I ordered a pizza yesterday for delivery. Time passed so I thought they were running late as it was 15 minutes past the time it should have been delivered. The delivery person did not knock on the door or ring the doorbell, but I decided to look outside anyway. To my surprise the pizza was left outside on the doormat. I phoned the restaurant to file a complaint and was advised the manager was not available and would contact me within 15 minutes. This did not occur. As of the next day still no follow up. I went in for my order, it took 30min to receive. Young lady in front helped very polite & respectful. She was running to the back, cutting pizzas, while other employee in glasses was just standing there on his phone! She kept telling him to help make pizzas, he just ignored her and continued talking to what seemed to be his friend out in the front. I was not going to give a review at all since it was a really bad pizza. But after having a second slice I felt I had to leave a review. First off, let me start by saying I was craving Porky's Pizza from San Leandro, but since it's too far I decided to get Round Table since they're supposed to be good. But this location in Patterson is really bad. I would have known how bad it was if I would have went and ordered inside as there was not even one person eating there. That's a clear sign that there's something wrong there with their food. Service was also bad and I had to wait an extra 20 minutes for my phone order but to top it off I ordered a double pepperoni with extra cheese and it had barely any. To summarize my experience, I will not be ordering from here again and believe it or not Dominos runs circles around this place. read more

Waited over an hour for three small pizzas, chicken wings were supposed to be ready two minutes later and of course were not and when we did get them, they were burned. Asked for dipping sauce and they said they didn't have any requested a container to put some ranch in from the salad bar and we're abruptly told that they would have to charge us for it even though we had purchased chicken Lady behind the counter, screaming people's table numbers instead of delivering to the table. Terrible smell that you can smell near the salad bar that is actually the hallway to where the restrooms are. Empty kegs all down the hallway to the restrooms and cardboard everywhere .Although I have been coming here for years, I promise I will never be coming back. My kid took a slice and threw it back in the box it was tough! He kept chewing. I grabbed a slice and kept chewing and chewing and chewing. I stopped said I'll call now. 1020 they were closed. Sucks. I wait until the morning. I call in the morning. They can remake the pizza at 30-40% off but I would need to repay. I said, that is unheard of. "Sometimes people lie. They just lie. And we don't know." I went w the pizza. (The red head - sorry Ledesma may be her name) she says ok we're going to remake it. With an attitude. How frustrating. You pay for a wrist band and you don't even get nearly 4 16 oz beers, it's nothing but foam coming out of the machine. I have seen this place for years and decided to try it out. The service was good and the place was very clean and nicely decorated with lots of different beer taps. This is the new look inside and out well done. The only problem was the pizza did not have the great taste as the older round table pizza places that bake the pizza in the big ovens and they always come out hot with melted cheese and famous crunch. My Husband LOVES Round Table, so you can imagine his joy and need for more pizza once this location opened. When they first opened it took a little time to settle in, but now they are doing everything right. Beer is cold, you get to serve yourself at the beer garden after getting a wrist band and you pay by the ounce when you are ready to leave. Round Table is consistent across the board and this location is no different. We order online and run in to pick up, they have been ready on time and the pizza comes out to perfection every time. My daughter went in yesterday and after waiting about 25 minutes she notice the girl that was cutting the pizza not wearing gloves, hairnet or a hat touching her hair and touching the pizza without washing her dirty hands. I travel to Patterson just to eat Round Table. I'm in love with their salad bar. The salad bar is the best I have come across. It is well stocked and has variety. The pizza here is so good. I ask for it with extra cheese and it is served so gooey. The garlic twists are also the best I have found, so cheesy, soft, and so garlicy. So far every employee I have encountered has been very nice. I have been to this Round Table 25 times or so. One worker by the name of Diego is super friendly when he serves us our food, and double checking that we have everything we need. Another employee that is now a manager by the name of Sandra is so so nice. She always has a nice little conversation with me while I order. She knows I come from out of town for the salad bar. She goes out of her way, for anything we might need. I have been to these Round Tables- Ceres on Hatch, Turlock on Geer, Modesto on Pelandale, Modesto on H street, Modesto Oakdale Rd, Modesto on Mchenry (Don't go there they are extremely rude). I still travel to Patterson even if I do live out of town. Just in case any was wondering I have ordered Pepperoni Pizza, Garlic twists, Wings, King Arthur, Maui Zaui, and cinnamon twists. These all have been very well made and so good. They serve them to us it seems right out of the oven. The wait time is never long either with food ordering or waiting on our order. The best part of Patterson, they have ranch at their salad bar. All other places you have to ask for ranch even if you bought salad bar. They give you 1 of those tiny black sauce cups at a time. If I ever ask for two they tell me that is policy only 1. I just paid a little under 10 dollars and i get a 1 oz cup of ranch BUT not at the Patterson location. read more
