I stopped by this mountain mikes to grab a pizza on my way to visit family, the two gentlemen Alex and maverick were very pleasant, they let me know about the $8 off any mountain size pizza for Monday. I appreciated that who he doesn't want to save money with this economy. Thank you for the great service read more

Nice and friendly atmosphere. Fresh hot pizza in the lunch buffet. One of my favorite lunch spots in town.

I got a large pizza today and it might as well of been a medium. About an inch and a half of it didn't have sauce or toppings on it. That would be all good if it was a few pieces but it was the whole pizza. As a suggestion for your salad bar maybe think bite size when your preparing veggies etc. A month ago I would of given you guys 5star rate.. read more

Friendly service always from Audra, she even helps when the games inside the restaurant act up. Good consistent pizza, fast service.

When I picked up our order we did not get the salad I ordered and paid for with our pizzas. We were disappointed in the pizzas. Just not as good as they used to be. Maybe it was an off night read more

Walked in and was helped by an exceptional customer representative named Audra. She helped me pick and choose the right meal deal and even had a nice conversation about the different types of pizza . Can't wait to taste the food. There's games and a tv in the dining area. It looks very clean and tidy in here. Also a really cool mural of I believe to be Yosemite mountains ^.^ read more

I called Mountain Mike's in Waterford to ask what their specials were, and the response I received was, "All the specials are listed online or on the mobile app." I found that to be very rude. I called specifically so I could place an order over the phone not be redirected elsewhere. It would've taken just a few seconds for the employee to tell me what the specials were.If they can't even take the time to provide basic customer service over the phone, it really makes me not want to spend my money there. I ended up ordering from a different pizza place instead, and honestly, I probably won't be back for a while. Do better. read more

This is our "GO TO" place to order pizza. LOVE LOVE LOVE the Olympus pizza. Our absolute favorite!!!

I just recently moved back from Denver Colorado and the first thing I did was go to my favorite pizza place. When I walked in I was greeted by Audra. She really made the place feel like home considering I haven't been in 6 years. Great food and even better environment. Will definitely come back. read more

We love Andrew at Waterford Mountain Mikes. He had excellent service, and some of the best made pizza ever! We love seeing him here!

I'm not sure why they can't seem to get it right. This pizza was super dry, no sauce. Try choking that down! Asked for marinara and ranch for the cheese sticks and he assured us we would get those. Nope didn't. Asked for tomatoes to be put on after it was cooked. There were six pieces. They give you 5 dollars off when you call about it not being right. I would just love for them to get it right. Pizzas are not cheap. I would love to continue to support our local business, but they are not making it easy for us. Update ::: Ok just received a call from Mountain Mike regarding my review. He seemed upset by It and immediately began to question us on when we asked for the marinara and ranch. He asked was it while we placed the order or after we placed it. I explained it was during placing the order. I explained his employee assured us we would have them. He then said they charge for them. What does that suppose to mean, if we don't get them then it's ok? What the heck. Then he told me he wanted to make sure that his employees had done everything right inregards to my order. He also stated that he himself had sliced the tomatoes that day. I explained to him I had six pieces not slices. There was not a sliced tomato on my pizza only small pieces the size of olives. He constantly brought up the fact that he knew tomatoes were sliced and was inevitably questioning my integrity over my description of how big the tomatoes were because he had sliced them earlier that day. I finally had enough of his insinuations and told him that if his employees had done what they were suppose to do I wouldn't have left a bad review. The conversation was annoying to say the least. If you get a bad review you don't try to convince the party giving the review that they are in the wrong. You apologize and do better. I pretty much don't think we will support this business again. They were in the wrong but tried to make it look like we were. Been seeing a lot of this lately. Just WOW! I would not give them any reference. read more

Great place to eat, excellent service always fresh pizza and the guy that works there is always on top of things love this place!

Buffet was great, food, drinks, service great, Shout out to Austin. Great place to grab some lunch during your break.

And another epic FAIL!!! Ordered right when they opened. 1hr & 45 mins later no pizza... drove into the store. The incompetent manager & his incompetent staff had my order ticket but order was not made.... I can't make this up. THIS WILL BE THE LAST CHANCE! For ownership: your 1/2 cocked reply that you did last time about filling out some form that you don't even provide a link for or the fact you didn't send me a private DM says everything. Save yourself & myself the time and don't even bother responding. WORST Mountain Mikes I've ever tried to business with. read more

We love our small town Mountain Mikes! Most of our "family dinners" happen here and we love the service Andrew and Joanna and Kristine** (wanted to make this correction) provide! Feels like home! The food is ALWAYS worth the wait. Always fresh and delicious. We also use Mt Mikes for our Youth Football and Cheer program sign ups and meetings, and Andrew and his team are always very accommodating. read more

Overall the customer service just is horrible and is consistently that way. I waited an hour and a half for a large pepperoni pizza. During a time it wasn't even rush hour, it's just frustrating order. The customer service continues to be bad as I also waited 10 minutes just to be answered on the phone and when they picked up they put me on hold for another time period. Also they were rude on the phone. read more

The pizza has always been good, but the biggest issue with Mountain Mike's is the price. It just feels like you're not getting a fair deal when you purchase food here. Good pizza, but not worth what you pay for it. There are a lot of comparable competitors these days that do it just as good if not better for a more reasonable price tag. Crispy pepperoni is hardly a novelty item anymore. read more
