So I normally don't order from Panera so I'm not entirely knowledgeable of deals they have, but I was in drive thru and this very sweet lady who was my cashier named Emily told me about their bagel Tuesday and helped me reduce my total amount to pay while also supplying me with more goods for my coworkers! Very welcoming service from here :) read more

This is by far one of the worst Panera Breads. The service is terrible and slow. They run out of breakfast items before 9Am consistently. I won't be back for a while. This is literally the 4th time in 2 months they ran out of breakfast items before 9am specifically the soufflés. read more

11/5/2025. For past 9 months my orders are never ready when app says Ready. Glad today is my last day. I'm sure your staff is relieved to be rid of me as well. Don't bother with $10 credit. Donate it to meals for the homeless and institute Performance Improvement Program for non performing employees. read more

I haven't had any problem with food wise! The food always taste good. Always comes out to my satisfaction. Only problem this place always looks short on staff. No communication or signs that tells us or first timers where to wait for the food. Some people that want to order at the register only to be told to use the pad?!? Like you can't take the order there? Maybe a little "hello welcome!" Or when an order is placed "please wait on the side and keep an ear open to hear when your order is ready". Also Would be more appreciated if there were signs where to wait for the order and where to pick up orders. Y'all definitely need someone in the front to focus on walk in customers too and keep an eye on the coffee. How y'all ran out of coffee and have people waiting for it lol. Anyways hope this review helps you guys out more read more

Carmen helped me with a large order over the phone. She was very patient and made sure I was getting the best deals. When I arrived, she helped me bring the order to my car. Great customer service. 10/10 read more

Leaving a 5 Star review because of one great employee! I'll probably misspell his name, so I apologize in advance. LaRon was super nice, welcoming, and very cheerful! Thank you for the great service! read more

The app should not tell u it's "READY" and then find out it's not ready at all. I seen it my order sitting there and asked another employee to finish it because I had to go to work. The girl that came from back gave me attitude and rudely said "I'm making it." Being in the food and beverage for over a decade- her response should have been something along the lines of "it will be 2 more minutes" in a customer service tone. I told her it should have been ready at 6:10 then she began to argue with me. I had the manager refund my money. Will definitely avoid this location from now on! read more

The service was a 10/10. Me and boyfriend are picky eaters, and a worker. She took her time and gave us recommendations. The food was amazing. I loved it. read more

If you want baguette that comes w you 2 choice meal make sure you let cashier ahead of time. They don't automatically toast it for you. Once you receive your order and later decide you want it toasted they can't take it from you to toast it cuz you already touched it. However, they are willing to toast another baguette for you and throw away the other one that wasn't originally toasted; what a waste! So I opted not to get it toasted cuz that is just wasteful. At least they are accommodating to you needs. Just need to remember to let them know at time of ordering. Otherwise, soup, salad and sandwiches were satisfying to a quick and light meal. Looking forward to coming back and trying other meal combinations. read more

Not bad for a coffee and tea meet up if its not too crowded and the tables are clean.

Love the unlimited sip club! Always a promo code to be found; the strawberry basil lemonade Fresca, blueberry lavender lemonade, & pomegranate hibiscus tea are my favourite, but the lemonade & papaya green tea are good too! Don't come here to get soda, but the coffee is good too! Carmen is the best, tell her so! read more

Panera- if you think $17 for a bowl of soup and a HALF tiny chicken Caesar salad is valuable then you've lost your fucking minds. I'm NEVER going here again. I'll just keep making my own food or go to a restaurant where they give you way more food. I'm really not shocked at how every place in California takes advantage of us. Thanks Biden. My salad was basically $8 considering the $17 total. What a joke. They were super nice but wow....I put this in a bowl at home and it was pretty much like a side salad at a crappy place. Didn't even taste good. Yup, ya lost me as a customer for life. read more

