This Little Caesars is not only best pizza joint in Newman it might be the best pizza place in the greater Newnan area. The service was amazing. When I ate my super fresh and hot pizza my mind almost exploded. My friend ate a whole box of cheese bread because it was giving her a crack like high. I wish I could experience this pizza again and again....and again. Great job, I can't wait to come back the next time I am in Newman. ONE NEGATIVE. The food is fine. I mean its uber cheap little caesars but for what it is, it's decent. The people are mostly pleasant. The service is pretty hit or miss. But why only 3 stars? Hot and Ready here means 20 minutes. They almost never have anything hot/ready. And forget the lunch deal. All over TV I see this add for their new pan lunch pizza with a drink for $5, and yeah its HOT-N-READY. So I swing by for one of these and they take my order, ring it up, take my money and tell me "it will be 10 to 15 minutes". How can that be I ask as its supposed to be HnR. Came here this past Wednesday (11/28)... they were very busy since, we were told, that they were short staffed & a little behind, the boy at the counter (I think one of the girls in the back called him: Carlos), was magnificent ~ he said it was his first time at the register, but he did a wonderful job, he smiled, greeted, & apologized to every single customer; I didn't even mind that I had to wait for Hot & Ready pizzas to be made, which didn't even take long, just like 15 minutes; for pizzas & crazy bread. As for the 2 girls in the back, they were on a super human level back there, getting all of the orders ready at top speed. Anyway, he kept my receipt so I wasn't able to check whether or not there was an 800 number that I could've called to let their bosses know what great employees they have. read more

Ordered a Combo Pizza over the phone. They got my name and phone number but when my wife went to get it they didn't have it and said she thought we said 3 meat. Does combo sound like 3 meat?? So now my wife has to wait 15 minutes and they charge us more. This place needs better customer service. They should have just thrown in something and apologized, instead they charge us more and make us wait 15 minutes. I'm not begging for anything, it should just be automatic. This review is for the TINY little caesars in Newman CA located in the nob hill & rite-aid parking lot. This place is decent pizza for 6 bucks. Slices are thin but cant complain about a 6 buck pizza. They also take EBT card for the low-income crowd. The problem with this newman little caesars is the 3 seats for people waiting their pizza. So the rest of the customers have to stand in the corner or outside to wait for their pizza. When this place is crowded you cant even move. read more

Usually when I go in, the young ladies are very nice and helpful. But there is a short skinny girl with glasses that works there and she's always rude to me. And she always refuses to make my pizza! I make sure to go in AT LEAST 20 minutes before they close, and she always makes excuses as to why I can't have one pizza made. Does anyone else have a problem with this same person? Other than that one employee, I love this place. Like previously stated, the rest of the girls that work there are always very helpful and have my order ready quickly. This is the worse pizza place, their customer service is horrible. The Manager is even worse, how are you a manager with a bad attitude. I called to order my pizza over the phone, one of the girls that answered the phone got my name wrong 3 times. I told her do not worry about my name, it's fine. She told me 15-20 mins I said ok, I will be there. I get there they did not make my pizza they canceled my order. The girl in the front stated I told them to cancel my order. I never said that, I paid for them to make my pizza again. I ask the girl in the front do I get compensated for the inconvenience because now I have to wait another 15-20 mins, she said we don't do that. I asked how not, it is not my fault that my order was canceled. She goes to bring the manager out and the manager tells me we can give you a pizza that you didn't order and your money back. Why would I want a pizza I did not order I want my pizza. She caught and an attitude, I asked for her name she would not give it too me. I asked for the number to corporate to file a complaint she lied and said she did not have it or know it. Little Ceasars is a franchise they have a corporate number. A man in a blue shirt comes out and stands there. Which he is the manager of the store. I know because I have spoken to him before when ordering pizza in the past. Now all of a sudden he lies and says he is not the manager and would not give up his name neither. None of the people making food had on a hair nets or name tags. The manager was very rude and is a liar. I use to work for a pizza place and was a manager. I have never treated any customer in this manner. They have lost my business for good! read more

This Little Caesars has the best pizza I have ever had at a Little Caesars. It is always fast. The food is good and doesn't sit all day. All these chains have the same size waiting area. Try going to Los Banos Little Caesars which is closer to where I live but is so terrible I drive all the way to Newman from Santa Nella. read more
