Only one person ahead of me, and while all the tables were full, it didn't matter since my order was to-go. I went with a roast beef on wheat with everything except jalapeños, plus chips and a bottled water. I was a little worried it might take a while since there were people still waiting for their food at the tables--but that wasn't the case. My order came out surprisingly fast. And wow... this has to be one of the best sandwiches I've ever had. The wheat roll was soft, the roast beef portion was generous, and the flavor was spot-on. All the fixings--lettuce, tomato, red onion, wax peppers, pickles, mustard, mayo, vinegar, and oil--came together perfectly.

The bread was good, but if I wanted bread with a few vegetables on it, I wouldn't have paid $20 for a sandwich. I'd be more understanding if this were a one time mistake, but I've had the same issue with this location before. It's especially frustrating when you're being charged extra for ingredients that aren't even included. Between the significant delay and repeatedly receiving incomplete orders, I don't think it's unreasonable to expect better for a nearly $20 sandwich.

Really great place for sandwhiches and fries. By the way the customer service is amazing. They take the food to you and are always on check. My go to cashier is Nadine she really offers the best customer service thats come from within. Very social with me and my co workers.
