Bad experience first time at this location. I ordered 3 plates which all had fried rice and the rice was not even cooked! I can't even enjoy my meal with the undercooked rice. I understand that it's rush hour but how could you serve undercooked rice. Also, my husband got beef and broccoli and there was 3 pieces of broccoli and 1 piece of beef. Atmosphere: In a pretty nice plaza, but inside is so busy and not as clean as it can be. Usually, there are sooo many workers in the back, but there will still be a long line of cars outside and a line inside. Is there such thing as a limit to how many employees can be in the back? For safety reasons of course. Some of the employees could have helped clean the tables and such to free up some space. Customer service: It honestly depends on who you get. Some employees are awesome and some are so lazy and rude. If you plan to order party trays or pre order online/calling in, place your pick up time 30 mins to 1 hour ahead of your real needed time. I learned the hard way and had to wait forever for my food while my party started on time at home. Food: Panda food is the same anywhere to me. I do agree with other reviews that portion size isn't really consistent here. Overall: Avoid this location unless you REALLY NEED to go here. The last few times when ordering at the drive-thru they seem no to have String Beans including today. It seems like every time I decide to go to Panda they are out of one thing or another. Another problem that I ran into is if more than one person is in the car and want a separate bill you can do that like you can at other fast food places. To be honest, the young lady who helped me, Cynthia, provided the best customer service I've seen in this town in at least a year. Apologized for my brief wait. Greeted me with a smile. Ordered a side of veggies. Usually they really skimp but she hooked up a proper size as well as my 3 servings of teriyaki chicken. Offered sauces, asked how my day was going. Rang me up and I was on my way. Seriously, local businesses, take note. It doesn't take much to guarantee repeat customers. When I began my order I asked for a 3 item combo and before I finished telling the girl my items, she cut me off and said anything else, is everything on the screen correct. Hello, I was once a faithful customer of Panda Express. However, an unfortunate had event occured. I pulled up at the drive thru and ordered my order. My order was a plate containing half and half, honey walnut shrimp, as well as mushroom chicken. I was excited to endulged in my meal, however to my surprise, I was given half and half and mushroom chicken. I WAS NOT GIVEN MY HONEY WALNUT SHRIMP! When I had called to request for my missing portion, the person that was on the phone had hung up on me. I was very upset. I was ready to begin an altercation. I visited this store twice this week. I liked the food here, very fresh and tasty. The staff are very polite and helpful.

Very good service! They didn't have any hot sauce, but informed us that the delivery man was just outside and about to bring in some supplies. We got some hot sauce not too long after.
