Local spot by my house, I enjoy coming in here every couple weeks for a bacon cheeseburger n onion rings. Pizza is solid , as well.

She has a nasty attitude and is constantly wearing a stank face. She needs to realize the customers are what keeps her paycheck coming. Y'all need to do better with your employees. I called to let the manger know what was going on with the pizza I ordered. Both of my daughters an boyfriend got sick from the pizza called to talk with the owner he wasn't available so I asked for the manger in charge he said she won't be in until noon, called back an got a male telling me he was the manger sounded like the same person I talked with early. So I explained to him that the pizza was raw and and made everyone sick. Wanted to see if I could get my money back he told me that the owner wasn't in and I asked when he will be in and he told me that he wasn't sure, so if he was a manager he should've known when the owner would've been there. Just had my first order. The cheesy bread was delicious. But I got the garlic chicken pizza, extra cheese extra crispy, and the supreme Pizza and to be completely Frank they were almost inedible. Maybe it was just a bad night. But I won't be chancing it again. For $60 it was a total bust and waste of money. I gave it 2 Stars because the cheesy bread was good, but that was generous. read more

Ricos use to drive to snelling for deliver requirements for delivery was minimum of 50 dollar order for deliver got an update that they weren't doing delivering to us anymore which I think is ridiculous regardless of COVID other business still deliver not sure if it is because we are out in the country but when i order from them I give a genours tip will I order from them again maybe if I happen to pass through the trash of Winton merced would be closer if thats the case thanks Rico lost a customer read more

What a great surprise. We had a basketball celebration here. Very clean. Friendly staff. Great games for kids and adults inside. They have a change machine. They have the biggest pizza I've ever seen!!! Plus it was really good. The prices are reasonable. read more

Our order was fixed wrong and when we asked them about they gave some bs excuse about how we placed our order not being dorectly to them and the way we placed it messed up our order when they gave it to them but we ordered pizza and it came with the wrong toppings. A lot of hype but nothing but disappointment. Several friends in the area suggested Rico's after I moved to Winton. Everyone raved about it, all the reviews were good. Made my first order for the opening weekend of NFL football so I tried a few wings with it. I ordered an all meat mess and a garlic chicken. The crust was basically white bread with pizza toppings on it. The garlic chicken was the biggest disaster. They just threw it together and put in the oven. Just looked wet, the toppings really didn't have time to cook and the chicken itself was basic cubes. No real taste at all. Maybe it was a busy day as they did order in the last few minutes of a estimated delivery time of 30-50 mins so I might give them a second chance. With other pizza and wing options in the area it would take a lot to make this my favorite. read more

Ordered 3 party pizzas for my sons birthday party a few weeks ago. I called in at 11am and told them I wanted to pick up at 4:15 pm. The pizzas were ready for me right on time! The nice manager also gave me the coupon $6 off over the phone, which I knew nothing about but saved me $6 on each pizza! I was very happy about that. The pizzas were delicious. We ordered one pepperoni, one combo, and one half cheese half Hawaiian. I was very happy with Rico's and will be ordering from them more often! read more

This has to be the worst place to eat in the country. Do yourself a favor and do not waste your money here. The place is dirty looking and dingy. Was walking around by the games and saw a roach running across the floor. Not to mention their food is disgusting and the manager and staff are rude and rip you off after they screw up. I ordered a linguica sandwich and they put jalapeno peppers all over it. Who puts jalapeno peppers on a linguica sandwich?? No on anywhere. Who ever thought of that has to be out of their mind. Then when I tell them that I did not order that they say you didn't say that I did not want them on it and wanted to charge me to make a new sandwich. There is nothing on the menu that says there is Jalapenos on the sandwich. Again DO NOT waste your money here. read more

Th delivery driver was 30 min late, got here with cold food and I called the manager. He agreed to take off the charges for the food I sent back. After starting to eat my pizza I found the crust wasn't fully cooked. I called Rico's and spoke with owner/manager Oscar, he said that I can't expect fried food (French fries) to be delivered in good condition and that he already didn't charge me for the burgers and fries (that I sent back). When I offered to take back the pizza that wasn't cooked for a refund he didn't care and didn't offer any compensation and didn't want me to bring in the pizza. I live 15 minutes away at most and can't believe the service that was given. read more

I had a wonderful experience here at Rico's! I had a birthday party for my son and had about 40 guests. Every worker there was very friendly and attentive. They kept watch for when more guests arrived and they would bring out more food. They even turned down the music for us to sing "Happy Birthday." They also provided the plates, forks, and knife for the cake; and the lighter for the candles (I forgot to bring all that!). Found Rico's on Yelp and we were tired of few pizza choices, so we tried delivery and it is good pie. We had a one topping for the kids and vegetarian for my wife and I. Cooked well, crust is great and I had the jalapeño poppers and they were really good. A gem of a find in Winton and glad they deliver to Atwater. The showed up when they said they would. I have yet to try any food from here that I don't like. I once put an online order in and by mistake got the time wrong. so I went in 2 hours early to pick up it up and realized my mistake. Terrible, terrible experience, my family wanted pizza from Ricos to watch the 49er game and we were trying to figure out what pizza to order, we love the pizza there, but when trying to order, eventually the cashier and manager thought we were pranking and told us that the pizza was $399.00, that is so ridiculous, poor management and they called the sherriff on us, that was very stupid, we explained to the sherrif when he arrived at our home the situation while eating pizza that we ordered from another pizza place that knows how to treat their customers, Ricos lost a good customer. I would not even rate a 1 star. My kids got scare when sherrif arrived at our home. read more
