Went in today after ordering online for pickup. Order wasn't ready when I arrived so I waited and employee charged me at register. I was the ONLY customer in the store and once my pizza was completed it was put on a shelf. I waited for about 10-15 minutes for someone to ask me for my name again and then they proceeded to reach for the pizza I had saw them set down about 10-15 minutes ago. Would of appreciated someone to notice me waiting for my pizza due to the fact i was the ONLY customer in the store. Wasted time. I order through the app every time, both for delivery and pickup, and it's always great! I can't say what times they're busy, but even when they are busy my pizza doesn't take super long. It's always less than an hour if they're busy and 15-20 minutes when they're not. I normally order 3 pizzas for myself and my siblings, so when I order a single pizza for myself after work, it no joke often takes about 10 minutes. When I order pickup, it's always clean on the inside of the store and never packed with people waiting. The employees are polite and if my pizza is in the pickup thing, they helpfully let me know which pizza is mine. For delivery, the drivers are always polite and are careful with handing me my pizza. They're also always pretty quick! The pizza is also still really hot when I receive it. I haven't had a problem with my order being wrong just yet, but I highly recommend this dominos location. Fewest toppings on a pizza I've ever seen! After ordering several pizzas each time we've ordered since they've opened every pizza has been so poorly made, with the fewest toppings they could put on them, that I finally decided I'd try "extra" toppings, ie I'll frickin pay you EXTRA money to put what reasonable amount of toppings on my pizza, and I'll pick it up so I can show you how few toppings you're doling out. STILL not enough toppings to cover the damn pie. Ridiculous!!! I showed the checkout clerk and he had his totally blasé attitude about it saying something like "oh, that sucks." We have always ordered here since we have lived in Patterson for convenience and also for the value. A couple times I've noticed our food is cold- which we notice it comes out of the car not in a pizza bag as it should.This post is based on My most recent experience and not based on the quality of the food. With that being said I will never ever go back or order delivery from this location. The manager is a joke and very condescending. Very sarcastic instead of being genuine like she should be. Last order we received was placed on the floor outside and left there, because our previous order we mentioned that the delivery driver did not practice social distancing. Funny the first order we made during the quarantine- was delivered the right way as it mentions on their website and commercials. More about the sauce than anything else the pizza crust is good and they do have great amount of meat and cheese. The problem with me is the sauce was really sweet as if they added sugar too it. This was my Memphis BBQ Chicken Pizza that I couldn't wait to take a bite of once I arrived home. I was very disappointed. I called the next day and spoke with a gentleman who told me that my pizza should of had so many ounces of this and that but my pizza reminded me of cheese bread. I was told that I would be credited for my order that was May 8 2017. I also failed to mention that I was over charged on the initial purchase and the manager whom I failed to get his name but wore a black brim hat told me he would put my credit in the computer just give him my phone number. Very dissapointed! Called for a pick up order..wait time was supposed to be 15 to 20 minutes ended up waiting 45. When I arrived I noticed a sign..which had a 9.99 Special but wasnt informed over the phone. Why would I want to pay more $ and receive less and not offer me the deal?!. Our pizza was incorrect, very dry, almost no sauce, almost no cheese. When we tried to phone several times during the evening to complain no-one picked up the call. When trying to complain the next day I was told that we should have complained on the day. When I said we'd tried I was told that they were probably too busy to pick up calls. Just as great as I remember from when I was a kid! I got the Hawaiian with extra red sauce, it was super duper yummy! It hit the spot for what I was craving! The brownie dessert is a must have!
