I've been coming to Rico's Pizza in Delhi for years and have always had a good experience, which is why this visit was so disappointing. I placed a large order today and paid extra for a side of hot sauce, but it wasn't included. When I went back to ask about it, the employee was rude and dismissive, making me feel like I was in the wrong for asking about something I had already paid for. I also asked for plates for our takeout order, which I've been given many times before, but was told no in a very unfriendly way.(didn't get a name but it was the one with the botched lips) I'm not one to complain, but the attitude and lack of customer service really stood out this time. I hope management can address this, because this location has always been a go-to for me and my family. read more

I ordered the chicken strips with fries lunch special and was disappointed to hear that I had to pay $1 for sauce... it's chicken strips.. one sauce should at least come standard with it. I understand paying extra for sauce for other meals that don't require it but chicken strips is wild. Moreover, if the person knows I'm not paying $1 at least offer ketchup at most for the fries. I usually get delivery, we live a lilltle more than a mile from the restaurant. It always takes an hour or more for the food to arrive, no matter what time of day we order. The service is always slooooow, and the food shows up barely at room temperature. There aren't many delivery options in Delhi, and without a car, I'm stuck with what's available. If I could give this place a 0 star review I would; my husband just had the worst experience. He placed an order & when he picked it up he didn't check they gave him the wrong pizza (obviously he should have) so when he got home and noticed it was the wrong pizza he went back. But when he went back not only did they make him wait because they had mixed up the orders, but they didn't let him keep the pizza he had taken home because they were planning to give it back to the other person that had ordered that pizza!! When my husband asked the worker if they were going to throw away the pizza since they didn't offer to let him keep it, they told my husband no because the other customer had called about their order-& my husband had to tell them how wrong it was that they were going to give them that pizza when he had already taken it home! We obviously didn't do anything to the pizza or even touched it, but how unhygienic! After all that & the long wait they did nothing or gave my husband anything for the way they handled everything. My husband is not a confrontational person so he didn't do anything about it but I would've asked to speak with the manager at least. I am still horrified at the thought they would send a pizza that someone else had already taken home to someone else & that they Had such a bad attitude about it when they were the ones that made a mistake in the first place! Well the fact that I showed up 15 minutes before they closed and they offered me a pitcher of beer... when I paid for a glass of beer.... not only did then cook all of my food to order with love.... but their customer service was the best from the time I walked in... they have pool tables and air hockey tables as well as video games... and I was only there to pick up my order.... from now on.. I will show up earlier so I can enjoy everything they have within there hours of operation... 5/5 stars for the delicious pizza and fantastic customer service. Came out here to charge my car and saw that this pizza place was open. Their chicken tikka pizza is AMAZING!!! Got a mini pizza and absolutely love how flavorful it was. Their pepperoni mini is just as delicious. The restaurant was not busy but was extremely clean in the dining area and in the bathroom. Will change my commute route to include this area for sure! read more

I don't usually leave reviews but their service is criminal, I got my order wrong but just the pizza was wrong not the other items I orderd so I call right away so they can start making me a new one, so I take the wrong pizza back so they can see their mistake, he grabs it and puts it away then starts making my new pizza, so I'm having to wait all this time for it during the wait the previous lady that got her order wrong that was probably my order calls in that shes going back too, when my new order is ready he gives me my pizza and I ask if he's going to throw the one I brought back away and says no the other lady is coming back for it because it was her order they had gotten mixed up, so after I took it home, I didn't do anything to the pizza by the way but for them to think it's ok to give her back the pizza I took back is unethical and unsafe, I'll be sure not to order here again, I don't know what other shady stuff they are doing with their food here read more

Great customer service but I ordered wings and they were slightly warm. I truly believe my wings had been sitting there for awhile. I placed my order by phone 5:30 left about 5:45 & showed up early for pick up.... but when handed my wings the styrofoam containers were not hot to the touch or no steam from the containers. Had a HUGE gourmet bacon and cheese burger (wheat bun and all the fixings) with a side of fries I couldn't stop eating! And I don't even like fries that much! Also a large Canadian bacon and pineapple pizza. Know how you get some pizzas and you can count the toppings on one hand? Not here. Super generous with the CB and pineapple. Very disappointed! My husband and I stopped here at around 9:45 and were the only customers that did not have pizza. We waited an hour for our pizza but my husband saw it come out of the oven and sit there 15 min. We finally got up and complained. The brought it out to us very cold. Sorry to say that I was pretty disappointed with the pizza. Customer service was very good in placing and picking up the order, also very friendly. I ordered a family size pizza with two different halves of toppings. The toppings tasted good but overall I just felt the pizza was underwhelming because of the crust. The crust seemed to taste like cardboard. When I looked underneath, I could see the perfectly spaced hole pattern that is an indicator of premade pizza dough. It was my first time trying pizza here. Others that have ordered from here before told me their experience with ordering smaller pizza sizes seemed to be a freshly made crust. I'll try a smaller pizza next time. Ordered a two topping extra large pizza wanting double pepperoni and of course got charged for just that however when we got home we saw that not only was there no double pepperoni but very little for a normal order. We immediately called the establishment to voice our concern and got nothing but double talk about how they spread out the pepperoni so well that it's hard to tell that there is a double order there. Being in a small town like Delhi a person would think that maybe a pizza place would want to take care of the clientele to insure return business.
