Interesting decor with a clubbish lounge vibe yet with a family setting? Not quite sure what they were aiming for honestly haha BUT the food was amazing! Fresh bread basket with olive oil (classic Italian style) we even asked for more to dip into all the sauces. The portions were def a "take half home" situation. Everything came out steamy and flavorful. Pasta was nicely cooked al dente. A nice texture many people tend to get wrong with such a simple dish. Def willing to come back and try everything else'

Sacchetti Alla Boscaiola - Our Famous Moneybags Pasta!

Pizza crust was one of the best I've had. Moneybag pasta was on the heavier side with the cheese and sauce so make sure to share this dish. Fried burrata was good but not good enough to get again-- you would love if you are arugula and balsamic fan. Steak and broccoli were good but the potatoes it came with felt unnecessary. Bread was amazing as well and had that yeast smell. Service could have been better as our waiter simply didn't engage in any conversation. Ambiance was good, everyone was dressed up just enough to match the vibes. Nothing too fancy of a restaurant though. Still water was also a plus Overall would come again!

Was introduced yesterday to Bosfa for my mothers birthday. I was disappointed to have not heard of this place sooner, having lived close by in Rivervale for some time. Absolutely planning on coming back and introducing more family and friends alike. Definitely on the higher end process-wise, but you're paying for what you get. Fantastic service, family decorum and elegant ambiance, and of course, the amazing food. I loved literally anything that was brought to the table. The best Neapolitan style Italian food around.

the best!! we love the staff here, they treat us like family every time we come in. can't recommend enough -- get the linguine alla vongole, the money bags pasta, the pizza, and the fried dough with nutella for dessert is life changing! xx

Sorry, we were enjoying the food SO much, I forgot to take pictures!

Bravo!!!! SO Italian! Authentic, delicious, incredible food. Our waiters were wonderful and went out of their way to get us anything we needed! The bread!!! OMG the bread! Started off the meal, then Calamari Fritti (the best I ever had). The Calamari was tender, lightly breaded with a red sauce that was just like nonna's! For an incredible pasta dish treat yourself to Sacchetti Alla Bozcaiola it's little pasta satchels with cheese in a mushroom prosciutto cream sauce. They call them "money bags" and they are right on the money! Momma Mia! Outstanding! We had so much fun, we felt like we were in Italy! Save room for dessert. We had the tray of Zeppole Con Nutella! Delicious! Love everything about this place! Even the black and white ambiance, which is clean and elegant. Go have some authentic Italian food, and top it off with Italian "liquori"

Super yummy Spaghetti special. Look at that saffron!!

We went to Bosfa last night and everything was superb! We asked for mussels fri Diablo for an appetizer which was not on the menu - and they made them special for us - which was delicious! The bread is amazing! Our entree was a special - spaghetti in a light cream sauce with colossal shrimp and crispy pancetta - it was piled high with saffron. What a fantastic dish! We finished our meal by going to the gelato bar and sampled several delicious choices before choosing two. I highly recommend this special restaurant that is oozing with wonderful food and hospitality!!!

Best linguine with clams I have had in a long time. Full of tender baby clams over nicely seasoned linguine.

Loved it here so much that I went here for regular dinner and was surprised to see how generous the serving sizes are here. Even though dishes are on the pricer side, I really feel like you get a bang for your buck. Lastly, I recently came back for their pre-fix lunch and was blown away again. You really can't go wrong with the price of $28 for a 3-course meal. Such a good deal and the food is really yummy. As you can tell, I cannot recommend this place enough! Our party of seven were well taken care of and our selections of specials and regular menu items were all excellent. Appetizers were very good - the calamari was light and crispy and the baked clams were well seasoned and delicious but could benefit from a little crisp under the broiler. The tuna was cooked to perfection and paired beautifully with the wasabi soy ribbon beautifully surrounding the plate. The halibut was perfectly cooked but lacked the spice kick that the picante promised; however the sauce was delicious. This was a wonderful dining experience and we look forward to our return.

Homey, family run, authentic eatery that brings in the hospitality of the Land Of Smiles. I was there for dinner recently for a family event and we ordered 7 entrees and some appetizers and had it family style. Most notable dishes were the Chive Pancake appetizers - light and fluffy, crusty on the outside with a tangy tamarind sauce to accompany. For the main entrees: the Shriracha Fried Rice was outstanding. Well balanced and tangy with just enough heat and crunch. The Pad See Noodles and Garlic Noodles were both heavenly. You could taste that the rice noodles were made fresh, each day. You won't want to miss the Tamarind Shrimp either. A most unique dish. The other remarkable dishes was the Green Curry with papaya and bamboo shoots. Simply divine. For each entree, you decide what kind of protein you'd like or go vegan. Reasonably priced with attentive and friendly service. Don't let the strip mall vibes put you off. Park the car, pull up a chair and get ready to feast. You won't be disappointed.

