I've worked in this area for 4 years and have never been to this Panera. My items were fresh and delicious. My bagel was wonky but still amazing. I'd definitely go back.

Decent Panera bread! Good and fast service. It's always more so empty after 6pm. So great place to post up and crush some work if needed!! Pro tip: be sure to get their coffee sip club!

I am currently in isolation and wanted to ensure that I order food safely from restaurants to keep myself and others safe. From Panera bread I ordered a Turkey sandwich, chips, and a frozen strawberry lemonade. My delivery from Uber came quickly and was packaged correctly. My issue is not with Uber, it's with Panera. Upon opening my sandwich, which was packed tightly and sealed, I saw a long brown piece of hair tucked in my sandwich. I was immediately disgusted and was not able to eat the sandwich. Now I don't have lunch. I had also asked for extra onions and pickles. I got the extra onions but did not get the pickles. I no longer trust this location for delivery.

I was having trouble at the self ordering kiosks due to my card not going through no matter how I tried to pay. Thankfully, Juliet noticed and offered to take my order upfront. Juliet was fast, helpful, and friendly. This location is also fast with your order but the only reason I took some stars away is due to the fact I wanted chicken on my sandwich but it wasn't added. Turns out Juliet didn't add the customization to the order but I just went back in the store to get it added to the sandwich. I offered to pay for it but they gave it to me in a cup for free so they don't have to reopen my sandwich. I will say, I understand what I'm assuming is the shift lead in the kitchen's (a woman with redish colored hair) concern with whether or not I "really asked for it since it's not on the screen" but it was a mistake on the cashier part (also mine since I didn't have her repeat my order back I guess). Just a reminder that the kitchen is open and we can hear you haha! But definitely understand frustration when an order is wrong, no harm.

Ordered take out and there was a cockroach in my salad. Called the store and the manager Martha Castro got real defensive and blamed it on the lettuce vendor. She said we had to bring the salad back to get a refund. We returned all the food back. It was a 20 min round trip and a horrible experience! I love Panera but this is my 2nd time with issues with this store.

it's first time to go Panera Bread. Taste is so good. It's so quiet here. I love it.

I had placed an order to go where the wait time was little to long in my opinion. I had order the food when there was barely anyone inside. Besides the waiting for food, the meal tasted really good.

Overpriced. Portion are too small. A bowl that is mostly broth is half way full and it cost almost $10. Next time I go to chipotle or noon and get way more food for cheaper.

I had the roasted turkey apple and cheddar sandwich. This was so soggy. I threw half of the bread away.

Food is consistent and always good. But why is it colder IN the restaurant than it is outside?!?! (It's 40 degrees outside BTW)

However, I would say the outside of the building does not look pleasing however it's not the outside. It's the inside counts. I went with friends as we arrive. We were greeted at the door. The staff were very friendly. As we are seated, we are to take off our shoes and sit in the fall in tables. They gave us a menu and we began to order our food. Place is small and cute and quite busy. I ordered the Shoyu Ramen and it was sooooo delicious! I also place an order of Takoyaki Ball Shaped Octopus Puffs which were amazing and an order of Karaage with Sweet & Sour Sauce, Chicken Wings and Kobe Beef Hamburge This is a cute place to come have a dinner date with or simply come and hang out with your friends, but the room is limited. I believe each table can hold up to five people.

No room for stroller at all. Service was very nice. Everything is small plates, no entrees. Food was 4/5. Nothing stood out. I think the only hit was the Kobe beef skewers but so tiny. Sashimi was great and fresh. The pan fried pork belly has good seasoning but quite salty. We took it home to eat with rice. Pork cutlet was very dry. Wings were dry too, not juicy. Tonkotsu ramen tasted good and salty too. The servers were nice. I do think they expect you to know your order already to make a quick turnaround since there were constant ppl waiting at the door. Short wait on a weekday right when the doors open (in 100+ degree summer heat). But I don't think it was amazing and felt hyped up to me. Prob would not come again if you have to wait in similar heat.

A graceful 3. I stopped by this place with my daughter for the first time on a random weekday…read more Before I begin, let me just say this: first impressions really are everything. When we walked in, no one greeted us or explained how the ordering process worked. We took our time looking over the menu and were pretty much left to figure things out on our own. To be fair, one employee was checking out customers and another appeared to be preparing food, so I can give a little grace there. After about 3-5 minutes, someone came from the back and politely asked how he could help. I mentioned that it was our first visit, and he instructed us to order our sandwiches with him. After taking our order, he immediately started preparing the sandwiches. Unfortunately, no directions were given about what to do next. We moved over to what appeared to be the sandwich topping station, where another employee was working. He never acknowledged us, and by that point, both the cashier and sandwich prep employee had disappeared to the back. We grabbed a bag of chips and headed toward the register, assuming maybe toppings weren't part of the process. When the cashier eventually returned, she looked at us as if she was wondering why we were standing there. I explained that it was our first time and that we hadn't received any instructions. She quickly apologized and gave us a rundown of how everything worked. As it turned out, our sandwiches were simply waiting to be dressed with toppings. While she was helping us, the employee who had been standing at the topping station the entire time walked off carrying completed sandwiches. I'm assuming he was handling to-go or catering orders, but his lack of acknowledgment made the experience feel a little cold and unwelcoming. Once we got through the ordering process, things improved. The young lady finished our sandwiches, checked us out, and we decided to dine in since the wind outside changed our plans to enjoy the patio. The décor was interesting, with lots of unique things to look at and talk about. We also loved the family feel of the space and the large windows that filled the restaurant with beautiful natural light. The sandwiches did the job and filled us up for lunch. The taste was decent, but I feel like I could have made better choices had I understood the ordering process from the beginning. This feels like a place that's very comfortable for regulars but not necessarily geared toward first-time visitors. Would I return? It's not at the top of my list, but I wouldn't completely rule it out either.
