The website is so deceptive! The prices aren't current, and " the deals" are TWO DOLLARS off, that is not a deal! Now let's talk about this overpriced deal, the crust was so greasy and wet, there was nothing crispy about it! There were maybe 10 pepperoni pieces and a handful of very small pieces of sausage. We did like the red sauce sure wasn't worth over THIRTY DOLLARS read more

I love the food here. The service is usually pretty decent. It is clean inside and at least the men's room is spotless. I like to call ahead when I'm working so I can just pay and pickup to go. Usually burning my mouth because I can't wait to eat it. read more

Not a lot of options in this small town but for pizza, it's better than the other. Pretty consistent, healthy portions just a little over priced but for it being the 1 of only 2 pizza places, it is what it is. Service is fine... high schoolers typically. One thing I wish they'd change or give a little more focus to is their ranch. Currently... it's disgusting. They need to change whatever they're using. It tastes like bottled hidden valley tangy ranch. There are way better options out there and if you're going to charge me for it, it should at least be worth it. read more

The pizza is mediocre at best, but there are only 2 pizza places in town and this one is the cleanest. The service is friendly, but it seems to take a long time to get food. The day I went (middle of the afternoon) it took more than 25 min to get two pastrami sandwiches and we were the only customers. But the sandwiches were pretty good. read more

Extremely disappointing. Woman who took my call in order doesn't know what she's talking about or is purposely lying about specials/deals to bring in business. I called and asked for the specials, woman said "giant one topping pizza for $30" so I said okay! That's fantastic I'll take one of those, pepperoni. I drove 35minutes to Waterford to pick up the pizza, as I go to pay the cashier so I can get my pizza, the woman reads back my order "large pepperoni pizza", I tell her no I ordered the special you guys have going on today- the one topping giant pizza for $30?she says "ohh! im sorry no I meant a large one topping not a giant". HOW am I suppose to know that when she said giant she ACTUALLY meant large?????? I had to purchase another large pizza to feed my family, so for two large one topping pizzas I had to spend $65 when I only expected to spend $30 for a single giant. That oblivious cashiers ignorance costed me another $30. Absolutely unacceptable read more

Well, pizza prices have gone up extremely, and ever since pizza plus was sold to the current owner, I don't purchase pizza there anymore. Because I think that the cheese they use now., gets hard if you do not eat the pizza the same day. Before I was able to eat my pizza the next day and the cheese was still good.. but ever since then new owner took over, it's like they purchased a cheaper version of cheese. So your pizza has hard cheese the next day.... read more

I ordered a pizza with specific toppings and got a pizza with Bacon which i did not order, no tomatoes which i asked for and when i mentioned to the young girl that i asked gor tomatoes she said to me no you didnt, then she said what do you want to do about it ? Do you want me to make another pizza which would take another 35 to 45 minutes. The customer service is very bad here at pizza plus. Not the first time where they make you feel like your not the customer. I would rather drive to bobs take n bake. Great service there. Pizza plus i will never ever visit again. The manager/owner does nothing to address this sorry custoner service. Zero in my book.... read more

This was a wonderful crust and it has those crispy bubbles or cooked dough! I ordered 3 pizzas and a couple salads for my Daughters birthday and they were all delightful. Especially the veggies pizza! The kiddos destroyed the ginormous cheese pizza, I take that for an excellent sign. I did not get any before photos and I should of because they were beautiful pies! The feta salad was great alone, even without dressing. I would recommend anyone trying this pizza shop. I did take a photo of what was left over and that is just saying these were delicious pizzas and the leftovers will not make it through until tomorrow. Enjoy y'all. Love and light read more

if i could give a zero on customer service I would! First time dinning in this place and the pizza is amazing but those young girls need to work on their attitude i asked for how longer on the wings rolled her eyes and said "I don't no much longer" when i proceed to ask an estimate again rolled her eyes and said 5 mins. I proceed to ask them to go and when she brought them to the table she tossed them on our table. Lost customers today due to employees sure will not go there again! read more

I went to Waterford's Pizza Plus the other day. When I went to go order, a girl with short hair, round, and big glasses, at the register refused to serve me and responded to me with such a rude attitude. My friend, who was with me then tried to ask the girl for our order and she responded with "I am not serving you." I am very disappointed with what the Pizza place has become and the mangers need to do something about their employees behavior, I will definitely not be coming back. read more

Third time ordering from Pizza Plus, and gotta say. The pizza is fantastic!!! They do a thin crust that is perfect. You can tell the quality in the ingredients. Every time I have placed a specialty pizza order it has been spot on! The service is excellent, the cleanliness of the restaurant is excellent. I consider the other pizza places in Waterford fast food. You get quality pizza and service at Pizza Plus. I would highly recommend this restaurant to family and friends. read more

I regret having to write this but I feel it needs to happen. Let's start on the positive. Great pizza! Best in Waterford IMO not much competition but great pizza anyway. Great location. Seems to be clean inside when I've been in. Ok so now onto why the 2 stars. I've been part of multiple dysfunctional operations at this place!! The kids that do work there are polite, they hustle, they try their best. Placing a phone order for pick up to waiting an hour to only find out, our order hasn't been made is RIDICULOUS!!!! I really hope the ownership reads this. You should be there constantly as much as you can OR you pay a qualified person to manage your store appropriately!! Especially have extra staff on a Friday night with a World Series game on!!! Do better! If this nice little pizza parlor is too much for you.... Sell it!! read more

I normally love grabbing some pizza from here but I was very disappointed with today's (6/13/21) order. The crust was too thick that it felt like some of the dough was not fully cooked yet the bottoms crust was too thin that the toppings wouldn't hold up. Normally the cheesy breadsticks are thick with a lot of cheese, today they were thin with little cheese. Guess I'll just stick to mountain mikes for good. read more

Always liked the other Pizza plus restaurants. This one not so much at all. 50 bucks for 1 small 2 topping pie and one salad. Crazy. Then they didn't have any root beer on the tap. This was refunded 7 bucks for 2 drinks. They kept the tax. Place was empty and now I know why. Stay away unless your into overpaying and questionable service. read more

We reserved space this morning for this evening for 20 people. Placed our order around 3:00 and when we got there at 6:10 they treated us so wonderful. Pizza Plus in Waterford has gone DOWN HILL fast. We used to frequent this place but nothing is the same. The dough, sauce, and cheese has all been swapped out for much cheaper ingredients and they just run the gross dough through a machine now, no hand tossing. Really sad how they made their AMAZING BREADSTICKS smaller than they used to be over 3/5 or even more years ago. Back when I was in middle school, going into high school they would be $8.50 for breadsticks LARGE size not no medium looking size breadsticks that look small and cute to share to yourself. So disappointed after moving back to town. I hope not all pizza plus's do the same. read more

Better than Mountain Mikes! My first time eating Pizza Plus! I didn't even know this place existed downtown! My sister ordered two large pizzas from this place and it was the best pizza I've eaten in a long time, wayyy better than the competition. Dough wasn't hard and it wasn't salty like how Mountain Mikes pizzas are down the street and you can tell the ingredients used by Pizza Plus are fresh. There's a huge difference in that first bite and I ended up eating 6 slices because it was THAT delicious. Never ordering from Mountain Mikes OR Little Cesars again. read more

Love the pizza and calzones. I also get the pizza breads when I'm feeling hungry. I would consider myself an occasional diner of this establishment, not a regular. Food is great, service is good.
