So bummed out! We've ordered here multiple times for delivery and I was just told very rudely that I am now outside of the radius. After questioning what the radius was I was told five miles, we are less than that, I couldn't gather from the associate if the rules had changed or if they didn't want to do it. My guess is the latter. As a business owner myself customer service is a #1 priority hoping someone reaches out so I can change my review, we love this pizza and have never had an issue! I would have to say im shocked at the complainers on the reviews. Iv ate here for many years and its by far my all time favorite. The special is decent priced. If you never had there bread sticks get them theres the best if you love cheese. He does hire high school kids witch is pretty cool makes for a good work ethic but also expains why all the new faces all the time. I will always recommend this place. Wish I could give no stars. I went in here about a year ago and had a 4 week old puppy in my arms. I ordered in and came in to pay. It was a freezing cold winter day and I couldn't leave the puppy alone in the cold car especially because I had to park far down the street.. so I carried him in with a sweater wrapped around and was given SUCH horrible Attitude saying I can't have dogs in which I understand but if she didn't talk to me the way she did I would've just left. They got my pizza wrong and instead of making it right by giving me a free topping on my next purchase, they hung up on me... Before I could even explain what was wrong.. And then wouldn't answer the phone when I called back.. If you want anything after 8:20 pm.. Don't even bother they won't answer the phone.. Because lord forbid they actually have to work until they close... Why close at 9 if you don't help customers until 9..horrible horrible people.. Pizza Plus in Waterford. I go there almost every other Friday and buy 2 large pizzas: a wildcat and a double pepperoni. I have done this for about a year. I go to other restaurants on Fridays but this is it is my family's favorite. Be sure to say you want thick crust. I would highly recommend this for everyone that likes good pizza and great service. It is worth the trip to Waterford. There are a lot of pizza places in this area but there is only one Pizza Plus in Waterford. I am not saying Pizza Plus: I am saying the Pizza Place in Waterford. If I could rate this place with a NEGATIVE 5 stars, I would. We came into this place as a family fairly often since its right down the road and the good was decent... Until the last time we came to have dinner and the lady behind the counter told my autistic 4 year old son that he had to eat outside, he was not welcome to be inside and eat with his family because he was loud. My son sees flashing lights or things that sparkle and he gets excited, any kid would... but because my son is special needs these people discrimated against my kid and NOBODY does that to my child and gets away with it. This place discriminates against disabled individuals. Particularly autistic little boys that get excited by the arcade lights and sounds and was laughing and telling me all about how happy he was, until this scum place ruined that for him and our entire family. We have a large family and spent at least a hundred bucks every time we came here, I will pay a hundred bucks for people NOT to come here because of this discrimation. I am disgusted with an establishment that feels it was appropriate to tell a child or any disabled individual such. If you want pizza go across town to Mountain Mikes! This is one of the best pizza places around. Not only is the food great, but the customer service is as well. There is this one girl, Andrea. She is always making sure the customer is satisfied. Never ever had a bad pizza here. It's a little more pricey than some pizza joints, but if you spend the cash, you get what you pay for. This place is irritating me!!! It's a small establishment to begin with and then we walk in the door and see there is a birthday party taking place.. which is not the problem.. the problem is the party took up the ENTIRE RESTAURANT THAT IS DESIGNATED FOR people just trying to eat a meal with there small family at a single table!!!! But the room designated for BIRTHDAY PARTIES was empty so we decided to sit in there. Then the PARTY GOERS tried to come in there too and give us dirty looks like we were not supposed to be in there!!! Where in the F@&$ else are we supposed to sit!?!? Pizza Plus lost my family's business tonight. After paying an exorbitant amount of money for 2 pizzas and 2 calzones (over $70 - that's like a New York City price!), I came home to find they had messed up my order (not the first time). When I called to talk to a manager, she had a hard time believing me and stated that they are "not allowed" to provide refunds. I've worked restaurants before and never heard of this. She said my only option for this to be "fixed" was to drive back to the restaurant (after I was already home) in order to pick up the calzones I had ordered; of course I would have to wait another 30 minutes for this, after waiting 45 minutes to pick up my order the first time. So, I had to spend extra time, gas, and effort on my part so they could correct their mistake, when I told them a simple refund would do. When I drove back, I brought the incorrect calzones as proof, just so the manager could freely admit the restaurant's mistake with a clear conscience. My 6 year old really enjoys pizza plus, and we told him that he will have to be old enough to have a job and earn his own money if he wants to eat from here again. (Also, I've never appreciated the fact that the kitchen staff are touching food with their bare hands after it has come out of the oven.) read more

Very Bad service the guy was very rude through the phone and in person ! I asked for light sauce and they put a lot! Pizza was not that great! I called in for two medium pizza they said it will take 30 mins for it to be ready and when I got there I had to wait for another 30mins! It was a waste of food and money. Food is great! Needs menu for delivery...looked on line for menu but the one found belonged to a different Pizza Plus. If the Pizza wasnt so yummy & meat ball subs wernt the type to make my family crave...the menu thing might be a problem...its an easy fix and worth the effort to advertise. read more
