I read that this restaurant had bad food grade last year and fail inspection. The recent reviews made me decide to give it a try since it also said they had passed their inspection this year and meet the qualifications to operate. First definitely a lot of choices for burgers and side choices too, my eyes were all over the place and took a while to finally make up My mind. Customer service wasn't bad. I like the out door tables and the cozy indoor for dine in. Looks clean for how to place looks. It's definitely located in a getto area can't even enjoy the meal outside when you got a group of people in the parking lot blasting music and being obnoxious. Either than that for being in the getto area the food is pretty good and has a good taste quality as well. My food tastes fresh and didn't taste like it's been sitting there for a while. We decided to get the double cheeseburger, no fries, a vanilla and chocolate swirl ice cream cone to share. Wow, the burger was absolutely delicious, fresh tasting, yes, my guy and I shared it. I would prefer their burger than inn-n-out. The guy was friendly and gave us excellent customer service. We shared the ice cream cone, man, it was nice and creamy. You can sit inside or outside. It does have an outside overhang from the sun or if it was raining and tables. I need to go back and try their other food on the menu. They told us we would have to get the door dasher back but once I picked the hamburger up from my porch and brought it to the kitchen and opened the hamburger that door dasher is long gone. I ordered the Philly cheesesteak and was initially disappointed that it didn't look as good as the burger but once I took my first bite I realized that this too was an excellent choice. All the sides were freshly fried to order (we had regular krinkle cut fries, curly fries, and jalapeno poppers), and although all were very good next time I would definitely pay the $0.70 to upgrade my combo meal to curly fries. The best burger joint I have ever had. Five Guys, In-N-Out, etc... don't come close to how great the food is here. I've been going here since 2018, plus the staff is friendly. I would recommend getting the Western Bacon Burger, Avocado Burger, Bacon and Egg Burger, the fries (very great seasoning), or the Chili Cheese Fries (they are a bit salty, but that doesn't ruin it for me). I asked if they still had chocolate soft serve, she looked at me like I was speaking a foreign language, after a few seconds of this blank stare I then tried to explain that it was chocolate ice cream, still the blank stare, finally she went to ask someone for help. So finally I order a chocolate soft serve with cookie dough and a vanilla cone, again with the blank stare, "what is cookie dough?" So I began to explain its a cookie but without baking it so it's the dough...she again went to ask something about cookie dough. Finally after a few minutes it turns out they do not have cookie dough. Ok, Reese's it is then! So she takes a few minutes and comes back with ice cream hanging off the sides and a "dollop of Reese's" in top, a mess, melting down the sides falling everywhere, I ask for a larger cup to put it in as we were walking and this was going to be everywhere, AGAIN, she went and asked someone if she could give me a larger empty beverage cup just to put my running, melting, falling ice cream somewhere. "Ummmm so our cups are like $3.00, I could take some off the top of you want?" She wants to charge me $3.00 for an empty cup or she could REMOVE THE ICE CREAM????!!!!" Why would that even be an option. So I did not pay $3.00 for and empty cup and my ice cream literally went everywhere not even a block down the street. Five Star Burgers? More like No Star Burger! I noticed a new burger joint just opened up in town, off Yosemite pkwy, so I decided to give it a shot! Clean place, few customers inside, nice employees, I find the menu to be overwhelming, took me little longer to order what I want, so I got the $5 burger box that was advertised on their front window (cheeseburger, fries, medium drink). The patty is very thin, sad looking! I like the fixings, the flavor was fine, I'm thinking to myself "where's the beef!" I like the crinkle cut fries, not overly seasoned.
