We come here often since we're local, so it's disappointing to see things going downhill. The salad bar is gone, and when we arrived at 12:30 pm for the lunch buffet (after calling ahead to confirm they had it), there wasn't any pizza out. We were told they could make some, but it would take about 20 minutes. They also said we'd only get one pizza at a time since there were only three of us, and they couldn't tell us what types of pizza would be made. To top it off, there was only one pre-made side salad available, so we'd have had to split it. In the end, we skipped the buffet and just ordered a pizza to share instead. Called order for dine in at 8pm Friday night knowing they close at 9. Get there 8:20 Izaiah tells us we have 5 mins to eat, I explain my confusion since the door and all signs say 9pm he says that the owner expects them to be out the door by 9 which means we all have to leave by 8:30. He didn't welcome us in he was not polite or inviting, he also didn't tell us this when we placed our large order over the phone at 8pm and we told them we would be dining in. I like the food but the way he tossed us out and treated us with not even the most minimal respect tells us they do not value customers or the business we bring in. Ordered a two topping pizza. The toppings were fresh and plentiful. Looked awesome. Only complaint was there was hardly any sauce. As a result the pizza was dry. The guy at the counter was friendly and the place seemed clean. I will try again but tell them to put more sauce on the pizza! read more

By far the best pizza in this area! I've been to several Pizza Factory's and the Denair location is by far superior.

I have never been to this restaurant personally but it is our go to order when we order from Grubhub delivery. We live in Waterford and happened to find Pizza Factory in Denair one day trying to decide what we wanted for dinner. Now we only order from there. The combination and pepperoni are our favorites. The crust is always perfect and is never overcooked. We will definitely keep ordering and hopefully will go into the restaurant to eat soon. read more

Completely Forgot to rate this place after coming here for a few months now... been to the one on monte vista too and this place is delicious! Pizza always fresh, and tastes so good! Always cooked to perfection and the pizza looks a little toasty or "burnt" but it's not! It's crunchy and tasty! Usually order from the popular high end pizza places but this place is up there with them! We dined in at the monte vista location for a birthday party and beer was cold, pizza was awesome and salad was fresh! This location we haven't dined in but we will. I like this hometown pizza joint. They have dust bowl on tap A++ and their garlic artichoke pizza is to die for. Staff has always been friendly and the place is always clean. Even the bathrooms, which is really the biggest cleanliness factor. They also always support the local schools which is also a plus. If your in town, it's worth a stop by this place. They also have a party room and a giant tv in the dinning area. Great place to socialize with locals. See ya at the Factory! read more

Nice local, hometown pizza parlor. Recently renovated and now, extremely clean. Great new TV in the dining room making sports viewing enjoyable. Good place to go after middle school and high school sports events. Several arcade games where kids can blow your quarters. Cold beer, and even half-pitchers served if you are solo. Well decorated with special touches, like changing out the table decorations as the holidays change. Did I mention clean? As for the pizza, tasty crust and cooked to perfection, now on a cooking screen. Good variety of fresh toppings. The mini pizza is a whole meal! Fifth star if more beer options like Great White from Lost Coast, or Anchor Steam or Anchor California Lager. Also, would prefer 7up instead of awful sprite. Friendly servers, but they could be open longer. Wish more Denair residents would give them more business. Had the salad bar during my lunch break a few days ago. I had to wait a while for more pizza to come out and only two choices were available. We chose this place to have our end of the season soccer pizza party. We put $20 down payment for the banquet room. Has 3 long square tables that fit at least 10 people each and an additional table for pizzas. Money goes towards pizza. They have a small arcade area to entertain the kids. They don't sell soda by pitcher only by cup and refills included. Special for parties is $10 large 1 topping pizza. Crust is great. Toppings are packed on. Salad bar is fresh,has the basics toppings and dressings. So glad we chose this place. Had a pleasant time. read more

Came here bcuz a coworker told me about the $10 large pizzas they have every Wednesday. It was definitely NOT worth it. We picked up the pizza and all the toppings just slid right off. ‍ When i had spoke to them about it they wanted me to "prove it" lol... uhhh okay?! We went in for dine in at 7:30pm (they close at 9pm) and were told we could only take our order to go "because some managers don't like allowing dining in after 7:30". I then got home to my pizza made with red sauce and I cannot eat red sauce due to health issues. When I tried to call them multiple times at 8, no one answered so I drove down there to find the door locked and the open sign off. Someone came to open it and I was told that they had a lot of orders so closed early. Which I find that weird when running a business especially in a small town! I told him what was wrong and he checked my order on the computer. I said no to a receipt because we come there so often....my mistake! I was then told that everything was off already and could only refund me. I was given the price of only the pizza and had to question the tax. I was also told that it would take them an hour and a half to close so that's why they closed early. I'm really interested to know if the owner knows the "manager" if there was one even there, is allowing this. Not the kind of business I want in a small town! I remember this place when it was Pizza Plus...I actually helped to paint the interior and set up the same pizza oven that the new owners currently use many many years ago. I love their super combo. pizza, but it's not consistent every time. Some times it's made with more love than others if y'all know what I mean. Also...I wish the owner would do more for their regular hometown customers as in discounts and coupons. That $2 off a large crap is no big incentive for me to take my business away from Round Table...even though this store is way closer. Log your local customers and special coupon us up and you'll see more of my money in the future cause your pizza is pretty darn good. Reward your regulars and keep our business. read more
