It is one of the smaller round tables I've been to, and seating is fairly limited if there is a larger group there at the time. If you ate a beer drinker they have a large variety to choose from. Marissa took our order, was extremely polite, and went out of her way for us. Ordered a king Arthur, and some wings. Got the hottest wings they have and for me the heat isn't there. I'm a special case though. They were tasty, so no complaints. The pizza came out much faster than previous visits. Pretty impressed considering my last visit the pizza took 45 minutes. This visit it was around 15 maybe, and I stress maybe 20 minutes before it was at our table. They are doing a fantastic job these days. Will definitely be back sooner than later. read more

So we have not been to this Round Table in a while. It was a little busy tonight but not loud which was nice. Marisa, the person who took our order was such a delight. In the year and a half that I've lived here, I've never had such a great and positive experience at this location. Aiden truly stood out -- friendly, attentive, and genuinely made the visit enjoyable from start to finish. On top of that, my food was done in a very timely manner. I went in for my order, it took 30min to receive. Young lady in front helped very polite & respectful. She was running to the back, cutting pizzas, while other employee in glasses was just standing there on his phone! She kept telling him to help make pizzas, he just ignored her and continued talking to what seemed to be his friend out in the front. I ordered a pizza yesterday for delivery. Time passed so I thought they were running late as it was 15 minutes past the time it should have been delivered. The delivery person did not knock on the door or ring the doorbell, but I decided to look outside anyway. To my surprise the pizza was left outside on the doormat. I phoned the restaurant to file a complaint and was advised the manager was not available and would contact me within 15 minutes. This did not occur. As of the next day still no follow up. I was not going to give a review at all since it was a really bad pizza. But after having a second slice I felt I had to leave a review. First off, let me start by saying I was craving Porky's Pizza from San Leandro, but since it's too far I decided to get Round Table since they're supposed to be good. But this location in Patterson is really bad. I would have known how bad it was if I would have went and ordered inside as there was not even one person eating there. That's a clear sign that there's something wrong there with their food. Service was also bad and I had to wait an extra 20 minutes for my phone order but to top it off I ordered a double pepperoni with extra cheese and it had barely any. To summarize my experience, I will not be ordering from here again and believe it or not Dominos runs circles around this place. read more

Waited over an hour for three small pizzas, chicken wings were supposed to be ready two minutes later and of course were not and when we did get them, they were burned. Asked for dipping sauce and they said they didn't have any requested a container to put some ranch in from the salad bar and we're abruptly told that they would have to charge us for it even though we had purchased chicken Lady behind the counter, screaming people's table numbers instead of delivering to the table. Terrible smell that you can smell near the salad bar that is actually the hallway to where the restrooms are. My kid took a slice and threw it back in the box it was tough! He kept chewing. I grabbed a slice and kept chewing and chewing and chewing. I stopped said I'll call now. 1020 they were closed. Sucks. I wait until the morning. I call in the morning. They can remake the pizza at 30-40% off but I would need to repay. I said, that is unheard of. "Sometimes people lie. They just lie. And we don't know." I went w the pizza. (The red head - sorry Ledesma may be her name) she says ok we're going to remake it. With an attitude. How frustrating. Ordered at 4:48 , waited until 5:30 for our order, went up to pay for the beer wristband and I politely asked about our order while I was up there , they asked me if we had already gotten our pizza. I asked for a refund and walked acrossed the street to Mountain Mikes. The beer situation there is a whole other story . I have seen this place for years and decided to try it out. The service was good and the place was very clean and nicely decorated with lots of different beer taps. This is the new look inside and out well done. The only problem was the pizza did not have the great taste as the older round table pizza places that bake the pizza in the big ovens and they always come out hot with melted cheese and famous crunch.
