It was a quiet Wednesday evening, so we got seated right away, and the staff couldn't have been nicer. Truly just genuinely friendly, upbeat people who made us feel so welcome. The food came out super fast and every single thing on the table was amazing. I got the Killer Cobb Salad with their chipotle dressing and it was phenomenal! So fresh, packed with flavor, and huge--I even got to take half home for round two. My son devoured his chicken sandwich, and my daughter-in-law got the pulled pork fries, which were absolute perfection. Like everywhere else, eating out costs a little more these days, but when the food actually tastes this incredible and the portions are this generous, it's 100% worth it. Before we left, the team told us about a block party they're hosting this weekend with live entertainment, so we are definitely going back for that! We then waited for 20 minutes while the staff worked on their delivery orders. I finally asked one employee when we would get our order and they then started to work on them and finally brought them to our table. We had ordered 2 four inch french dip sandwiches and 2 cups of soup and honestly they were terrible. There was only a sliver of roast beef on each sandwich and the soup was obviously from a can. Why it took so long to get our order to our table is beyond me, but it was a very disappointing experience. The food was subpar and the bill was $43 which is way too much for what we got. The second time, I made an online pre-order. I decided to get the meal deal for 4 (and a separate order of the blueberry biscuit fried chicken sandwich) for the most variety. This deal includes: - Chicken Option: 8 pc tenders, 16 pc wings, or 16 pc nuggets. I went with the 16 pc wings. They were heavily battered, and the wings were cooked through and still juicy. I wasn't too wowed by them though. - 2 Sides: I went with the honey mustard pasta salad and chipotle potato salad. The pasta salad was soggier than expected, but flavors of both were pretty good. Chipotle potato had a nice kick. - Loaded Wedges: This was literally a potato quartered into 4 wedges. Tastewise, I really liked the seasoning they used on the potato though. I didn't care for the loaded part (cheese, bacon bits, green onion). - Choice of 5 sauces: Personally, the best part of the meal. Their sauces are on point. I went with the strawberry heat, pineapple pepper, XXX, fuego, honey mustard (accident; I wished I had gotten the hot honey blueberry bbq instead). - 4 Can Drinks: Cool I guess, but wished the deal was focused on the food options. The separate blueberry biscuit with chicken was also only just OK. The biscuit wasn't fluffy or buttery and the blueberries were there visually only (barely any blueberry taste). However, it quickly became evident that was not the case. She said the reason was it was Sunday and they are only open Thursday-Sunday so they often run out of stock during the Sunday rush. Like I said earlier, the last time I was there on a Sunday there was no issue with items being unavailable, and I feel like if this is a recurring issue maybe that's something that should be looked at when ordering for the week? But I also am not in the restaurant business so who knows maybe this isn't that unusual. It was just a bummer to go for my birthday excited to try certain things, only to ultimately end up with a chicken Caesar salad (which was still good though!). There were still pros with this recent visit, again everything looked and tasted great and the service was friendly and much quicker than the previous visit. He even remembers his "regulars" orders. The chicken salad is on special for a limited time, right now. It is pretty tasty. I usually don't like all the fixings inside chicken salad, but I like theirs. I can pick around the celery. We feel like welcomed guests and family when we dine here! The mini chocolate chip cookies are my favorite! I wish they baked more, so they wouldn't run out. Two enthusiastic thumbs up!!

We placed a takeout order for 2 sub sandwiches and picked them up approximately 10 minutes later. After getting home and unwrapping the sandwiches I noticed that my sandwich had not been made correctly. I had ordered a Club Sub which is supposed to have bacon and mayo on it and it had neither. I was not happy so, I called Jersey Mike's and complained to the assistant manager who stated I only had to get on their website and fill out their form and I would get a coupon emailed to me for a remake probably within 24 hours. The Jersey Mike's corporate office in New Jersey emailed me 2 days later making a point to say each Jersey Mike's is individually owned so, they really can't do anything other than send the info to the owner. Corporate asked me for the ticket # which of course I no longer had because the assistant manager did not tell me it was needed which I explained when I responded. I then received another email asking for the date of the order, method of purchase, last 4 digits of my credit card and the total amount of the purchase which I then gave them. Today I received another email thanking me for the info and they would forward it to the owner. Geez, Jersey Mikes......is this how it goes for your customers when your employee screws up an order? As well as being given misinformation from the assistant manager on the remake coupon process? A total of 5 emails and still no coupon and it's now a week later. I think we will order from Togos from now on to avoid the hassle. Their sandwiches are better anyway.
