If I can give this place zero stars I would. The service was amazing until I got home. I realized my order was completely wrong. I was in disbelieve, I decided to check my recipe and everything I originally ordered was correct. Except for the food itself. read more

Bad experience first time at this location. I ordered 3 plates which all had fried rice and the rice was not even cooked! I can't even enjoy my meal with the undercooked rice. I understand that it's rush hour but how could you serve undercooked rice. Also, my husband got beef and broccoli and there was 3 pieces of broccoli and 1 piece of beef. Not acceptable at all no matter if it is rush hour or not. I won't ever go here again! read more

Atmosphere: In a pretty nice plaza, but inside is so busy and not as clean as it can be. Usually, there are sooo many workers in the back, but there will still be a long line of cars outside and a line inside. Is there such thing as a limit to how many employees can be in the back? For safety reasons of course. Some of the employees could have helped clean the tables and such to free up some space. Customer service: It honestly depends on who you get. Some employees are awesome and some are so lazy and rude. If you plan to order party trays or pre order online/calling in, place your pick up time 30 mins to 1 hour ahead of your real needed time. I learned the hard way and had to wait forever for my food while my party started on time at home. Food: Panda food is the same anywhere to me. I do agree with other reviews that portion size isn't really consistent here. Overall: Avoid this location unless you REALLY NEED to go here. Take a minute drive down Olive to the Panda inside the Merced Mall. You won't regret it. They are always on top of things! read more

Customer service was good, not much of a selection. Most of the foods were mild spicy;ok for me but my little one couldn't take the heat. Overall food was good. read more

Very rude, you ask a question they shut the window on you. Overcharged me when I asked them about it she shout the window and was talking to her coworker. I could clearly hear her say will just tell her....I canceled my order. There food isn't good enough to be overcharged. read more

Panda Express just has crappy ass service. They will park you then forget about you. They told us five minutes and the chow mein will be done, fifteen minutes later still no food. I go in there and what do you know? There's chow mein made and they're not brining ANY orders to the park cars smh this happens Every time we go there smh. read more

Ordered white rice and double orange chicken, was given fried rice instead. I informed her that she cannot simply give me a side of white rice because the eggs from the fried rice were on the meat which I cannot have. With all of the germs going around in the middle of a literal pandemic, she still took the whole plate back. I am in awe at the lack of concern for germs. read more

Don't eat here their food sucks the child means burnt the rice is hard like rubber it's well worth the drive to go to Atwater Panda Express it's worth the extra couple of minutes I would not eat at Merced Panda Express ever again read more

The food was very fresh. The tables could've been cleaned a little better. The customer service was pretty good. The wait time was very little and we received a good amount of food for the price. I ordered the beef and broccoli and my girls ordered the orange chicken and shrimp with almonds. All look and tastes very pleasing. read more

Absolutely terrible service! Ordered meal online and went in for pick up. Order time was set at 12:15. I arrived a few minutes after the scheduled time and still had to wait over 30 minutes. Didn't get food till after complaining multiple times to the employees. read more

The food here is really good and I love that they added the super greens to the menu for a healthier meal option. I will definitely be returning. read more

I just came to get some food to go and the "blonde" girl hwo is serving the orders is giving very small portions.!!!! I asked to put little bit more sense is how panda Express does... And she said that will be an extra charge with bad attitude..... I'll never come back to this panda Express. Thanks to this "blonde" girl they just lost another customer. read more

Food was hot and fresh, service was quick and the restaurant was clean. We had no complaints. Convenient location.

The last few times when ordering at the drive-thru they seem no to have String Beans including today. It seems like every time I decide to go to Panda they are out of one thing or another. Another problem that I ran into is if more than one person is in the car and want a separate bill you can do that like you can at other fast food places. They said either drive back around for the second order or walk in to order for second order. I think that is the last time I go to Panda since they don't care about drive-thru orders. read more

I proceeded to order my order through the drive thru and rhe person who was taking my order was rushing me through my order. I realize that they need to get people in and out in a timely manner, but lets be a little more organized. I brought my meals home and they were incomplete. I was missing several item. I called and spoke to a manager. She was not helpful in the least. Her apology was scripted. I guess i will take my business to the one at our local mall. read more

We just had the most disgusting food from Panda Express on Olive. We waited in line for 45 min only to b told there are only 5 items & 2of the items are the most expensive. After an hour and 15 min we are given our food. The white rice was hard as are the noodles the meat was fatty & cold. The staff attitude was cold & rude. read more

