Ordered 5 pizzas online and called the store 5 min later to see if I could change my pick up time because my husband was going to be passing through about 30 min sooner and was met with screaming from the lady who answered the phone. Screaming how she has orders on the counter and customers waiting and that she would do the best she could but it not guaranteed. I explained that I don't live in town and that he was coming through at that time and she continued to scream and said "FINE! " ILL HAVE IT READY" and slammed the phone down . I wanted to call back and cancel my order but didn't want to be attacked again from the lady behind the counter. Kinda worried now about what she might do to my pizzas . I really , hope that her day gets better and that maybe they can hire some extra help so that other customers aren't met with the same disrespect that I was today. This is the 2nd time in the past few months I've been served expired food. The first time the date on a side dish was written over in sharpie to extend the sell by date and tonight 2 of the dipping sauces were expired. In their fridge there's always a ceaser salad (with chicken), an artichoke salad and a garden salad. There were no ceaser salads in the fridge so i asked the girl if she could make two. I get all the way home and they are literally just two trays of lettuce and cheese. Nothing else in it. No chicken. Paid $10 for lettuce and cheese lol. I called them to tell them that I didn't get any chicken and they said I didn't specify that I wanted a chicken ceaser salad. Which is quite literally the salad that's ALWAYS in the fridge. NEVER seen a lettuce and cheese salad in there ever before lol. Could have bought a head of lettuce from the store for $1. If you go in there, I guess make sure to say CHICKEN or you'll get a tray of overpriced lettuce. Wasn't offered to get it fixed, just kept being told I ordered wrong. Papa Murphy's take and bake pizza is the best take and bake pizza that I have had. I have so many I like from Papa Murphy's that it's hard to list them all so I will list my top 2 favorites. My second favorite pizza they sell here is the cowboy. I like to top it with Parmesan cheese at home just before I cook it. It turns out really well. My ultimate favorite pizza from Papa Murphy's is hands down the Chicago Style stuffed pizza. If you have not tried the Chicago Style stuffed pizza you are truly missing out. It's even great reheated the next day. The Oakdale location is super easy to find, located right on what is essentially the "main drag" through town. They have plenty of places to park and walking in and ordering doesn't take more than about 10 minutes. If you are in a hurry I suggest calling ahead and they will have it ready for you when you get there. Their location is small inside, meaning not a lot of places to sit down but since it's designed to order it to cook at home that sorta fits. Don't forget to have them stamp your loyalty card so you can earn that free pizza sooner or later. read more

Papa Murphy's brings back memories of my college years, which has been 15 years ago. They continually do the same thing that they did back then by making the pizzas and selling them at a very reasonable price. The pizza still taste as it did 15 years ago, which is good, and the price has not changed at all. The best pizza that my family and I get is the Chicago style stuffed crust pizza because it last 4 - 5 days because it is so thick and meaty to eat. This place always has excellent workers that are young which is a good thing due to the lazy youth never working. I have never had a issue here and have lived in Oakdale for 13 years always relying on this place to make good pizza to take home and bake later. If you see any older workers in there then they are most likely pretty rude from my experiences over the years. Overall though its a great place to get some cookie dough and pizza. read more

My family and I go to the oakdale store quite often and the customer service is pretty on point. (It's usually teenagers working). But today was by far the WORST customer service I have seen in a long time! The older lady, a bit bigger with glasses was a complete ASS! Other than occasionally having to wait in the line that goes all the way outside ( a bi-product of people liking it) this place is great.
