First definitely a lot of choices for burgers and side choices too, my eyes were all over the place and took a while to finally make up My mind. Customer service wasn't bad. I like the out door tables and the cozy indoor for dine in. Looks clean for how to place looks. It's definitely located in a getto area can't even enjoy the meal outside when you got a group of people in the parking lot blasting music and being obnoxious. Either than that for being in the getto area the food is pretty good and has a good taste quality as well. My food tastes fresh and didn't taste like it's been sitting there for a while. So definitely recommend to give it a try. Bathroom is hidden too and looks decently cleaned.

She was snotty and said she would refill it. We waited for our food and both of our sandwiches had wilted lettuce. When I showed her she said it was because of the heat on my chicken sandwich. I know how to cook and I would never place wilted lettuce on my family's sandwich. I told her to keep it. I didn't want anything else from this place. The manager did refund my chicken sandwich and apologized. I asked Natalie who made my sandwich and she said they both did. Nope, not my type of service. The ketchup was never refilled and it was not busy at all.

The fries were also crunchy, which is my personal preference for fries. I don't like fries that are super soggy. It's also pretty reasonably priced and in my opinion affordable. Service was really quick. They were packed when we were there and they were able to get out the food relatively quick. It's definitely like a burger joint you go you order and then you pick up your food there isn't that much customer service involved. Inside they have a huge painting of a burger, which I forgot to take a picture of, but they also have a really clean, which was nice. Anyways, I think it's really good. Only one person ahead of me, and while all the tables were full, it didn't matter since my order was to-go. I went with a roast beef on wheat with everything except jalapeños, plus chips and a bottled water. I was a little worried it might take a while since there were people still waiting for their food at the tables--but that wasn't the case. My order came out surprisingly fast. And wow... this has to be one of the best sandwiches I've ever had. The wheat roll was soft, the roast beef portion was generous, and the flavor was spot-on. All the fixings--lettuce, tomato, red onion, wax peppers, pickles, mustard, mayo, vinegar, and oil--came together perfectly.
