I don't even live in Hughson anymore and I still crave this place. The pizza is so delicious. The perfect balance between crispy, cheesy, saucy, and fluffy. A little pricey but they always have discounts/deals going on read more

What a gem in the town of Hughson Ca. Working out in the field in multiple cities it's hard to find affordable options for lunch. This location has a lunch buffet very reasonably priced. They make some amazing pizza and I'll be bold enough to say it's the absolute best I've ever had. You can dine in and they offer a salad bar or pick up and take it. I believe they offer local delivery too but you should call and ask. My coworkers and I eat there often. The staff is friendly and the service is great. They also have games for the kids. If you haven't tried them you're missing out. read more

Staff here was incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring that every customer felt valued and comfortable. Owner Derek made sure we got we needed. Awesome experience! The pizza was absolutely delicious! The crust was perfectly crisp with a generous amount of toppings. Pizza Factory uses high-quality ingredients, and the care they put into their food truly shows. One thing that stood out to me was the excellent customer service. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and were happy with our meal. It's rare to find such genuine hospitality, and it made our dining experience even more enjoyable. The store has a warm and cozy hometown feel, and we will be ordering again very soon. read more

In one week's time, I ate pizza at four different pizza restaurants in different parts of the country (three were in Chicago), and my favorite pizza of them all was the Canadian bacon and pineapple pizza that I got at the Pizza Factory in Hughson, California. It was cooked to perfection. I ate in the restaurant and enjoyed the atmosphere of it. The staff was friendly. The place was spotless. The restroom was clean. The location of the restaurant was very inviting. The next time my business travels take me through central California, I'll be sure to stop by again. read more

Pizza Is okay. My only real problem is that they undercook the pizzas. Other than that, place is decent.

I had my sons birthday party at Hughson Pizza Factory. This was my husbands favorite pizza place growing up so of course our son had to have his birthday party here. It was so accommodating and more than worth the price of every pizza we got. For 30+ people we ordered 4 XLarge pizzas and it was so delicious and more than enough for everyone. Best pizza in town and best staff around. I will always recommend this establishment. read more

One of my favorite pizzas. Their crust alone is a winner. Hand tossed. Love the fresh tasting ingredients and not super greasy like so many other pizza places. Friendly and they love their town! read more

I'm a 1st time customer at this location and I will never be coming back again and would never recommend this location to anyone. The owner of this establishment was the most rudest childish person. The sole fact that he was the owner and was so disgustingly disrespectful to his customers was astonishing. Never go here guys save your money. read more

Best pizza in town! The owner Derek and his wife Carol, do a lot for the community and are amazing people! They have a new pizza oven and the pizza is even better than before! Great sauce and dough with all the toppings available. They also run weekly specials. The sandwiches are phenomenal and the pizza bread's are off the chain! Highly recommend trying them out. They are available on DoorDash if you live outside of the area. read more

This place makes the absolute best pizza I've ever had. I live in SoCal and will go out of my way (driving almost two hours) to eat here. Derek and Carol are pillars of the community and just really great, hard working, people. They also make a darn good pizza! I'll be back. read more

Just had lunch here! The pizza and salad were awesome. I loved the pizza variety BUFFET STYLE , and i finished it off with their salad bar YUM. The staff was great - oh and I found out about Wednesday night pizza specials!!!! Call them for the deals. read more

Ordered dinner last night (9/22/20) 1 Hawaiian calzone, light sauce, double pineapple And an XL combo pie I asked for both to be baked extra crispy. I cut a piece the calzone and when I picked it up, everything from inside fell out of the bottom and juice went everywhere. I figured it was probably that way because of the extra pineapple I requested... okay, fine... Moved on to the combo pizza and attempted to pick up the slice. The veggies sit on top of the cheese so of course the toppings practically all fell off AND once again, the crust was soggy. If this was "extra crispy" I'd hate to see what their regular crust looks like. Customer service was lacking. Three employees and not one greeting (I literally was the ONLY person in the restaurant). Additionally, they did not have any gloves on or masks. I personally don't care about masks but some people may because of COVID. Won't be coming back. I can deal with crappy food but crappy customer service on top of crappy food is a strike out for me. read more

The Backbone of Hughson! This little pizza shop is amazing! They support the local community. Everyone that works here is friendly and kind. We live pizza Factory! read more

Best pizza around! Great service! Good supporter of the community. A local landmark!

