I called Mountain Mike's in Waterford to ask what their specials were, and the response I received was, "All the specials are listed online or on the mobile app." I found that to be very rude. I called specifically so I could place an order over the phone not be redirected elsewhere. It would've taken just a few seconds for the employee to tell me what the specials were.If they can't even take the time to provide basic customer service over the phone, it really makes me not want to spend my money there. I'm not sure why they can't seem to get it right. This pizza was super dry, no sauce. Try choking that down! Asked for marinara and ranch for the cheese sticks and he assured us we would get those. Nope didn't. Asked for tomatoes to be put on after it was cooked. There were six pieces. They give you 5 dollars off when you call about it not being right. I would just love for them to get it right. Pizzas are not cheap. I would love to continue to support our local business, but they are not making it easy for us. Update ::: Ok just received a call from Mountain Mike regarding my review. He seemed upset by It and immediately began to question us on when we asked for the marinara and ranch. He asked was it while we placed the order or after we placed it. I explained it was during placing the order. I explained his employee assured us we would have them. He then said they charge for them. What does that suppose to mean, if we don't get them then it's ok? What the heck. Then he told me he wanted to make sure that his employees had done everything right inregards to my order. He also stated that he himself had sliced the tomatoes that day. I explained to him I had six pieces not slices. There was not a sliced tomato on my pizza only small pieces the size of olives. He constantly brought up the fact that he knew tomatoes were sliced and was inevitably questioning my integrity over my description of how big the tomatoes were because he had sliced them earlier that day. I finally had enough of his insinuations and told him that if his employees had done what they were suppose to do I wouldn't have left a bad review. The conversation was annoying to say the least. If you get a bad review you don't try to convince the party giving the review that they are in the wrong. You apologize and do better. I pretty much don't think we will support this business again.