I received excellent customer service from Valiere C. tonight! She remained friendly and went above and beyond despite a packed restaurant. I went through the drive thru on Friday evening . The customer service was horrible. When I began my order I asked for a 3 item combo and before I finished telling the girl my items, she cut me off and said anything else, is everything on the screen correct. I brushed it off and just have her the name of the 3rd item I wanted. Then when I asked for another 3 item combo. She said " oh so you do have another meal that you want " and the tone was uncalled for. I did inform the employee that handed me my food that who ever helped me was very rude Even if she was busy there is no excuse for that kinda rude service. We will never eat at this location again read more

I was pretty hesitant to come here given the ratings. But I finally took a chance. I have to say I was pleasantly surprised. To be honest, the young lady who helped me, Cynthia, provided the best customer service I've seen in this town in at least a year. Apologized for my brief wait. Greeted me with a smile. Ordered a side of veggies. Usually they really skimp but she hooked up a proper size as well as my 3 servings of teriyaki chicken. Offered sauces, asked how my day was going. Rang me up and I was on my way. Seriously, local businesses, take note. It doesn't take much to guarantee repeat customers. Just smile, be friendly, offer assistance, and be thankful for the business. Somebody give that lady a promotion and a raise. read more

Good food. They initially messed up my order, but compensated by adding an extra entree. They're busy, but everyone is working hard. Keep it up. read more

Do they not know the definition of fresh!? Holy shit. I got food at noon because i figured it would be fresh. I got orange chicken bowl with steamed veggies. First off the chicken was grey & slimey on some corners & were big nasty chunks. There was about a cup of water at the bottom of my bowl...wtf. I got a side of honey walnut shrimp which was hard, cold & dry. Worst experience EVER! Of course I got sick from the few bites I took! Ugh so disgusted! read more

Good location for quick cheap non burger or taco place. Establishment clean and staff friendly.

This Panda Express (along with the one in the mall but I visit this one more) has the worst customer service. Every single time I go in there - nothing but Mexican attitude it's ridiculous!! I'm not to sure why this continues to happen & why they have this attitude to customers who come & pay them money to keep their business open. Anyway!! As of right now - I went to grab dinner through the drive thru & they completely messed my order up big time!! I tried calling the store multiple times with no answer. YES I should of checked before hand but I didn't because I try to trust them. WELL guess what! I had to drive all the way back to the store just to get my correct order & I'm livid!! When I arrive in the store I kid you not the woman who helped me was rude as fuck checking my receipt multiple times as if I was lying. She at first was trying to hint that I was lying and wasn't missing any items... like wtf!? Why would I drive all the way back with my receipt in hand? It's ridiculous the lack of customer service we have here in Merced! read more

Horrible customer service in drive thru. The lady in the drive thru need to smile and be nice because she is rude unfriendly. I'm not coming back . The line is always long in the drive thru and not safe when you're blocking the driveway. read more

The food was good as always. I'm just not happy that you changed the sesame chicken recipe. It used to be so good...now it's just ok. :-(

Very standard panda express. Still a sucker for the honey walnut shrimp even though its only sub-par.

Very good service! They didn't have any hot sauce, but informed us that the delivery man was just outside and about to bring in some supplies. We got some hot sauce not too long after. Apart from the quick service, the staff here seems very friendly, and professional. Don't even get me started on how good the food is. read more

Honestly I got panda recently and they forgot the chile, napkins AND we received no fortune cookies. Smh

This Panda Express is great. Ive lived in San Diego all my life, and when I moved here I was surprised to see a drive thru Panda. Its very convenient, and parking is not bad if you want to walk in to order. I did give them one less star because I did go through the drive thru, and the order was incorrect. Other than that its a good place to eat, and staff is very nice. read more

Hello, I was once a faithful customer of Panda Express. However, an unfortunate had event occured. I pulled up at the drive thru and ordered my order. My order was a plate containing half and half, honey walnut shrimp, as well as mushroom chicken. I was excited to endulged in my meal, however to my surprise, I was given half and half and mushroom chicken. I WAS NOT GIVEN MY HONEY WALNUT SHRIMP! When I had called to request for my missing portion, the person that was on the phone had hung up on me. I was very upset. I was ready to begin an altercation. So as a warning, MAKE SURE TO CHECK YOUR MEAL BEFORE LEAVING. read more
