FOOD POISONING!! I've been in my bed for the last 14 hours with the body aches, fever, and you know everything else that comes with food poisoning. This place (I didn't know) is under new ownership... after telling a family member I ate there yesterday they told me that these owners don't throw their food away. I ordered a mini turkey with pepper jack cheese. I ate half the sandwich and 3 hours later at work I was vomiting in the bathroom every 20 mins. Save yourself from getting sick from this nasty place. Right off the bat; Not only was I not welcomed in, but I was stared at like I was an inconvenience (I went into the store around 4:30 pm). I ordered the Barbecue Tri-Tip with mayo and extra cheese. It took 9 minutes for them to make me a bad order while the store was completely empty. I'm not saying that they have to be chipper the whole time, but if you're going to look at me like I am some freak of nature I at least expect some good food. My sandwich didn't have the default cheese on it at all, just two random chunks of semi-cold mozzarella that wasn't spread out right at all. It is literally the two white blobs on my sandwich in the photo. Barely any mayo and just BBQ sauce all in the middle and barely anywhere else. Total WASTE of 18$. For a wrong order and just one sandwich. Yes, I could've checked the order before I left, but when I only got ONE add on I assumed that wouldn't have been difficult to mess up. I could get a correct sandwich and drink at Subway for cheaper. Service was cold, food was terrible...Could they not pick a struggle? I couldn't even just suck it up and deal with it because accidents happen, anyone knows that. But with how they spent most of my waiting time just standing around and chatting with each other. You can talk and work...but the first 6 minutes I waited it was just talking only. Would not recommend this place to even the last people on earth. read more

My husband and I walked in and were immediately acknowledged by Jackie. She was super sweet and understanding of the fact that I'm pregnant and just finished crying because I had no idea what I wanted to eat. She was patient and even made a few jokes to help lighten my mood. She is super sweet along with the other young lady she was working with unfortunately we didn't get her name. Service was quick and we got our food in a timely manner with my sandwich being perfection and my husband's cheesesteak was still piping hot along with our French fries! We've ordered from here twice now and the food is absolutely delicious. Both times we got the French dip with au jus and it was very good! A medium with chips or fries is enough for two lunches. Last time I ordered the turkey avocado with sprouts and it was so satisfying; this time I got the veggie avocado sprout and it was also very tasty. The beer battered fries are also delicious; a large order was more than enough for two people to share, if not three. The only thing preventing a five star rating is that they forgot the cheese on one of my sandwiches and they forgot our side of ranch. We were refunded for the ranch, but it was a bit disappointing. I Ordered a chefs salad. I went through the list of questions. What you want on it , and then I picked my salad dressing. When I arrived to pick it up, I had to stand in line just to get it it took a while when I got to my destination with my salad I opened it up and it was missing the avocados and the hard boiled eggs that it said it came with, but most importantly, it was missing the salad dressing. I called and all they offered is that I could come back and come pick up another salad which I didn't want because now my lunch time is over and I asked for a refund and they couldn't give me that they just told me to hold onto the receipt and bring it for another salad another day. read more

Food and service are great. The "ambiance" is all wrong. In the middle of summer with no working AC in this place, employee states it's broken and franchise owner won't fix it. They have a gun that supposedly measured the temperature inside the restaurant and the owner says it's adequate. It's about 95 degrees inside, with the employees sweating even more than the customers. Not enjoyable. Too hot inside to relax and enjoy your meal. read more

The sandwiches are decent, but the service is UNBELIEVABLY slow, the service is not particularly friendly, and after a crazy long wait, my sandwich was wrong! For those reasons, I will not be returning. I ordered two sandwiches and two salads and it took 32 minutes from the time I paid for the order (looked at the transaction time). There was no one in line, no one waiting for food when I got there, and only one couple came in after me (they came in about 5 minutes after I ordered and only ordered half a sandwich each). The deli also had one pick up order that they were working on while I was there (it looked like 4 large sandwiches). Yet, somehow I waited a full 30 minutes for my order. And, for some reason, the couple who came in after me got their sandwiches before I did (albeit, only by about 5 mins) which just irritated me even more. I have no idea how it could've possibly taken so long to make our orders. I went in on a weekend after the lunch hour, so I don't know how slow this place would be a regular day during lunch hour rush, but I don't think this is where you want to go for your lunch break if you have limited time. I should note that there was one woman there who was kind of hustling, but the two men could not have moved any more slowly. I think I might've been a little bit less frustrated if they had acknowledged the fact that I had been standing there for 30 minutes. That kind of simple thing can go a long way in alleviating frustration. But there was no acknowledgment of that at all and when the guy finally handed me my bag, he was the opposite of apologetic or even nice - he was kind of rude about it (I was not rude at any point, placed my order with a smile, and waited quietly). They also forgot to put sprouts and avocado on my "turkey, avocado, and sprouts" sandwich. The ingredients are in the name of the sandwich!! How do you mess that up? I wish I could get my money back. When you go to grab sandwiches for lunch, you just don't really factor in a 30 minute wait into that trip. I could've gotten a full restaurant meal prepared in that amount of time... The sandwiches here are really great, but management needs to take a serious look at their staff choices before they lose most of their customer base. I repeatedly receive horrible service at this location. It ranges from simply waiting 45 minutes (!) For two sandwiches, to literally being told the staff cannot confirm if avocado was put on my sandwich when asked, as my husband is very allergic. The last few times I've visited I've had a range of poor service experiences but the food is great so I let them go. However this time I cannot turn a blind eye. There are so many people needing jobs that there is no reason that the people like those employed here are the ones working. When I arrived to pick up my online order, I asked to confirm if there was avocado on my husband's sandwich. The guy at the register turned to a young man with short curly hair and asked him if there was avocado, he literally replied "I don't know, I made however it says." Now, we all know it's pretty rare that things are made exactly as ordered so that's why I already reconfirm this, due to allergy. I also asked for ranch, and the curly haired guy said "I'm sure there's some in there, you can just go through your own bag." The poor level of customer service is getting unacceptable and although the food tastes great, there comes a time when the lack of professionalism can no longer be overlooked. read more

During business hours a closed for break sign is in the window. 30 minutes later the guy comes back in from the back door, keeps the doors locked. When we try to knock at the door, no one answers. Then I called, he picks up 3 separate times and hangs up on me. called a 4th time and the phone just rings and rings. We wait a few minutes more, knock a final time and the he shuts all the lights off but leaves the open sign on. I see other similar reviews. Time for a new sandwich shop. 6:33 on 2/28/2022.
