Great experience all around! The food was delicious! I highly recommend the spicy rigatoni and the prosciutto fig and burrata special !! The staff was attentive, kind and knowledgeable! It's a BYOB which is always amazing. The ambience is great and inviting to all.

Really enjoyed the food here on Mother's Day…read more Made a reservation for an early dinner online, for outside seating. Didn't think to check if they were honoring that given the holiday, since it turned out to be first come first serve no reservations. Inside reservations were being taken, there was a bit of a wait but it was well worth it. Our party of 3 ordered the octopus and an arugula salad as an appetizer. The octopus was divine - would come back for this specifically. We split entrées and ordered the short ribs, orrecchiette, and Chilean sea bass. Pretty big portions and the flavor to match! A huge kudos to the hostess up front, who navigated a pretty grumpy crowd with such grace. Understandably, it was a very busy day, and the restaurant was packed. We probably could've used a bit more attention from the waiter after we were seated, as we would've liked another cocktail, but overall a great experience. Looking forward to coming back.

So I booked it for my wife's birthday and was excited to take her and our two kids. This is not a family friendly place. My kids are very well mannered and yet it seemed not welcomed there. Clearly you're under a ticking clock (1.5 hr limit)and the wait staff is impatient, the menu is dense which is great because there's a lot of interesting and unique dishes. But they don't give you time to understand and decide. We had soft shell crab, was very good, fried zucchini blossoms were decent but needed salt, the meatballs were good but needed salt. Pizza was good. I had the porchetta which was good. The squid ink pasta was solid. Wine was great value at $60 a bottle for all Italian wine. We had the Chardonnay and it was the highlight of the meal. But it was hard to enjoy it with the vibe that we somehow were imposing. Honestly it was all male servers plus the owner and I think a woman's touch for hospitality would go a loooong way here to help this place be more convivial. The weirdest and off putting ambiance thing is that they were playing country music which did not vibe with the joint at all. We didn't stay for desert, and glad we didn't.

It's vibey with a big space that allows for weddings / bdays / dinner parties, etc. They offer free valet parking as parking in Piermont can be hard to find. I really wanted to enjoy Otto's Full Service but unfortunately did not. We came for Sunday brunch and were seated next to the piano. At times, it was difficult to conversationally but cool at the same time. I will add that the brunch menu felt very random - you go from fried Cajun oysters to a fried chicken sandwich or a beef gyro. The food was good - must try the fried Cajun oysters! The buttermilk pancakes were tasty as well. They were bananas foster so it was like eating dessert. The service was not as good. Our server seemed to avoid us as much as possible, it was clear she didn't want to be there. We even heard her tell the hostess that she didn't want anyone else to be seated in her section and it wasn't that busy. She never came back to ask us if we wanted more drinks. The manager, Bill, walked the room and made his way around to say hello and check in with tables. He was very welcoming and nice - wish she would take a cue from him.

This is a Chicken Parm that leans into quality ingredients and balance rather than trying to overwhelm you with size or cheese. The standout was the red sauce. It had a bright, zesty character with an airy, almost delicate complexity that made it taste incredibly fresh. Rather than being heavy or overly sweet, it let the tomatoes shine while bringing enough depth to keep every bite interesting. It was the kind of sauce that could easily stand on its own. Right behind it was the cheese, which had a noticeably sharper flavor than most Chicken Parm dishes. That slight bite complemented the acidity and freshness of the sauce beautifully, creating a combination that was incredibly well-balanced. Honestly, I could have eaten the cheese and sauce by themselves and been perfectly happy. The chicken itself was well-seasoned and cooked with care, allowing the seasoning to enhance--not compete with--the excellent sauce and cheese. The cutlet was thicker than I typically prefer, as I usually lean toward a thinner, more evenly pounded cutlet. That said, it had an unmistakable homemade quality that fit the restaurant perfectly. Housed in a beautifully restored mid-1700s home, Il Fresco has a warm, classic atmosphere, and the hearty cutlet felt like a natural extension of that setting. Looking at the dish, the generous blanket of evenly browned cheese, vibrant red sauce, and substantial cutlet all reinforce that homemade approach. Nothing feels rushed or overdone--just a classic Chicken Parm made with confidence and quality ingredients. This is a restaurant I'll definitely be returning to. Between the outstanding sauce, flavorful cheese, and inviting atmosphere, Il Fresco delivers a memorable Chicken Parm that stands out for all the right reasons.

Once you enter the spacious restaurant, you immediately feel like you're in Mykonos. No matter where you are seated, you have a great view of the water. There are several open bars for you to enjoy a drink before being seated for dinner. The restaurant offers valet. I arrived for a 5:30 reservation, and the service was top notch. Our food came out quickly and we were checked on throughout dinner with great attention and care. All of our appetizers were refreshing and delicious without feeling stuffed before dinner. The appetizers I ordered included the Saganaki bites with honey and watermelon, zucchini and eggplant chips with tzatziki, and fried calamari & fried shrimp. My family and I ordered fish for all of our entrees. Very fresh and the presentation was pleasing to the eye. The salmon was paired with a lentil salad. The Chilean sea bass was paired with wild rice, asparagus, and sausage. The Halibut was paired with broccolini. We ordered mocktails - the sunset in Santorini was a favorite! Lastly, we ended with dessert. We loved every dessert ordered. The key lime special was out of this world! Key lime typically isn't my go to dessert. This was so light and paired with pineapple. I would order it again without hesitation! I can't wait to come again for a nice meal and a Greek inspired getaway atmosphere.
