A great place to get a sandwich. Quality ingredients, nice soft bread, friendly service. Every time I'm there, the tables are clean. When they aren't busy crafting sandwiches, they are cleaning tables, soda machine, windows, etc. The bathrooms are also very clean. My go to sandwich is ham and turkey on white. I'm not crazy for the specialty sandwich's with cream cheese, but maybe you will like it. I typically get the medium size and save half for later. Nice size sandwiches. read more

We've ordered from this spot multiple times. And I'm not sure why people say it's expensive, it's only a bit more then subway or togos but the quality (at least in Merced) is soooo much better. Plus they have other options on the menu then just sandwhichs, like sweet potato fries and chicken sandwhiches. It's my first time here and I will be back again. Boyfriend and I are out running errands so I suggested that that we just buy lunch somewhere. He must not be feeling all the places that I said. He brought me here so I can try it. I ordered the 4in tuna, avocado and sprouts with wheat bread. He got the 6in Philly cheese steak with wheat bread. And we got a side order of fries. The food was made fresh. My sandwich was really good. They give you a lot of tuna spread. The fries was soooooooo good and crunchy. I can easily eat an entire order of it. It's a little pricey but it's totally worth it. The place is clean. I see employees constantly sweeping the floor and cleaning tables as soon as customers get up. I forget how much I liked this place. Today we got the Turkey, bacon, & avocado sandwich. They put it together just how I ordered it. We got beer-battered fries that were AMAZING with the Chipotle sauce. We also ordered the sweet potato fries that were lovely with mustard (and ranch per the kiddo). We took our order to go. I usually order the tuna or grilled chicken salad...it's always fresh and tasty, but I have been ordering the avocado turkey sandwich...OMG, so good! They never go overboard with all the ingredients and is just the right ratio! Love that they always are quick even if you order at the store but I usually order over the phone which is very convenient! Went today to deli delicious to pick up some sandwiches and 2 large fries for dinner and I believe they shorted me on my fries. I called and spoke to lady that waited on me and she said no they weigh them to 10 ounces for large. I bought two larges but only weighed the sweet potato since I had picked some out of the regular even though it looked about the same in the beginning. Today I placed an order at 12:49. I have a 30 minute window for lunch . When I arrived at 1:22...I was told my order was non existent which was most likely not their fault since it was through an online order. I told them I would prefer a refund at that point as I did not want to be late. I was told to give them my order. I did. My sandwich online was $9.50 but she told me that was a small ...deceitful ... because Looking at the menu it reflected a much lower price for a small . At that point I was just trying to get back to work on time. I let it go as the owner was not understanding to my request for a refund especially when I was getting charged more. But coming from someone who knows the food industry , this is not good customer service. Upping the price is wrong. And When I asked for a refund I should have gotten it. I can't say good things about a business that doesn't stay true to the universal Motto that all food industries abide by. Sandwiches are tasty, but expensive For two sandwiches and to sides of fries it was almost 30 dollars. Chipotle chicken sandwich - it was my first time eating here. I wish the employees explained to me what "works" meant. Because then I wouldn't have added mustard, and pickles. They need to figure out a way to maintain the sandwiches hot, since we cannot dine in anymore. Their sandwich boxes can easily be replaced with some type of paper. Because of the boxes the prices are higher. The sandwiches here overall are good, the place can be better, I barely noticed the place. It's been four or five years since I've been here. I brought the love of my life here (her first time) she had the steak n cheese on sourdough.I had the Chicken Pesto sandwich on sourdough toasted. The flavors had a party in my mouth..‼ I expected sandwich meat but it was sliced chicken. Today I have never been so humiliated as a mother of 3. Typically when I am running errands with all 3 kids, 5, 3 and 1 I choose not to get off and eat at any restaurant since I never know how all 3 kids will behave while eating. At times we choose the drive thru option and eat in the car. Today my son asked if we could get off to eat, so we did. Being that we were 30 min away from our house I asked the employee if they had a changing table in the restroom which she indicated no. I am not sure if she did not hear me but I made the comment that, "it's fine I'll change her all the way in the back" my daughter, age 1, needed a change so since it was pee I made the choice to go all the way to the back of the restaurant away from all guests to change her on the cushion of the booth. I also made sure that no one could visibly see the diaper change and it was done effortlessly and as quite as possible. I even made sure to place the dirty diaper (pee) in between my legs and tossed it so that it wouldn't touch the surface of anything. Once done we returned to my other 2 children and sat down to wait for our food. During this waiting period another customer came in and had an exchange with the staff that was unpleasant. I felt bad for the employees because the customer made them uncomfortable however I choose to stay quite and not say anything to the customer given I was with my 3 children alone. After that customer left, the only 2 other customers in the restaurant also asked for their food to be boxed up to go. I was unsure as to why but I figured maybe they were uncomfortable with the interaction that had just happened. At the same time I noticed that the 2nd guests whispered something to the employee. As they were leaving the employee took it upon herself to tell me loudly from a 6 foot distance that the booths were not changing tables and that I shouldn't have changed the diaper in the back. I was completely caught off guard given that I was sitting waiting for our food with my 3 kids. My boys looked at me like what just happened shocked. I apologized and said okay sorry about that. Internally I felt so humiliated that this wasn't said to me discreetly but instead it was said out loud for everyone to hear. My 5 year old looked at me and said "so we have to go" feeing that we were just kicked out of the business. I got so ashamed for him and I and our family. I waited until the 2nd customers left to speak up. At that time I walked up to the counter and informed the individual who had shamed me that it was embarrassing for her to broadcast out loud in front of everyone that I shouldn't change my child. I would have appreciated her to come to me and say it discreetly not for everyone to hear. I asked for our food to go and then chose to ask for a refund and leave. I informed her that I had told the employee who took our order that I was changing the baby in the back given that they didn't have a changing table. I said I don't know if she didn't hear me but if it would have been a problem I wouldn't have done it at all. At that point I was emotional and held my tears as much as possible. As a mom it's always hard going out to eat anywhere with small kids hoping that no one is bothered by them and their noise. Then you get the difficulty of their being no changing tables in public places and having to decide what to do when a diaper change is needed. Never in my life have I felt so embarrassed with my children in public. Shame on the staff, shame on the business owner for not training better and same on the company for not ensuring that their facilities are equipped for families. read more

Although these sandwiches do not compare to Ike's, they're pretty good! I usually get a mini and it's filling because they stuff it with deli meat. They do have hot options, but I wish they had an option to have cold sandwiches toasted so the cheese would melt. Decided to get a sandwich in person yesterday instead of using GrubHub or DoorDash, because lately they've been making mistakes when making orders through the apps. Ordered the Ham and Turkey w/Swiss "to-go" with mayo, lettuce, pickle and a little bit of onion. When I got home to eat, turns out they made not one but two mistakes. This was my second time trying Deli Delicious and I was super excited because I wanted a wrap! At the store they asked if we wanted everything in the wrap and we said no and just listed the things we did want. I don't know if they didn't hear us but when we got home our wrap contained everything we didn't want. I have a specific diet due to health reasons and most of the wrap contained was stuff I cannot have. We wanted to avoid problems of me not being able to eat it by being up front with what we wanted. So my friend brought me to this new and upcoming restaurant. My first impression was that this was like a Quiznos or a nicer subway. The price is a little more expensive with my 8" sandwich being $8 but the taste was definitely worth. I was happy with my food and the ability to easily customize my order. The sandwich buns are great too. I recommend the Dutch crunch or sourdough. It is much better than a subway and the service is much friendlier as well.
