I haven't had any problem with food wise! The food always taste good. Always comes out to my satisfaction. Only problem this place always looks short on staff. No communication or signs that tells us or first timers where to wait for the food. Some people that want to order at the register only to be told to use the pad?!? Like you can't take the order there? Maybe a little "hello welcome!" Or when an order is placed "please wait on the side and keep an ear open to hear when your order is ready". Also Would be more appreciated if there were signs where to wait for the order and where to pick up orders. Y'all definitely need someone in the front to focus on walk in customers too and keep an eye on the coffee. How y'all ran out of coffee and have people waiting for it lol. The app should not tell u it's "READY" and then find out it's not ready at all. I seen it my order sitting there and asked another employee to finish it because I had to go to work. The girl that came from back gave me attitude and rudely said "I'm making it." Being in the food and beverage for over a decade- her response should have been something along the lines of "it will be 2 more minutes" in a customer service tone. I told her it should have been ready at 6:10 then she began to argue with me. I had the manager refund my money. Will definitely avoid this location from now on! read more

If you want baguette that comes w you 2 choice meal make sure you let cashier ahead of time. They don't automatically toast it for you. Once you receive your order and later decide you want it toasted they can't take it from you to toast it cuz you already touched it. However, they are willing to toast another baguette for you and throw away the other one that wasn't originally toasted; what a waste! So I opted not to get it toasted cuz that is just wasteful. At least they are accommodating to you needs. Just need to remember to let them know at time of ordering. Otherwise, soup, salad and sandwiches were satisfying to a quick and light meal. Panera- if you think $17 for a bowl of soup and a HALF tiny chicken Caesar salad is valuable then you've lost your fucking minds. I'm NEVER going here again. Great quality food. So many options to choose from. Always have great deals through the app. Very very friendly staff.

Atmosphere: Such a tight parking lot, so the drive through line is always so long. Inside is nice and spacious, great for meet ups with coworkers and friends. Customer service: From observance, the older workers are always cleaning and are very responsive to customers. The younger workers talk a lot and don't really get orders done. I've waited 15 mins for a muffin before because they never called me. I had to go ask for it and they were surprised. Mind you, there were no customers before or after me. Food: Sadly, not the best. Can't go wrong with their bread and sandwiches, but their hot food is always not prepared well. They always have missing hot items on the menu too. I recommend going to the counter to order. Their pad is missing food items. Overall: It's okay. Nice area for a meet up and to study, but food will always be inconsistent. read more

I ordered a "You Pick 2", a half Cesar Salad and half sandwhich, and my sister ordered a Greens Salad, my one star is for my sandwich. So long as you order a sandwich you are probably going to get a fair portion but the salads were a joke for the price. My salad was 5.99 and my sisters was 6.89. I dont mind the price but there was hardly any salad in the bowl and it wasn't until I got home (a 50 min drive) did I realize how little salad I received. read more

I keep giving them more chances but this last time was not good and I won't be back for a while. First of all, I ordered ahead of time and still had to wait ten minutes at the window for them to finish my simple order. Second, they gave me a completely different breakfast sandwich than what I ordered. The iced coffee was the worst I've ever had. Watery, hardly any flavor. They didn't include napkins. I thought it would be clean in the bathroom but it was So bad it had poop all over it and when we ordered a Large coffee on line mind you we had to wait a whole 1/2 hour to get it through the drive thru! As a frequent customer, I want to said The quality of food in this place is getting worse and worse. Lack of training to keep up with the standard of food quality and service. The management team shall do something to change the current situation, otherwise we shall report the cooperate level to make some improvement for only Panera Bread in town. Very upset and angry to receive the order from driver through few times recently, not double check the order. Missing order items, and especially the quality of sandwich is very sloppy. I have only ever gone thru the drive thru and they got my simple "Turkey, mayo and tomato sandwich" wrong a few times! Ugh! Today at 4:00pm, the drive thru had 5 cars lined up so I went inside for the first time. My order went quickly since I was the only one in there. The gal was nice and after I ordered I walked around just looking at the menu while I waited. After 15 m-20 minutes, I asked the worker if my sandwich was ready and she said that she hadn't heard my name. A customer after me said "I see an order for you at the counter." Once I picked up my sandwich, I told the worker, "if it looks obvious that I've never been here before, you should tell me about the pick up counter!" She just stared at me. Whatever!! Whomever makes my grilled cheese, lettuce, avocado & mayo sandwiches is the best! He/She always does a great job with the amount of everything. I love the broccoli cheddar soup and Will gets the chicken/lime salad something or other - it's a salad! :-P Their iced chai lattes are really good although you can't get them in larger sizes. That's the only downfall about the drinks. Love the 99cent pastries if you buy any entree and drink. What a good way to try out new items on the cheap!
