but a little pricey ($18.95). The bulgogi was marinated very well and rice was super crispy inside the hot stone bowl. Seafood tofu soup was pretty good and not too overly salty. It was very flavorful and the tofu was very soft. I would say it's 8/10 Would definitely recommend and return
