I placed an online order and when I reached to pick the order the order was not prepared. When asked they said they do not have the bread. The store manager did not call to follow up. As a matter of fact you cannot place an online order without a phone/contact number being provided. What kind of crappy service is being providing at this location? Five out of Seven times they do not have the bread is my experience. Also why place an order online to find later it is not prepared for some salt and pepper was not available? I went to Chipotle and the perfect meal was provided in half the price. Your service sucks and the associates are non- apologetic saying they cannot do anything. This location is also not very tidy. It's the only one near us and so we are stuck. The service is slow and they are constantly screwing up our orders. It's barely 10AM and they stopped making their soufflé even though the signs said available till 11. If you have a recall on your cream cheese, couldn't you pick up Philadelphia cream cheese or tell your customer that you don't have cream cheese. What a joke?! Food was really good. Was a good atmosphere. Held a lunch meeting and did not feel as though I as being rushed to order or even leave after we had finished eating and were still meeting. Panera has bear claws! Why did I not discover this sooner? These are REAL bear claws: an almond-flavored, yeast-raised pastry, with almond paste filling, icing and toasted almonds on top. This is not what the unwashed masses refer to as a bear claw in your run-of-the-mill doughnut shops - that is an apple fritter. I wish I ate meat. Seriously. Cause that was the worst grilled cheese I have ever had in my life. Grilled cheese: cheese plus bread plus maybe butter. Pretty hard to screw up right? Wrong. The manager Pete decided to accept a last minute catering order of $1000, which in returned delayed everyone's order by one hour. So now I'm stuck waiting here waiting. Not only did they screw up my afternoon but everyone else that came into Panera that day. They forgot my side order so paid for food I didn't receive SOL there, and two of the Panera 2.0 kiosks were not working so I was frustrated that paying for my meal was difficult. Nothing like fresh bread! This is one of my favorite places for bagels, holidays breads etc... I particularly like the employees here. Very sweet and fast, although it gets VERY crowded during lunch hour. The BBQ salad is so good! On the days that I don't want to eat meat I substitute it for avocado. read more

It makes me sad to write this review because I have been going to this Panera for some time now and have always had an amazing experience. But today I placed my order online for a thai chicken salad and an orange scone. It was ready when I got there I rushed back to work, and when I sat at my desk, opened my salad and it was delicious; But when I opened my scone bag, I was SO sad to see it was all crumbs. It literally looked like someone grabbed the scone and threw it in the bag and it crumbled. But that's not the worst part I can deal with a crumbled scone. It was the fact that it was raw! I have been to this Panera location many times and I am a big fan. Great food and I like that they have the ipads to order from...makes it easier in my opinion. Only reason I did not give this a 5 is because of a few experiences I had with the service. One time they did not put everything in my to-go order and I did not notice until I got home. Next time I ordered, I made sure to check before I left, and they forgot to put another item in the bag, which they had no intention of telling me until I asked. They said they were all out of the item I ordered and that I could substitute it for an item of the same value. The item I ordered was $5.99 but the manager said it was only $2.99, even after I repeatedly told him it was $5.99. Eventually he gave me 2 $2.99 items, acting like he was doing me a big favor. I love Panera. Their bread is the best. I like to get a half & half with the Asian Sesame Chicken salad and a smoked turkey sandwich. The chicken they use for salads is "All-natural, antibiotic free chicken." It is great quality. The strawberry smoothie is good too! And the cookies! I came here with high expectations and I was let down. I feel bad writing this but I must. The food didn't taste fresh for one and it was cold. I ordered the Mediterranean chicken flat bread. It had 2 small strips of chicken. It did not taste good. The bread (French baguette) was rock hard. And the cup of autumn squash was cold and it did not taste good. Yuck... But the only good part of my order was the Mac n cheese and the tea..I will give it one more chance and get a salad and fruit next time. With Mac n cheese of course. I will say that the service was great. Everyone who works there was nice and sincerely helpful with all smiles and professionalism. The food order came out fast with hardly any wait time. Panera's new delivery option is quite possibly the worst thing that could happen to my waistline! I tried it today for the first time. I waited until just after noon to order, and I was surprised to see that my order (strawberry poppy seed salad w/chicken & chocolate pastry) would only take 45 to an hour to reach me. The order actually arrived early, and I was notified via text and email when it was on its way. Everything was delicious, it arrived quickly, and it was dropped off by a friendly driver (Desmond). I've started coming here more and more often. This is relatively close to my job and has some healthy options that I have convinced myself help me fit into my skinny jeans. I like how they shame you with the caloric values of the items on the large menu board, ha! My favorite is the asian sesame chicken salad. But, their sandwiches are yum too. Prices are on the higher side for being a counter service place but they give you a good amount. Sign up for a mypanera card and get freebies for being a frequent customer; why yes I will take a shortbread cookie since it is free! The parking situation will make you want to pull your hair out with the busy Pei Wei, Subway and a Car Repair shop all sharing the same lot. its mediocre for lunch but I still can't figure out why everyone rants and raves about his place. it's definitely not bad but there's nothing special about it. they have fantastic desserts though. muffins, scones, cookies, things like that. today I had some baked potato soup and it was lacking flavor. potatoes were super soggy and barely any bacon which I was disappointed about. overall this place like I said is not bad but there's just so much more out there that's way better. but if you need a quick lunch or even coffee and a few treats its a good place to stop by! read more

This was probably the best ran Panera I have every been too! They had a fast kiosk option to skip the line, the staff actually brings your food to you, and they cleared your plates. Unlike other Panera's I have gone to, where you have to pick up and clear up your dishes. They also had a digital screen showing what order was being worked on and which was ready.
