Bad cleaning in bathrooms. Floors are sticky and need updating. Food price mainly is on the high side.

I had chicken noodle soup to go and I was so disappointed. Didn't have much the ingredients that you would find in a typical chicken noodle soup and I dare say canned soup must have more ingredients than panera. I'll never order the chicken noodle soup or other soups to go at panera cause it's just not worth the money for $4.70 with tax. read more

The Mediterranean veggie sandwich was good and will try making it at home, a bit pricey for almost $8 (with a pickle and chips or a tiny Macintosh apple). The only thing I didn't like was the cinnamon sugar streusel baked on the bread, not a good combo with hummus and feta, tasted like the sandwich sat next to a cinnamon roll. The cashiers stopped asking if you want the side to be an apple or bag of potato chips and just give you chips. You can ask to switch if you want when your order is ready. My friend got the chicken noodle soup, looked like it came straight from a can and was $6 for a very small bowl, came with a small piece of bread. May be a good place for coffee/tea and a pastry than an entree. The pick 2 ($10+) is not worth it as the full size is already small. read more

Fresh and healthy. I think I ordered some type of sandwich with bacon. I think possibly a chicken club of some sort. Anyway the service was great...clean quiet atmosphere. Highly recommend comin here for a bite to eat. read more

I used to enjoy coming here but a recent trip was so disappointing that I might never come back. My boyfriend's salad was limp and sad, with barely any dressing. The chicken was so cold, he suggested it might have come straight from the freezer. I didn't believe him until I saw him bite into chicken and spit out an ice cube. The exact same chicken was in my broth bowl, which I wasn't really enjoying, so that put me off even further. For a "broth" bowl, there was hardly any soup, which is what I had been craving. Once the few spoonfuls of soup were gone, it was just a bland pile of noodles and chicken. Ugh. I mean we all know Panera doesn't use the freshest ingredients and that their soups and pastas come in bags, etc. But $19 for these sad, sad meals? We felt so unsatisfied that we went to Wendy's. Yeah.. I'm not sure I'll return to a Panera location. read more

I've been frequenting this place for Almost two years and have even seen staff turnover. Skip the salad and go for the soup and sandwiches! Definitely recommend it now that they fired the girl who nearly set the place on fire when she set bagels on fire in the toaster! read more

Small sandwich plus extremely small apple apparently equals 10 dollars. But wait maybe it was worth it I got a limp and damaged pickle. The service was also fantastically horrible they buzzed my buzzer and didn't even start making my food yet just made me wait at the counter. Almost got two stars because of the high internet speed. read more

I go here all the time and they have great service. Sometimes they get my order wrong but they give you a free cookie if it's wrong. The food tastes great and it's my favorite restaurant. read more

Pretty standard Panera. All locations I have visited have pretty much the same quality of food and the same friendly staff. I love that they tell you the calories so I can try to choose the healthiest option. read more

This is a great Panera. The space is somewhat lacking compared to other locations; however, the food and service are both up to par.

I love Panera Bread! This location is about 15-20 minutes from my job so I don't get to go very often. However when I do go, its always busy during lunch hours- which is understandable. The staff is friendly and the food is delicious! read more

Yes I go to Panera but I do not know why. I guess the selection is good but the food is institutional . The soups by in large are not great , and the sandwiches with processed meats. I do like the baked goods and at least there are no surprises . The pasta dishes come pre made and heated from plastic bags . read more

I work in the shopping center and go here quite often for food. They are always friendly when I walk in there, everyone's smiling and greeting me as soon as I walk in. I always do their mobile ordering, and they are always done in a timely manner. The one complain I have is sometimes when I do the mobile order, my order is either off or not the right item. Luckily the staff their is amazing and are always willing to correct a mistake or problem. read more

The food is excellent for a chain but the service is iffy. If the manager is there and if you keep an eye on the guy serving you everything should turn out ok. Though the wifi is on the fritz. it should get better soon. read more

Ever since I moved back to the suburbs, I've been getting lunch at Panera Bread about every other day. Today I made the mistake of getting my lunch to go. The entire thing was very, very slopping. My sandwich was not wrapped well and everything had fallen out... the sandwich couldn't be saved. I was not given my salad and I'm pretty sure my large order of mac & cheese was a small. Other than this blunder, I've had pretty good experiences at this Panera Bread. read more

I worked near here for a number of years and always catered with breakfast, those wonderful souffles and bagels. Since leaving that job about 5 years ago, I haven't been here very much, though from time to time, I would stop in. It's not the same. I find the quality isn't what it used to be. I recently got one of their sugar cookies shaped like a mitten and an asiago bagel, one of my favorites. The cookie tasted oddly like lemon, but also artificial. The bagel usually comes either without much asiago or it's overdone. This time, it was both. The one thing that stood out in this visit was that when I used my credit card to pay, a message pops up after I swipe, asking me if I want to tip the employee. Now, I am someone who worked fast food in my teens, waitressed for several years.....I get it and tip well because I have been in those shoes. But at Panera where the gal just turned around and put a bagel in a bag for me? It felt awkward as she waited for me to finish the transaction. That's it for me. I won't return. read more

We really enjoy this Panera. Gets a little busy during lunch time, but the food is always great and the wait is reasonable. Usually there are plenty of places to sit. I do wish they'd clean off tables more frequently however. I rather not preface a good meal by cleaning off the disgusting mess left on a table by the previous diners. read more

Employees were very rude and made remarks about me. If I go to your restaurant the last thing I want is to be gossiped by the employees, especially from a panera where one of their biggest draws is supposed to be their welcoming environment. The dining room is very gross, it would never pass a health inspection. Don't eat here. read more

Just. No. I ate with my friend I got half soup and half panini. My soup was hardly warm basically cold and my half panini was half the size it normally should be. I shouldn't complain because my friend ordered half the same panini as me and got even less! It was seriously like they took half a panini and split it between us for our halfs. The panini was also made horribly one side had a tiny piece of turkey the other side was all bread no filling. Missing were veggies that were present the last time I ordered. She also ordered a broth bowl that was supposed to have chicken in it. She literally had one, yes one, little slice of chicken and two noodles. I do not know what was going on but they seems to be rationing the food or something. So weird. The past few weeks we went To the panera in west nyack ordered the same thing and received the normal amount of food. Andddd when we went to the counter to pick up our food that only had half our order we had to say where's the rest because they forgot to even put our tiny tea sandwich sized panini on the trays. read more
