Here's finally a updated review for wing stop. I've probably come about 5 times since my first initial review and can say they show up every single time. I ALWAYS order on the phone before arriving into Patterson from SF from work and they always have it ready in the time stated. The customer service has been really great, I can't remember the cashiers name but he legit is great on the phone while always being fantastic in person. You can tell he's a fantastic addition to the team in the way he's interacting with the crew and customers. Training while running the registers, that is seriously what most restaurants need fantastic staff. My food has been right every single time and tasty. Best customer service i've been given at a wingstop. Restaurant is incredibly clean including the bathrooms and the lobby area. We drove to pick something up about 2 hours from home and wingstop was the last thing open. Even though we came 15 mins before they closed they still served us and took very good care of us. It is a Wingstop, so you already know what to expect when you go in. (Never the best service..) Luckily, I mobile ordered soon after they opened on a Thursday and there wasn't much of an issue aside from no one being at the front register when I went inside to pick up my food. I was just making eye contact with the bag of my food sitting behind the counter waiting for a person to greet me or even come up to hand off my food for a good chunk of time. There also isn't much of a hand wash motion going on when it comes to switching from being in the kitchen to handing off/taking orders. I would say it is time to do some more training in the safety overall between these cross contamination. read more

I ordered two 10 piece garlic Parmesan and lemon pepper wings. They both came out WAY UNDER SEASONED!!! There's no seasoning in any of the chicken or the skin at all. I also noticed that some of them might be over cooked to the point where it's dry like eating cardboard. SMH. read more

I love Wingstop in general. Everyone who I've interacted with was nice and seemed to help resolve any issues. Food is hot, my only complaint would be the seasoning. I am very pleased with the huge turn around this restaurant has made! When Wingstop first opened it was a mad house (I'm sure because the Patterson community was happy to have a new restaurant) I go to Wingstop at least twice a week the Whole Staff is amazing! The wing stop here was very fast and efficient all the workers were so polite and friendly. The service at this location is definitely one of the best compared to other wing stop locations. The food tasted very delicious and fresh especially the fries were very fresh which I happen to be picky about how some places dont always serve fresh fries.
