I've been here a few times didn't have any problems before. Placed a order yesterday but they messed up on one of my pizzas I didn't notice till after I pulled it out the oven cooked . I called to let me know they messed up one of my pizzas , they offered a 10 percent discount or remake the pizza . I had them remake the pizza was annoyed to have to drive back but it was fine . I go inside and tell them I'm there for the remade pizza and they asked if I brought in the cooked pizza with me , lol ya that's what I want to bring with me when you mess up my order. They gave me the pizza but they said next time bring it with you even if it's cooked . That's what I want to do is bring a cooked pizza that doesn't have a box and drive with it in my car getting pizza grease everywhere. I use to like getting Papa Murphys every once in awhile but I will not no more , will not be back ever . read more

We order here a lot. Besides there being big chunks of artichoke on some pizzas (easy fix) They are an inexpensive way to pretend you are actually cooking when all you have done os heat the oven. read more

Do not order the meatballs with marinara from here. It clearly states one order includes 10 meatballs. They are only giving you 7 meatballs and not the 10 as advertised. This is fraud, dishonest, and unacceptable. People work too hard to have money stolen from them. Do not recommend this place. What else are they doing when you're not looking? read more

Customer service is horrible! I understand everyone is short staffed and I was being patient. I walked in and the Employee was finishing up a pizza. I waited, no problem! The employee then got to my order shortly after I placed it. It took him 25 mins to complete one pizza! He stopped immediately to help the next customer who walked in, then 2 other individuals after. Good as it gets for Take'n'bake pizza, lots of choices and CYOs (create your own) reasonably priced. Clean and friendly. Only complaint is the topping tend to be lumped in the middle so you have to smooth them out so your pizza cooks properly. read more

Papa Murphys is by far best pizza chain around. Their cowboy is a classic and as far as a simple pepperoni pizza goes they make the best. I could only see one person working in there. The one in Turlock has always at least 3 people on the line with who knows how many in back, I don't know how that girl does it all by herself.
