Let me start by saying this is the only time I have ever had a bad experience at this location. I ordered a gourmet vegi and it comes on sourdough crust, which is usually fantastic. Well this time the crust did not rise at all and i am sure it wasn't sourdough. I called and the person I spoke to said she madenit personnaly and she is positive it was sourdough. This isn't my first rodeo so I am sure it wasn't. She offered to remake it and have me come back. I live across town and was already relaxing so I turned the offer down. The smell of the pizza was amazing and we hadn't Even baked it yet. I usually go get Papa Murphy's but since it was Super Bowl Sunday and convenience Bobs is across the street , it took longer to cook,almost an extra 10 min to get the middle of the dough cooked, super bummed that we ended up burning it cause we had to return to the oven to cook throughly. We tried Bob's pizza for the first time, I am pretty impressed. We just moved to town last week so when we settled on pizza for dinner, I decided to try a local place instead of a big chain place. I am glad we did. We were addressed immediately when we came through the door. I barely sat down from ordering/paying when the pizza was ready. We got home and popped it in the oven and 15 mins later- fresh pizza. We did the cooking paper on the top rack option. The slices were nice and crispy on the bottom without being burnt. Usually get a pizza here every week or two. I'm the "large combo no onion" guy. It's a great pizza for the price. No chain pizza place is worth $25-$30 for a pizza. Bobs has got it figured out and does a great job. Getting the pizza in and out of the oven safely is a learning curve but I think I've gotten it figured out. read more
