Pretty consistent, healthy portions just a little over priced but for it being the 1 of only 2 pizza places, it is what it is. Service is fine... high schoolers typically. One thing I wish they'd change or give a little more focus to is their ranch. Currently... it's disgusting. They need to change whatever they're using. The pizza is mediocre at best, but there are only 2 pizza places in town and this one is the cleanest. The service is friendly, but it seems to take a long time to get food. The day I went (middle of the afternoon) it took more than 25 min to get two pastrami sandwiches and we were the only customers. But the sandwiches were pretty good. read more

Because I think that the cheese they use now., gets hard if you do not eat the pizza the same day. I ordered a pizza with specific toppings and got a pizza with Bacon which i did not order, no tomatoes which i asked for and when i mentioned to the young girl that i asked gor tomatoes she said to me no you didnt, then she said what do you want to do about it ? This was a wonderful crust and it has those crispy bubbles or cooked dough! I ordered 3 pizzas and a couple salads for my Daughters birthday and they were all delightful. Especially the veggies pizza! The kiddos destroyed the ginormous cheese pizza, I take that for an excellent sign. I did not get any before photos and I should of because they were beautiful pies! The feta salad was great alone, even without dressing. I would recommend anyone trying this pizza shop. When I went to go order, a girl with short hair, round, and big glasses, at the register refused to serve me and responded to me with such a rude attitude. My friend, who was with me then tried to ask the girl for our order and she responded with "I am not serving you." I am very disappointed with what the Pizza place has become and the mangers need to do something about their employees behavior, I will definitely not be coming back. read more

I really hope the ownership reads this. You should be there constantly as much as you can OR you pay a qualified person to manage your store appropriately!! I normally love grabbing some pizza from here but I was very disappointed with today's (6/13/21) order. The crust was too thick that it felt like some of the dough was not fully cooked yet the bottoms crust was too thin that the toppings wouldn't hold up. Pizza Plus in Waterford has gone DOWN HILL fast. We used to frequent this place but nothing is the same. The dough, sauce, and cheese has all been swapped out for much cheaper ingredients and they just run the gross dough through a machine now, no hand tossing. Really sad how they made their AMAZING BREADSTICKS smaller than they used to be over 3/5 or even more years ago. Back when I was in middle school, going into high school they would be $8.50 for breadsticks LARGE size not no medium looking size breadsticks that look small and cute to share to yourself. Better than Mountain Mikes! My first time eating Pizza Plus! I didn't even know this place existed downtown! My sister ordered two large pizzas from this place and it was the best pizza I've eaten in a long time, wayyy better than the competition. Dough wasn't hard and it wasn't salty like how Mountain Mikes pizzas are down the street and you can tell the ingredients used by Pizza Plus are fresh.
