I guess I have a love-hate relationship with this place. I love their Togo's program you can earn free sandwiches pretty quickly... And most of the time their food is fresh and wonderful. You can order online now and the app works well. Tonight we got dinner and we picked it up... Although something strange happened upon pickup... I sent my son in to get my sandwiches and the guy said somebody had just come and picked them up? So unfortunately somebody had probably gotten our sandwiches.... Anyway they made them again... I had a Cali veggie, and everything was fresh and wonderful on it, plenty of avocado.. My daughter always gets the pretzel Rami which is really tasty to her. I got my son a turkey with everything on it including avocado and all the spicy stuff he said it was good... My husband isn't home from work yet but I got him a turkey bacon club sandwich with avocado and I'm sure he'll enjoy it... Customer service here has gotten much better recently.. and I'm glad that they came through covid without having to close as this is so close to our house... Came in here and ordered 2 sandwiches during Sat lunch. We waited for a pretty long time. It's busy, I get it. However, I saw a few people that came in well after me get their sandwiches, so I went and inquired about my sandwiches, and it turns out they got my name wrong, and my order had been sitting there this whole time. I ask how long the sandwiches had been sitting there, and am told they would be remade (turns out they had been sitting there for about 20 mins at that point). My name is called a few mins later, I grab my sandwiches, and am offered a soda for the mix up (which I declined). I get home (I live about 5 mins away), and low and behind my hot sandwich is cold AF and the original receipt with the incorrect name is wrapped up with the sandwiches...Needless to say, they did not get remade. I didn't like the new setup, so my sandwiches got made incorrectly, and I waited for a long ass time because they got my name wrong, and they didn't remake my sandwiches like I was told they would. I'm most certainly never coming here again. read more

I love this Togo's in the village. My coworker and I have been going here weekly for about 2 yrs. We always are treated the best! I usually get the specials. I buy an extra one for my husband's lunch for the next day. I enjoy walking in the store and get the smiles and the hellos from the team! Our sadnwiches are always delicious and made just how we like them. Paul, the gentleman who limps, he always makes sure my sandwich has everything I ask for and the amount I ask for on my sandwich. So much so, they were caught up in their conversation, sandwiches were made slowly (seeing as no other customers were present) and when making Club Melt, forgot to added requested and paid for avocado. Am not a gourmet sandwich consumer but I love a sandwich, eating from small delis to something like Jimmy Johns sandwiches but I will say these sandwiches were very delicious, from both in person order and pickup to door dashing it, I have plenty of occasions to confirm yeah these are some good sandwiches. Now I would put a higher rating but my only concern with this location is the reoccurring issue of miscommunication in orders, in both door dash and in person orders, whether it be sizing of a sandwich or the meat or vegetables inside it. It is a bit of bummer to get a wrong order when you order something you have been craving or just really want to eat after a rough morning and lunch comes on. But overall it's foods great just the miscommunication can be a bit on the high side at times. read more
