Came here for dinner with my in-laws and we had a pleasant time. They have a large corner booth to the left when you first enter and it wasn't clean when we got there, however as soon as we asked them to clean it for us because we were a rather large party they instantly did. The lady at the front taking her order was very nice and patient with us, I'm sure we were probably annoying because it took me forever to figure out what I wanted to order because I can't always eat oily or greasy food. My in-laws got a large pepperoni pizza, and a large combination pizza. I ordered the garlic bread sticks with no cheese. Food was ready pretty fast, and honestly we didn't even really notice the passage of time because we were having too much fun putting quarters in their machines and getting stickers and tattoos and stuff for my kids lol. I was surprised to see they had my hero academia stickers so of course I wasted way too much money on that but I had fun myself haha my girls loved that they had these squishy balls with those water beads inside of them. They also wanted the gold jewelry from one of the machines, and the temporary tattoos. By the time we were done getting all that we wanted and wasting way too many quarters on fun stuff our pizza was ready. We sat down and ate and had a nice time. The atmosphere is very low-key, it wasn't busy at all and the staff were very nice and attentive. The pizza looked very good, nice and gooey cheese, crunchy outside but soft inside crust and I heard no complaints from any of my family that was there. Even my kids loved it and they're kinda picky! The garlic bread was surprisingly good, I didn't realize it was actually supposed to come with cheese so when they asked if I wanted cheese and I said no I figured 'oh no I'm going to get some really dry bread'. But their garlic bread without cheese is really good! I would definitely try if you're lactose intolerant or if you're like me and you have issues digesting greasy or oily foods but still want to be able to order something when you come here. Overall we had a really nice time, we were here for at least an hour I think and even a little past closing but no one shooed us out or hurried us along or anything which we really appreciated! Also just a side note to the staff if they see this, we were the party with the two kids who accidentally broke their squishy balls and got those water beads all over the floor, again I just wanted to apologize for that! Zero stars! Terrible management and customer service. We ordered 2 large pizzas and cheese sticks and wound up with another customers order delivered to our home. After calling and being hung up on because "there were 3 customers ahead of us" we drive to the location. They tried to give us yet another customers pizzas. We asked the cashier to ask the manager if we could keep the original wrong order for the inconvenience, we were told "we (mountain mikes) have to dispose of them." I won't lie, they goofed up, but their solution more than made up for it! We dined in and got given someone else's pizzas, but didn't realize it at first because the pizza for my mom and I was close to the toppings we ordered, but my dad's was wrong, so when he went up to inquire, they realized the error. So they let us keep the pizza we'd accidentally started eating and gave us the correct one too for free. So we ended up with a ton of leftovers. All of it was delicious, so yeah. It did take awhile to cook and be served but that was kind of our fault for ordering when we got there rather than ahead of time. Pizza always takes awhile to cook. One of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. I've been a customer of mountain mikes for over 15 years and have never had any issues. Pizza is typically always great and the customer service is there to match. Today you lost a lifelong customer because of your poor customer service and unattention to customer satisfaction. Ordered two pizzas online. One Large Everest and One Large Pepperoni. Waited an hour for delivery to find out I instead received two pepperoni pizzas. Called and sat on hold for fifteen minutes to be told that they would fix it IF I gave them the other pizza back. I then asked for a refund. Put on hold again to be told they would only issue refund IF I return the second pizza. Well I don't really care about the pizza I didn't want. We left it on the front porch for them as they asked and asked for a refund. I paid $6.50 more for the combination pizza I did not receive, but putting that aside: Good customer service means making things right. As soon as you were told that there was an issue you should have made it right. Not hold fixing the issue hostage so you could have your incorrect pizza back. I paid for something that you did not provide. It should have been corrected. If my money is not refunded I will be disputing the charges on my card with my credit card company. I've been ordering from this location for 16 years. Never again. Consider this a time to step back and reconsider your practices. No customer should have to wait an hour for a pizza or sit on hold for fifteen minutes or be told you aren't giving them what they pay you for. Very disappointed with Moutian Mike's tonight. Pizza was fine but not what I ordered or paid for. I made an online order with add on's which I was charged for. In the end I received a pizza without any of the original toppings and only the 3 add on's.