4.5 stars We had…read moretried several Thai restaurants in Bergen and Rockland county and had continually been disappointed. However, that changed with our discovery of SOD. First off, the staff was extremely nice, both on the phone while placing our order and during our seamless pickup. Though we took the food to-go, their dining room was certainly cozy and comfortable enough for dining in on another occasion. When we got home and unpacked the food, we saw that the portions were generous and that everything was well-packed. We started by sharing the unique, Handmade Thai Crepe Dumplings. The beautiful dark purple noodle wraps had been stuffed with peanuts and turnips, a spectacular flavor combination covering salty, nutty, and sweet profiles. I then had my Tom-Yum Soup, which had been served in a quart container that was about 2/3 full, so a bit more than a pint. The spicy, sour lemongrass broth was packed with mushrooms, cherry tomatoes, lemongrass, Kaffir lime leaves, and tender white meat chicken, which we had asked to be added. The soup had been prepared with a medium spice level that was ideal for the dish. However, the restaurant was not shy with their spices on the main courses! I went with my standard Pad Se-Ew with Chicken, for which I do not typically specify a heat level. However, the restaurant's menu mentioned that spice could be added between mild and extra hot. I asked for medium, but it was definitely more fiery than I had expected! However, the noodles were delicate and the Chinese broccoli was fresh and crisp. My mouth might have been a bit numb, but I could still tell that the dish was tasty! Everyone else loved their individual plates, though we all took note that we should be more careful with our requested spice levels going forward. In addition to our own meals, we shared an order of the Garlic Noodles with Chicken, since it was an unusual dish for a Thai restaurant. It contained sautéed, flat rice noodles with egg, bean sprouts, scallions, garlic, sesame oil, and tender chicken. A mild heat level was perfect for this, as the lack of fire allowed the robust sesame and garlic notes to make an impact. Each piece of chicken was lean, moist, and tender. SOD Thai really exceeded my expectations and was definitely a local gem that we would order from again!

The ambiance was nice, it was clean and some delightful plants adorned the outdoor space. We ordered the Aegean Salad, the Calamari appetizer and the whole fish/branzino as a shared main. The restaurant includes olives and grilled pita and it's served warm. The combo of the salad and the pita was really nice, the salad ingredients were fresh and lovely. The Calamari was equally as fresh and the oils and seasoning were pretty much perfect and again eating it with the pita was a real treat. The grilled branzino was cooked perfectly and simply put one of the best pieces of fishes i've had. The fish came with a side of stewed veggies that were absolutely delicious and honestly the veggies alone are worth a return trip. i can easily see why the reviews are so positive for Aegean Estiatorio, it was truly an excellent meal, especially at a time where prices are so high and one is forced to question the value, this restaurant is really an exception. We visited Fleming's for a work happy hour. It wasn't our first time there and everyone likes it…read more Their Social Hour menu is a pretty good deal. Some cocktails have special pricing and they also offer bar bites at decent prices. The food was awesome this last visit. With our cocktails, we scarfed down the steak sliders, chicken sliders, Korean chicken bites, meatballs, chips and dip, plus some shrimp. All of the food was outstanding. The steak sliders were juicy and had pink in the middle, which is tricky to achieve with sliders. The Korean chicken bites are sooo good and loved by everyone. Really, nothing was bad. Cocktails were all great too, including my $9 Olive A Martini's. Someone had an espresso martini and couldn't stop talking about it... even the next day. Our server was also the bartender and did a great job tending to us, even while we were all seated at the outdoor tables. We'll definitely be back again!

We started coming to Fleming's early into the summer and our first thought was, "Why did it take so…read morelong to come here?!" We don't typically go to chain restaurants, so weren't sure what to expect, but are SO glad we didn't let snobby preconceived notions get in the way of what's become a regular Saturday spot. First, the space is gorgeous - so many windows so it's incredibly bright with a separate bar and dining area. We are bar people, so gravitate towards the huge bar - and a plus of Fleming's is that all of the area around the bar (tables/high tops) plus the huge outdoor space gets bar service and access to the bar menu/happy hour. Okay - the happy hour!!! It's EVERY day from 3-6:30 PM with some of the best deals I've ever seen. They have select $9 specialty cocktails (a tequila based one, take on an old fashioned, variation of a G&T, and a dirty martini), $9 glasses of wine, and deals on small bites. The menu is also constantly rotating by the season with some mainstays and things that have changed out. Regardless, it is an absolute deal. A great happy hour and small plates is obviously a huge draw, but what keeps us coming back to Fleming's is the people. From the moment you arrive, there's someone to open the door for you and greet you at the front without fail. The bartenders are incredible - friendly, attentive, great at making drinks for what becomes a PACKED bar, conversational. We genuinely love sitting at the bar and chatting with the team (sometimes for too long, sorry guys!). All in all, Fleming's will continue to be a regular spot, not just for the value of the social hour (and just all around great food and drinks when you step outside of that more limited menu), but mainly for the incredible staff and the feeling of appreciation you get as a guest at Fleming's.
