There are only a few really good pizza factory's and I feel like Gustine has one of the best! Yay for us. We usually get a pizza and habanero hot wings. If you never had them you must try them with ranch. One time I ordered the smaller order but they made the larger order. They wrote on my box merry Christmas and enjoy the extra wings because they made them on accident. I still smile at that today! The staff is always kind when we are there. And the delivery drivers work their butts off! Someone is always on the road as long as delivery is being offered. Glad to have them in our community. read more

Gross- we just moved here from Turlock so I assumed since we like that location, well like this one. Not the case. Pizza is way to overpriced when receiving wet soggy pizza. Pizza crust should never be soggy.. we didn't even feed our leftovers (which usually is eaten the next day) to our dogs. Will never be back and that's a promise. Used to be great pizza. I ordered a medium-sized pizza, it arrived at my door piping hot. The delivery driver was very polite and respectful. However it seems that they might of had an over stock of anchovies and chose my pizza to off load them. To simply describe the flavor it was salt! There was no distinct flavor between each seperate topping. It all just tasted like salt. Nothing seemed fresh. No flavor from the mushrooms or red onion that was an add on topping. This spot used to be pretty good pizza. But then the owners switched and remodeled the inside which looks GREAT! However the pizza went from good to just ok. We now frequent Little Ceasars if you can believe that. ‍ The reason: i don't like soggy or undercooked pizza crust and that's what I get every time. I tried ordering with less cheese thinking that might help. Nope. Stilly soggy or it becomes soft and chewy from all the toppings?? If that makes sense. Pizza to me is 50% about the crust! I give this place one star because the toppings are fresh and they keep the place up well. A second star for serving hot food, I always want my food coming out nice and hot and they do serve everything hot out of the oven. They offer some good local beers on tap too which is cool. But I just can't eat the soggy pizza. And the pasta is good if you DONT know how to cook for yourself. I'm disappointed because I think it's a nice atmosphere, and I give the owners credit for maintaining the place and installing tvs, that's appreciated. Don't be fooled by the pictures. Those are not of this place. It's even better then they show. Best pizza in the Gustine area. Great seating and a great display of their love for the community with all the local high school sports teams photos on the walls and even under the glass on the tables. I usually don't do reviews, however, I felt compelled due to the excellent customer service that I received from Amy and the delivery driver (sorry didn't catch his name). I placed and order over the phone and then called back to place a separate order, no problem. My husband went to get both orders and came home. Upon opening the raviolis that were ordered in both orders I found that they were beef raviolis and we ordered cheese. I called and Amy answered the phone, she was very pleasant and apologized and said they would deliver the right food to my house even though they don't deliver to Newman, she even quoted me about 25 minutes. A very nice delivery man rang the door bell about 20 minutes later with both of the cheese raviolis and apologized for the mix up. It's this kind of service that will keep me going back to pizza factory. Thank you Amy! PS- if you haven't been inside Pizza Factory in a while, my husband said it is super nice now. So this 1 star rating is not based on the quality of food, but the quality of services I experienced tonight. I'm not writing this to tell people not to go here, I am hoping someone from this establishment will read this and fix the issues. 01. If there is going to be an hour wait for a pizza, you need your counter person to let people know. Normally it's no more then 15 minutes, tonight it was 52 minutes. I wouldn't be irritated by this if the expectation had been set, but when there is only one other couple in the place, I had no reason to expect it to take that long and no one said anything about a long wait. I've been coming here for years and never had to wait this long, so this was surprising. 02. The guy who was tossing the dough kept leaving his post to talk to the young lady who was filling the salad. If there's going to be a 50 minute wait, there needs to be far more urgency. I sat and watched (as there wasn't anything else to do sitting there.) and one he was tossing or his hand went through which he seemed amused by, another one he was working on he had draped over his knuckles while he chatter up the young lady filling salads. Not the impression you want to set with your customers. 03. When I asked for an ETA (because the place was empty and there's no excuse for it taking this long) I got "There's a lot of orders before yours." Uh, yeah and? Did anyone mention this before? I wouldn't have ordered. You guys dropped the ball, don't act like your wounded because you get called on it. If you're going to get bent out of shape, do so at your co-workers expense not your customer. I won't be returning. Although it's a decent pizza, especially in the immediate area, Mt. Mikes is not far, and it a much better and much more consistent pizza. I think there's a Perry's Pizza which used to be good, haven't been there because I've been going here. When I want a pizza, Pizza Factory is my go to place. The crust isn't soggy like most places, the sauce isn't over bearing and the toppings aren't skimped on; Iove the amount of cheese on every pizza I have ordered. In house or delivery service is always great. Delivery drivers are always polite and timely unlike some that have an attitude like they were inconvenienced. They have always opened the box top to show me that it met what I ordered. Highly recommend them for pizza and I do brag about how great their pizzas are. read more

...my firat time experience was not a good thing as I expected with others' five star reviews.... phone ordered for deliver to my house about 15min drive and a gentle man told us it's 50min wait I said that's fine. he was nice n polite over the phone. service i think is great but if "flavor" & "taste" aren't good for customers who's been wanted/craving for pizza~ (especially I hadn't have pizza for 3months!?.... yup) Pepperoni was pretty good (yes, their red sauce is 5 star!) but Pesto was weak... pesto sauce wasn't enough on dough, sun dried tomato was very weak in flavor.. top of that there was no GARLIC(!!).... with price of size XL $21.95, very sad experience.. it shows on website they use 100% mozzarella cheese but I don't believe it's true OR they use inexpensive one... they arrived pretty hot temperatures and saw nothing like real cheez should work!? They don't stretch out like I can say mmmm I'm in heaven (cuz I love cheez!)