Customer service great, but food quality sucks they hardly fosse like 7 pieces of chicken on the chipotle pizza it's crazy how much they cheap out on everything especially for the price you pay smh so I stoped going but sourdough bread was great until they got recalls for the bread I also stopped going & sad to know Mac and cheese and brócoli soup is not fresh it's all bagged :(. read more

Atmosphere: Such a tight parking lot, so the drive through line is always so long. Inside is nice and spacious, great for meet ups with coworkers and friends. Customer service: From observance, the older workers are always cleaning and are very responsive to customers. The younger workers talk a lot and don't really get orders done. I've waited 15 mins for a muffin before because they never called me. I had to go ask for it and they were surprised. Mind you, there were no customers before or after me. Food: Sadly, not the best. Can't go wrong with their bread and sandwiches, but their hot food is always not prepared well. They always have missing hot items on the menu too. I recommend going to the counter to order. Their pad is missing food items. Overall: It's okay. Nice area for a meet up and to study, but food will always be inconsistent. read more

I waited 20 min to get a bagel and a coffee. Mind you, there was no one ahead of me to wait for their order. By the time I finally asked where it was at they said here it's ready and it was cold. Terrible.. don't go here read more

I ordered a "You Pick 2", a half Cesar Salad and half sandwhich, and my sister ordered a Greens Salad, my one star is for my sandwich. So long as you order a sandwich you are probably going to get a fair portion but the salads were a joke for the price. My salad was 5.99 and my sisters was 6.89. I dont mind the price but there was hardly any salad in the bowl and it wasn't until I got home (a 50 min drive) did I realize how little salad I received. read more

I keep giving them more chances but this last time was not good and I won't be back for a while. First of all, I ordered ahead of time and still had to wait ten minutes at the window for them to finish my simple order. Second, they gave me a completely different breakfast sandwich than what I ordered. The iced coffee was the worst I've ever had. Watery, hardly any flavor. They didn't include napkins. Just overall not a good experience. read more

I thought it would be clean in the bathroom but it was So bad it had poop all over it and when we ordered a Large coffee on line mind you we had to wait a whole 1/2 hour to get it through the drive thru! Ordering from app but going through drive thru not really saving anytime!! Prob best to go inside.

This is a place that we use frequently for office lunches as it is a place we all enjoy. However, with every order placed (placed online) we have an item missing for incorrect. Today we had chicken missing from a $17 salad and no chips. The missing chicken as well as missing bread and/or butter is has happened the last 4 times. Disappointing read more

As a frequent customer, I want to said The quality of food in this place is getting worse and worse. Lack of training to keep up with the standard of food quality and service. The management team shall do something to change the current situation, otherwise we shall report the cooperate level to make some improvement for only Panera Bread in town. Very upset and angry to receive the order from driver through few times recently, not double check the order. Missing order items, and especially the quality of sandwich is very sloppy. Without fresh and enough vegetables, just two pieces of bread. Very bad experiences. read more

Their chicken noodle soup is delicious, their sandwiches are, well, weird. Lumps of cold chicken do not a sandwich make, although the cats loved it. the chicken WAS tender. Alas, this time, two noodles do not make a bowl of soup. Oh, and a carrot. VERY disappointed. Very angry. And, hungry. To the person who commented, "Then eat at home, fat ass." I respond, I am 5'7" and weigh 120. read more

great food, the bread bowl got me yorkin my penits, nice staff, always knows my order. great place to hangout and mellow down

Whomever makes my grilled cheese, lettuce, avocado & mayo sandwiches is the best! He/She always does a great job with the amount of everything. I love the broccoli cheddar soup and Will gets the chicken/lime salad something or other - it's a salad! :-P Their iced chai lattes are really good although you can't get them in larger sizes. That's the only downfall about the drinks. Love the 99cent pastries if you buy any entree and drink. What a good way to try out new items on the cheap! The other thing I like about this place is the drive thru! Sometimes I wish I had Panera but didn't feel like sitting inside - awesome! Con to this place: Slow wifi read more
