Went for a drive to Cooperopolis w/ a friend & decided to try Louie's. We got a pizza, wings, & i tried their chicken bacon sandwhich. They had a great menu variety and a quaint resturant atmosphere which i loved. The pizza came with so many toppings & lots of sauce. And the wings had amazing flavor. While the chicken bacon ranch sandwhich was one another level. The sandwhich was loaded with bacon, covered in mozarella cheese, & had grilled chicken that brought out the other flavors. The waiter brought extra ranch which I appreciated because personally Im a sauce person so having these extra flavors to my sandwhich and for the wings was a job well done. Food was great! It wasn't as crowded so we grabbed seat right away when we entered. Ordered Pepperoni and Vegetarian (Farmer) pizza from their menu and it was pretty good. So glad my friends and I made this stop! Clean bathrooms, good service, and delicious food made to order. Portion sizes were perfect- a personal pizza and an order of fries fed our five-person group easily. This is great pizza. My family is a little picky when it comes to pizza, but my husband, my parents, his parents, and I were all impressed. We tried three different pizzas: combo, Hawaiian, and chicken pesto. There were lots of toppings, and the cheese was delightfully meaty and stretchy. The toppings were also cut in good size pieces rather than chopped up small, which was a plus to us. The combination was really delicious and didn't have so much sauce that it overpowered everything. The chicken pesto was a great combination of flavors complete with artichoke hearts and sun dried tomatoes. I didn't try the Hawaiian because I think pineapple on pizza is a crime, but my family all seemed to enjoy it. This place may look like a non-descript hole in the wall, but the pizza really stands out among others., read more

I have ordered pizza from Louie's at least 5 times since the grand opening less than one month ago. Every pizza I ordered tasted delicious and was always cooked perfect. We have had our pizza delivered on one occasion when we had company over, with a delivery time of 45-minutes to one hour, we received our delicious pizza in just under an hour. We were quite happy that Louie's offers delivery as this is the only business in Copperopolis to offer delivery in the 17 year we have lived here and in our opinion the $5 fee is quite reasonable . I look forward to dining in and trying out other menu items. The owners are hard working, generous and care about their customers too. read more

I am so glad to see that Louie's Pizza Kitchen is surviving COVID. Pizza is good - especially the cauliflower crust for those of us who are gluten free. Their only challenge is that they need to staff up! 90-120 minutes for delivery is hard to stomach. ;) read more

Called louies for delivery 5 minutes to closing (terrible on my end i know) But I burnt dinner and they came to the rescue. Dinner was delivered timely and very hot. Good pizza, bad business. Not only do you have to have a $25 minimum order for delivery, but also a $6 delivery fee. There's no getting an order without spending $40. Ridiculous. I'm just one person. If I want to order a small pizza for delivery, I should be able to without being forced to spend $40. read more

We decided to try the new pizza place in town. After taking awhile to get through we had a few questions since 2/3rds of our group are vegan. We asked if the crusts and sauce are vegan. They kept referring us to others so we had to ask three people before we got any answers. It seems that they should have someplace to refer to for a list of ingredients. We weren't certain but it sounded likely so we went ahead and ordered for pick up. The pizza looked good but the crust was quite soft and was not cooked all the way through in the center. We really wanted to like it. We just didn't. They really need to learn their ingredients and make sure it is cooked properly. read more

This pizza IS GREAT and the service and people who work there are even better. We love the Pepperoni but the Louis Luau (with chicken or pepperoni) might be the best pizza I have ever eaten. I'm sorry but if they aren't gonna accommodate for 10 people planned on tipping generously for allowing us in; we will not be happy, pizza is great but service when sitting in the restaurant is awful. When the customers in the restaurant have to accommodate the tables to fit 10; but we have to move the tables ourselves and get yelled at for it because "they are breaking" but need to be moved back when we are done makes no sense. Pizza is great; service not so much.
