They're OPEN! ... and they're delicious. :) We were so thrilled to see the "now open" sign outside last week! You walk in and order on a tablet. Easy and quick! The order displays on a tv screen outside to see your place in line and about how long until your order is ready. You also get a text when the order is ready, too! They don't have seating inside, so it's a grab and go setup. There are a couple of tables outside if you want to stay and eat! The owner was coming out and making sure customers were having an easy time with the tablets and having pleasant conversations with everyone. He was such a nice guy and we are so excited they were able to re-open! We will be back! ... and sorry I don't have a photo to post on this review. I've been to this Quiznos location twice now, and both experiences have been great! It's in a convenient location, and I love that you can place your order ahead of time--they're always super quick, making it a perfect spot to grab lunch on the go. One thing to note is that there isn't an indoor dining area. That doesn't bother me, but if you're looking to sit down and eat inside, it's something to be aware of. They do have a couple of patio tables out front if you'd like to enjoy your meal there. The employees working here are incredibly friendly, and I've had nothing but positive experiences with both the customer service and the food. Everything has been fresh, made correctly, and delicious. Also, don't overlook their daily specials! They offer a different featured sandwich each day at a discounted price, which is a great deal. Yes!!! Finally open more than 2 hours a day. There's not much on this side of town that isn't a burger so options are limited. So glad I popped in today to give Quiznos another try. Great location but the kiosks don't have appropriate descriptions for all the sandwiches as this is an automated location with no human taking orders. They sold us a Sammy which was not a toasted sub and when we got home, it was a wrap. We even inquired with the associate who brought our order out and she confirmed it was a round sandwich instead of a regular looking one. This is so misleading. The chicken in the Sammy didn't seem real. It had a artificial taste. They need to make better subs if they want return business and train associates to know what they are serving. read more

Who knew Quiznos was still around. Its been over 10 years I'm guessing since I've been in one. Was going to physical therapy and starving after my appt and Quiznos was right next door. They still had my old favorite veggie sandwich, so had to get it. They still had the little toaster oven that warms up your bread and melts your cheese and the sandwich was stacked with veggies! The hours are not only bad only being open until 3:30, but they're inaccurate on Apple Maps, saying they're open and I went only for it to be closed. I don't have one near me and thought I'd drive a ways to get it. Drove 38 minutes just for it to be closed. Please update your hours so people can see when you're open. read more

Used to frequent this chain back in California, but not many are here in Arizona. This location seemed to be training a bunch of teenagers to work. The turkey quality is still a bit sketchy here and the Chipotle sauce didn't have enough of a punch to make the Chipotle turkey sandwich standout. I want so much to love Quiznos again... and it's fine... but seriously, if I have to pay elevated prices to support the rising minimum wage, could I at least get greeted (vs stared at blankly) and an accurately assembled sandwich? Seems particularly cruel after standing 2 feet apart and having to repeat the same order 2-3x to them have my sandwich come out wrong. I get it. Your slangin' sandwiches. Hardly glorious, but really with modern labor laws, the conditions aren't exactly harsh and it's not a terrible job in general. I can respect anyone in any job if they do it well. It's like a coelacanth - you thought they were extinct but there are a few surviving ones just like the last Blockbuster in Bend, OR. I have gone to this establishment 3 times in the last 3 months and no one greets me when I enter ( meaning no "hello, welcome in ) no smiles, the employees look absolutely miserable & seem unhappy to wait on the customers. Each time my sandwich was soggy to the point that it seems intentional. I always use my manners & tip 20% but not lately. I will never go back to this location as I work hard for my money & refuse to spend it in an establishment that employs rude & disrespectful staff. It's a coin flip on if the store is actually open or not. Hours change all the time. Sometimes they like to lock the door early and signal through the door that they're done for the day. Wow. I haven't eaten Quiznos since I was a kid. Today's visit was enlightening. I ordered a Italian Classic on jalapeño-cheddar bread. I wasn't expecting much from the visit, but boy, that sandwich was way better than I was expecting. That sandwich was better than subway by far, the bread was the perfect size for the amount of food inside the sandwich, and the lettuce was perfect deli style adding so much flavor and texture to the sub! I forgot to tell them to NOT toast my sandwich. In other sandwich shops toasting is an option. I can't even tell there is any cheese on the sandwich because it is melted to nothing. Today's visit to my neighborhood Quiznos, I was very unhappy. There was little to no meat on my sandwich, the pickle, pepper and condiment station was already closed at 7:45 when they close at nine. And the cashier lady forced me into buying a large drink. Sandwich was absolutely terrible. No meat on it. Also why do you guys bake the bread at like 13 inches only to cut off an inch and throw it out. Why not bake the bread smaller or just give me the extra inch of bread for free ? Lol cheap people. Very disappointed ordered 2 sandwiches and two soups. One of the sandwiches was smashed (we had delivery) and the forgot the chili. Waited almost 40 minutes for the order and paid $4.00 for delivery and smashed and forgotten?? Went to get lunch today at 11:15am. Keep in mind the posted hours on the door clearly say they open at 10am. However, the door was locked. There were employees inside doing something related to making sandwiches. So, I just stood there looking in when finally one of the employees came and opened the door. She told me they were going to be closed for at least another hour until they were done making a catering order. Excuse me????? Why weren't there extra employees brought in to fill this order so they could remain open to help regular customers? This was the saddest excuse of customer service I have ever seen. I will drive out of my way just to go to Quizno's as this is one of the few remaining locations still open and I love it so much, but unfortunately, they have lost a loyal customer. This location provided me with the perfectly toasted and delicious sandwich I've come to expect from Quiznos. I just went to this location again and AGAIN there was barely any meat. I asked if they changed how much meat theyre putting on the sandwiches and they said yes because corporate got mad and now they're limited to only putting 2 oz of meat... AKA 2 lil slices of meat. If thats the case then corporate needs to lower their prices then too. No one wants to pay the same amount for less meat. They also should change their advertisements which show sandwiches full of meat to a sorry ass looking sandwich with mostly lettuce in it. I came home added more meat to my sandwich from the fridge today. Never going back there again. Quiznos can just go out of business now. The only reason this gets two stars is because of the two girls working the end of the sandwich bar today.. I ordered a Baha chic sandwich and that was fine then I ordered two flatbreads with balsamic vinaigrette and NO cheese I must have repeated it three times to the girl making sandwiches because she seemed tuned out making a cater order I get it your busy. Then they come out of the other side with cheese so I tell them that I didn't want cheese the girls at the end of the counter apologized and asked the order maker at the other end to remake them with no cheese then this is where things go bad.. The girl looks over at them and says just pick off the cheese now I'm not a genius but I know that you can't pick off melted cheese.. I'm assuming she was a manager of some sorts and she was wearing a sweater and the other two girls are wearing their uniforms so I asked the girl on the sweater to please remake them because the person I was getting it for has a cheese allergy so with an attitude and not even apologizing to me she goes back to remake them and tells the people that are waiting behind me that she can't make their sandwiches yet because I need new ones.. Rude rude rude I apologized and the two girls at the end of the counter were amazing they made my order right.. Needless to say the new sandwiches that I got didn't look so great there was hardly any sauce on them and she sped them through the oven so it wasn't really toasted.. To the two girls at the end of the counter hats off to you you guys did a great job but to the order taker that was there today at about 1030 I've never had someone be so rude about a mistake that you made not me..
