It's completely unreasonable to leave customers hanging on line for that long without so much as a quick check-in or update. Food is good hate that we have to place payment over the phone if we are ordering. Ordered sushi on july 31st and my card was shortly frauded. The ask for any card over the phone and give you the run around that if you pay when you arrive, they wont start making food until you get there. We order often from here, many of us do at work. Today, they put sauce on one roll when they were told not to (we dont eat mayo based sauce). They also didnt deep fry another roll when they were told to. We went back to have a new roll made sans the sauce, they said they are refusing to remake it and wanted to charge for a whole new roll. Here are the basics. I like the food here, but consistency is the name of the game. We try to go fairly regularly, but they never seem to have essential ingredients. Every time we go, there is a long list of what they don't have. When you try to go five months in a row and every time they are out of something essential(tempura, cream cheese, ect.) you get frustrated. The service is spotty at best, but used to be better. Not sure why the decline. The menus are also too complicated with too many items that are not even carried any more. I like clean, easy to read menus with no "land mines". A land mine menu is when things are crossed out or I can't get an item due to its essential ingredients are missing. In its prime, it was worth checking out, but the price doesn't equate to the experience. Not a high recommendation anymore. read more
