As we head to the dinning room there were multiple dirty tables which stayed dirty for the majority of our visit. The cleaning cart with food waste, dirty dishes and a bucket of dirty cleaning water and cloths stayed in the dining room close to our table the entire time. The front windows were full of cobwebs. The food took a long time to come out. The pizza was good. The wings were just ok. Our wedges and jalapeno poppers took extremely long to come out and the poppers were soggy and undercooked. For the amount of money that was spent I was not happy with the experience. I don't think I would come to this location again.

My husband ordered 3 pizzas at 6:20pm and while I was on the road he received an email directing…read morethat it was ready in the pizza portal. So he texted me the portal code and told me the pizza was ready. (Pizzas note said it would be ready for I waited a while to pick up the pizza because previously when he ordered and immediately drove up to pick up, one of the pizzas was not ready. He ended up waiting an additional 10 minutes. So, ran an errand and then decided to pick up. Email stated our pizza could not fit in the pizza portal so I needed to ask the cashier for it. Upon my arrival, the cashier stated it wasn't ready. I waited and waited. Finally after 1 hour and 48 minutes after initially placing the order online; I was handed 3 pizzas that were incorrect. To make the situation less of an issue - I simply asked for the additional toppings on the side so I could pay for them and go. The cashier scrounged around and said ok - but then didn't sell them to me. To my surprise, the Manager came into the picture and I explained the situation. Apparently there was a miss-order or communication and he kindly decided to remedy the mishap with making pizzas the way I requested and also offered 2 additional pizzas as a way to apologize. Because he handled this situation in the most upmost respect and helpfulness- I would absolutely recommend this location above the other location in Merced AND CONTINUE to order pizza from this specific LC.

They have no security to check ids. I'm sure they serve miners. Cause they don't ID at all. The Tarmac Owner Steve really should hold his staff accountable for being slow and unprofessional, and actually very aggressive and argumentative when customers wait 30mins for a beer. The guy at the register was literally waving his hands and voice to customer asks for polite and more professional service. I really suggest some bar lights and more professionalism this might be to much of an expectation, so I encourage everyone to come to the tarmac and and enjoy good food, cold beer, chill vibes and below average service in my opinion today