The food is pretty good. The service is kind. They deal with a lot of teens but they always keep their cool.

Derek went above and beyond the other day for making me a salad when the salad bar was closed. The pizza here is always delicious and I recommend this place as a good hang out with family place. I get texts on Wednesday nights of deals ran weekly. Always nice to be reminded that I don't have to cook dinner and I can just order a pizza to go. We ordered for birthday parties in the past and we've even had them help our friend out with a bulk order of pizza for their wedding. They always host our football team to have sign ups and fundraisers. Thank you Pizza Factory for always having the best customer service. You guys rock!! read more

Pizza is always very good and the service is five star great to support our hometown businesses

Had a bad experience tonight, Not thrilled, might go back might not but we will be contacting Derek the owner personally tomorrow. Update: though this wasn't the best experience I spoke with the owner and he is making this right! I've known Derek and his family my whole life and I knew he wouldn't be thrilled with this he takes pride in his restaurant! Thank you Derek you are a great business owner to your customers. read more

The girl working there was very rude. I stood at the counter for a few minutes before she looked up and asked if I was there for the pepperoni pizza. I told her no and she continued working on it. She didn't say she'd be right with me or acknowledge me any further. She then answered the phone then went back to working on a pizza. I waited a few more minutes before leaving. read more

It was just okay. Toppings were thrown on & not spreader out. Onions were sliced too big. I wouldn't return. It was empty too.

I grew up in Hughson and while visiting my mom, we felt like having pizza! I was thrilled that there was a pizza parlor on Hughson Avenue. I brought it back to Samaratan Village and it was so delicious! GO HUSKIES!!!! read more

WOW! Great quality pizza! I don't know if the sauce or crust was better. They have a lunch special until 2pm with salad bar. So glad we chose a whole pizza cause now I have leftovers!! Big Flavor in a small town. Me and my family have had this pizza before in mariposa, So I was a bit excited when I stumbled upon this place well checking out bobs across the street. The pizza we had was Delicious and was cooked perfectly and was complemented nicely with a cold beer. the environment was clean and the service was friendly despite being run by young kids they were calm and respectful. the pizza can be pricey BUT pizza is one of those things where you get what you pay for. If this place was closer we would frequent here more but truth is I'm lazy. If I want quality pizza this is where I go. Overall I'm a fan, it is clean, great service, great pizza, prices...Meh. I can and do recommend it. read more

NO ONE was wearing masks when I went to pick up my food despite the county being in purple. The cooks were completely unmasked and the inside dining area was packed with people even though it is prohibited. all these people are why COVID is spreading. Shame on you! read more

Thought we'd try something new, that rarely works out well for us. Pizza was ok. Hot wings were not good, even for baked wings. And our beer was flat. Nothing wrong with service but it was slow when we went in. I think the worst part was the seating. Hard bench seats that are low to the ground. Who in the hell wants to sit like that and eat. I got the feeling good business for this place died a long time ago and the owner could care less. Sad. read more

Very disappointed to walk in for pick up to find no masks on any employee. None of the customers waiting in line had masks either. Pizza Factory says they are taking Covid-19 precautions, but that isn't happening in Hughson. Sadly, I won't be back. read more

The pizza was greasy and everything in the salad bar seemed old. The new lettuce that was brought out had pieces that were wilted and deteriorating and some of the beets were starting to turn. One person commented that the beer also didn't taste right. It seemed to lack carbonation. Our chicken wings came out when everyone was done with their pizza. The service was not bad. read more

I've been here twice and every time I called in to make an order, the girls on the phone is rude. The first time, I called to make an order for my family. Then my family changed their mind about the order while I was on the phone with the girl. She got rude and angry with me. I told her I'll call back. When I called back she asked me rudely "are we sure we want to make an order"? When I got there, I told her we are at the hospice where my grandpa is dying at so we need paper plates. She complained and told me I should have said that over the phone. I'm never going to this place again bc of rude employees. I really hope the managers read theses reviews. read more

Not the best pizza factory. Went for lunch buffet. I may have been their only customer up to that point that day. Pizza pans were full, looked like they were sitting for about an hour. But they tasted stale but the dough tasted soggy and raw. Salad bar wasn't real fresh other than the tomatoes. The garbanzo beans tasted hard and old. The indoors was worn and somewhat clean. Not thrilled with this pizza factory read more
