I'm very sad to write this. We drive all the way over here from ceres because we prefer this location over the one near us. Except tonight we received poor customer service. We got our pizza with no issues and went home without looking at it. Big mistake. We divided up the pizza and noticed it looked odd. After dinner, we realized there was missing toppings and we felt short changed. No problem, we'll call and get it taken care of. Not so, this is where the poor customer service comes into play. The person on the other end was rude and did not want to take care of the problem or cared that we were unhappy with the product. I normally rave about you guys as I think you have the best service and Pizza in town, sadly tonight this was not the case. ordered about 5 it said it would be an hour which is normal for a Friday night. I ordered three pizzas, and a salad... the pizzas were all small and four sauces. the pizzas were okay, made to order, but the salad was nothing short of disgusting I've taken a picture of the stem of the lettuce that was thrown into my salad needless to say I'm going without dinner now this is gross! The salad dressing dip that we had gotten for pizza had to make do for salad dressing as none was included nor was a fork. not sure if the company has now changed hands, but there is little attention to detail and I'm sorry but I probably won't come back anytime soon and trust me I've been regular customer here for years. read more

Terrible pizza! It was cold. I ordered the artichoke fiesta pizza. There weren't even artichokes on every slice! The sauce didn't cover the pizza, it was about 1 1/2 inches from the boarder of the pizza. Very sparse on the toppings! I ordered it and within minutes I got both the confirmation that the order was received and the text that it was ready! Been here a couple times so I figured it's judgement time! Sorry but it may be slightly brutal! The chicken was dry and overcooked unfortunately so a lot had to be thrown out. For the price you pay, you'd think the food would all be edible! Also, none of them had any heat! The Mango Habenero had a tiny bit but it was super unsatisfying. The garlic parmesan had a thick parmesan crust and was not good at all. The atomic was a little better because it had a little heat but not much flavor tbh. The lemon pepper was probably the best one so next time we got their new flavor (forget what its called) but it's the "hot" version of lemon pepper... totally different taste and no heat. I decided to order from Pizza Guys because they had a good deal going on and didn't want to spend $40 on a pizza. I ordered a large all meat and one large artichoke chicken. The pizza is good but it's nothing to really brag about. If you could think of the most average tasting pizza this place is it. I paid $25 for 2 large specialty pizzas so I guess that was a plus. The employees are super friendly and you don't have to pay extra for cheese and pepper flakes like you do at shitty Dominos. After an hour I sent a message to inquire where my order was and received a text message that it was 'on the way'. After speaking with multiple people I was assured the order had been received and would be delivered in about 45 mins. It was being delivered to my brothers work for lunch. Recently had delivery from Pizza Guys - we got the $17.99 Large Specialty Pizza deal where half of the pizza was the 'Guys Combo' and the other half was 'Tuscan Garlic Chicken.' I had most of the garlic chicken pizza and it was alright - I would say there was was a lot more cheese and a lot less toppings. However, they did a good job making the two halves considering that it was two different sauces. The Combo looked like it was really good since you saw more toppings than cheese or crust. I would probably still order here again and just request for less cheese. Also, the size of the large did not seem as big as I have had in the past in other places, but it was still enough for 4 people. I placed an order on Yelp/EAT24, got an estimate of 45-60 min., I called the Restaurant nearly one hour after and they said they had nothing on their system, gave me two numbers of two different stores, none of those had anything, after I called them back and I was placed on hold for several minutes, they came back and said they had just gotten the order and it would take 40 minutes to deliver. We called for a take out order and that was a bit of a struggle. The young lady didn't know the order deal that we've always gotten at other locations until we explained it to her. She then took the name and number, told us the total, and that it would be ready in 20 minutes. I show up to pick up the pizzas and there is no record of our order. In fact, they have no orders for pick up at all. So apparently she didn't place it?? I had to sit and wait for them to make and cook it all. The whole reason I called ahead was so I wouldn't have to do this. How annoying!
