I wasn't greeted when I walked in, Ashley didn't acknowledge me, just walked over the the opposite register I was standing, didn't say "I can help you when your ready," nothing. I usually really enjoy Jimmy John's. The Turlock location unfortunately disappoints. The sandwich roll that is supposed to be baked fresh daily was super hard and tasted like their day old bread. I know the difference because I have purchased the day old bread. Additionally, they seemed under staffed, hurrying to make orders for delivery or call in orders. It could have been the vinaigrette but I have never had my vinaigrette drip so much from my previous sandwiches. This really sucked. I am seriously surprised by some of these reviews-- we have NEVER had any issues with Jimmy John's. In fact, we've only ever had wonderful experiences with them.
