When a customer is calling to talk about a order that was not completed correctly please do not hang up on the customer. I asked to speak to the manager and she said she was not in, fine understandable. I asked for workers name and she hung up on me. I called back and was hung up on several times then sent to voicemail. I use to work in fast food so I am very understanding. I never raised my voice. I even explained that I'm not upset mistakes happen. Then I was accused of wanting free food. I just want what I PAID for and did not deserve that treatment. I continue to call back and all of a sudden the manager is available. People be patient with workers and workers be patient with customers who do not deserve to be treated poorly when inquiring about a incorrect order. read more

Wienerschnitzel seems the odd-man-out kind of fast food restaurant. Chili dogs aren't necessarily a huge draw to most people. They sell other products, and that's why I was here with a buddy. Tasty Freeze is a business I never tried. Locations were few and few between, so it's good that Wienerschnitzel seems to have their products in every location. I've been seeing that Caramel Crunch Freezee for months and never tried it. It reminded me of Dairy Queen's Blizzard. This time I ordered one, and my buddy ordered a Chocolate Sundae. At $3.29 each, they seemed okay but as we got them minutes later, they seemed a bit small. Went through the drive through and was greeted at the window by an employee named Elizabeth. The absolute worst attitude iv been given by any location. Rolled her eyes at us. All we wanted was to get our food and get out. Im very disappointed in this visit. I don't know what was going through her head but it's not okay to treat others that way. I work in fast food as well. I understand it's frustrating but treating paying customers like that isnt cool dude. Without customers you dont have a job. I hope your manager or franchise owner can help you understand that before you lose more customers. read more
