I came here last weekend for the first time and had the build your own burger and my daughter had the Chopped Cheese and my son had the Western cheeseburger. The tots are amazing and crispy. It was kind of busy on a Saturday afternoon about 4. Everyone is friendly but service was a little slow. But.......the food! Fantastic smash burger. One of the best burgers I have ever had. Fries are solid. My wife had a spicy chicken sandwich and really enjoyed it. I saw a ton of stuff on the menu that I want to try. Will definitely be a go-to place. Can't wait to back with friends and family. The restaurant can get loud due to the acoustics. I'll try going back on a weekday afternoon. Alot of younger folks having a good time. First let me say that Nick & Blake were awesome. Very attentive service. The place is clean and ofc I loved the exposed Brick. But something is missing in there. From the bar to the booths next to brick wall... is just too much space. It feels awkwardly distant. Need to add some trees or high tables or a long wooden high counter made just to hang out and put your drinks on to tie together. lights need to be turned down at night to create a bit more of a vibe. aaaand... the worst is that it was too cold in there. air conditioning and fans ablaze. I asked about it and was told... if we turn it down, then the servers will get too hot because they're running around. um, are they really? No. It was not that busy. If you are the owner, check your cameras and see. if there is one thing I don't like is being cold when I go out to eat. And I did not have a sweater. Thank god i was wearing a l/s shirt! now, on to the food. I ordered the wedge salad. you can't go wrong with that. (Sans bacon ofc) looked perfect. Blue cheese was subpar. dressing fine. However, for me.. you have to have fresh cracked pepper with this:( when I asked , I got the shaker. oh noooo. I was told it's just a tavern but I'd be ok and survive. Although I cracked up when he said, I did clean my plate down to the last crumble .. I was hungry! it's not terrible.. it just could've been better. I had a BLT, which was fresh and flavorful, and our group shared the quesadilla and chicken strips with fries. My family and I came here with some friends at their suggestion. I love historical buildings, especially locally. The interior walls are brick and it's very spacious. They have a good tavern style menu and serve good portions. I got a burger with tots and some loaded fries. We had to take a bunch of our food home because of how their serving size. Wife and I tried today for the first time today (Dec. 23, 2024). Very extensive menu with lots of great choices. I got the bacon bleu cheese burger (added jalapenos) with tots while the wife got the chicken pesto sandwich with fries. Both of us agree they were very good. Tots and fries cooked to perfection. I cut my burger in half and the second half turned into a "fork burger" because the bun got too saturated with burger juices. Biggest disappointment was their tap beer selection. Their drink menu shows six beers on tap (four IPA varieties, one stout and one sour). They were out of the stout and didn't have any in bottles/cans. The usual run of common domestic/import beers are available, but their non-tap micro beers were sparse (only one in a can was available). I'd go back for the food, but please improve your micro beer section. Great service and the wife said the bathrooms are large and clean. read more

I'd like to try something else next time to see you g it improves. I had clam chowder and it could have used more seasoning. The burger I ordered was tasty but I couldn't eat the middle of it. What a great spot to watch some games and grab a pint! I have been looking forward to this place opening, went in on Saturday to watch a few college games with a few buddies. They staff was attentive a helpful with ordering. Food was really good, we had a few apps but the wings really stood out. Got the dry wings: Cajun and and lemon pepper both were bomb ( I took a pic half way through eating them, sorry lol). Also had the cheese burger which was solid. I went to Gray's Tavern last night and it was so much fun. The ambience is great and you can tell the kitchen is clean. I got the jumbo corn dog and it was pretty decent I'd say. Ideal downtown location this spot is a locals favorite. This sports bar has an energetic vibe. Multiple large screened TVs behind the bar offered a variety of entertainment. Staff were terrific. Okay. So my husband and I have been here a couple times. The most recent trip was a little over a week ago. They are new and still have some kinks. The drinks are good and the food is decent for the price. The location and service is the best part. One time we were served by Carly, and another time by a nice young blonde girl (I don't remember her name unfortunately). Both servers were excellent! HOWEVER, BOTH times we were here there was an elderly gentleman who appears to be an owner. I thought once, maybe a fluke. But twice? This man was AWFUL to his employees. The second time was bad enough I regret not saying something. They're clearly busy and working hard. This mans near abusive behavior towards his employees makes me not want to go back. The knocked off starts are on him solely. I hope he changes his tune. It'd be nice to see a new local business thrive and keep it's employees long term. read more
