The food was so incredibly good! It all tasted so fresh and crispy. The sandhwich veggies were really fresh and the bread seemed like they baked it on the spot. I recommend anything from their menu. Figaro's has been our favorite Pizza for last couple o years. But the last 2 times ordering and having delivered, delivery was SLOW. after 1 and half hours I called to see if they forgot, and was told it was out for delivery. After another 15 minutes it was delivered. VERY Disappointed. Pizza had sat in box so long the crust was limp and soggy and the wings were not even warm. Better get your delivery person in line or you are losing our business. read more

I recently ordered two sausage sandwiches over the phone (my fault for not asking for the price). When I went to pick them up, I was shocked to find out the total was $32! If you're gonna have a website; make sure it works correctly. Tried to order a Calzone which was advertised for $8.99; website wanted me to add extras toppings (at $1.00 each) to proceed with order. If you're gonna take phone orders; make sure you can communicate clearly with your customers. Called twice and both times they claimed they couldn't understand what I was wanting. They were rude on the phone as well. What I wanted was simple: three Calzones. Real simple. Their inefficient service/website/poor phone manners just cost you nearly $30 in sales. If you can't take care of a simple customer order, you don't deserve to be in business. Improve your website. Improve your phone skills or you'll go out of business. read more

(their all great and I love them all, but wanted something different for a change ) Called in an order yesterday 10/1/2020 And got the large pepperoni Garlic twists And cheese bread Arrived and wasn't quite ready and decided to wait. The best pizza in Turlock! It's cheap, fast, and DELCIOUS! My roommate and I have been ordering Figaro's on DoorDash for about a year now and it's consistently delicious. My boyfriend, who lives in Walnut Creek, says he wishes it could be FedEx'd to him because he loves it so much lol. We love the create your own: pineapple, green pepper, jalapeño, onion...so BOMB! This little family run parlor was very nice. My daughter was craving pizza and it was near us, and had good reviews. The folks were very friendly and they turned on the soccer game since they noticed my daughter in her soccer uniform. We watched the match and she ate a nice Hawaiian pizza. Was it over the top flashy? No. But it was reasonably priced and had plenty of toppings. The place was extremely clean. I ordered the chicken milano sandwich and it was pretty tasty for a panini. I received all the food above, and was given a hot Coca-Cola 2 L. I called Figaro's no manager was available so I spoke to whom ever Answered the phone which was a young man I asked him why I didn't receive a root beer and that I am pregnant and can't have caffeine he said your door dash- driver is the only one who has access to your information and he called and text you. I received no phone call nor any text my phone was on me the entire time I knew exactly when the food got to my door and picked it up promptly, I asked him why then that was the Coca-Cola hot he told me they keep them outside when there's no room in the cooler. I asked him why then can I not get a cold one, "the cooler is full and that's why they keep them outside" again. ‍. is what I was told. if I knew that I was going to spend over $60 and end up with a hot Coca-Cola thatd been sitting outside for God knows how long I wouldn't of bought anything. And upon trying the Coca-Cola my husband has told me it's FLAT. we will not be back. Service is confused and untrained, foods eh and DRINKS ARE KEPT OUTSIDE AND ARE FLAT. no thank you. The Pizza was hand made, cooked, and on the table faster than I've seen in a long time. We had a Hawaiian Pizza, Thick Crust, and finished it wanting more it was so tasty. Bring a designated driver as although the beer selections may be limited to 4-5 taps, the size of the pour is what matters. A very generous Sierra Nevada Pale Ale made the meal perfect . Be sure to be ready for exceptionally warm and caring service levels by the owners. They bent over backwards to ensure we enjoyed our meal and the atmosphere at their restaurant.
