Server was great for once our server was a young guy very helpful . Service in general outside of his control was horrible . 60 min wait for our food. When we arrived it literally took 15 min of waiting at the podium to take my name down for our table and we had a 45 min wait. The thing was, the restaurant was not even 60% occupied! Corporate needs to know about a staffing issue with local management or something needs to be done. That is only the first part of my complaint.. check out the attached photos of the restroom. I brought the bathrooms to the attention of the staff the first 5 min we were here waiting for our table, went to bathroom right before leaving 2 hours later and the bathrooms were the same maybe worse ! The wings were horrible to say the least, stale and super small. We paid $85 for basically air fried popcorn chicken with sauce. They were also so hard to eat and were not fresh at all. We also got an appetizer and those weren't the best either not sure how this place is still up and running. There should be health checks here for quality of food being served. By far the worst dining experience I've ever had at any restaurant. I'm not someone who criticizes businesses publicly but this time I have to The service was absolutely terrible from start to finish. We waited around 30 minutes before anyone came to take our order, and when the food finally came out, it was wrong. We ordered the Sampler, and even that was messed up. The sampler includes two chicken tenders, and we specifically asked for them in the Mango Habanero flavor. Instead, they came out plain with no sauce at all. On top of that, the wings were dry and flavorless. And to make matters worse, the fries we ordered on the side never even came out. I also tried to order a drink, but it took the server another 40-45 minutes to come back to our table. By that point, I was frustrated and just asked for the check. Even then, the payment process was slow and unorganized. Some of the guys I was with had ordered beers, and the server couldn't figure out who had what, which dragged the process out another 15 minutes. What made it even worse is that this all happened around 10 PM, and there were only about three tables in the entire restaurant, including us. They weren't even busy, so there's no excuse for the service being this slow and careless. I've never been a fan of Buffalo Wild Wings because of experiences like this, and this visit confirmed it will likely be my last. read more

One of my all time favorite major corporate food chains. Something about Buffalo Wild Wings just hits different. The wings are always good to perfection and their lineup of sauces provides so much flavor. My personally favorite it the Mild, Medium, and Hot buffalo sauce. You can get certain appetizers for free or additional wings for free. Stack up points to redeem rewards. I usually redeem for free bottles of sauces. First off, let me talk about the wings. Really good, cooked perfectly, and sauced proportionately. I really love their wings, and can't get enough of them. Fries are a nice touch as well. Crispy and delicious. Now, let me talk about their burgers. If you haven't had their burgers, you're missing out. You would think that it being a chicken wing restaurant, their burger would be mid, but that's not the case. Their burgers are just as good as their wings. Juicy, flavorful, and big! Seriously, you gotta stop by and try out their food. Sometimes the service can be slow here. That provides a lot of seating inside, and cater to a lot of customers. My last visit however I had a really great waitress who made sure my guest and I were going okay. They definitely have that sports bar theme down to the nail. TVs everywhere. Go during a ufc fight night or major football night and see how exciting and loud it can get. I love those kinds of days/nights. Don't worry about parking, there's plenty of it. Our host was pleasant and told us that there was gonna be a 25min wait for a table, which I feel is pretty standard at this location. While we waited, we found a spot at the bar to grab a few drinks. They have a full bar with a draft list and spirits. When we got our beers, my brother and I both felt like they were a little watered down. It made me decide to order tequila for the rest of the night. The vibe is very lively here, and when we finally got our table, our server was very nice and attentive. We ordered 4 different flavors, both boneless and with bone-in. The mango habanero is my clear favorite, but there are a ton of flavors to choose from, with spice level clearly notated on the menu. Also, after trying the boneless wings, which just taste and feel like chicken nuggets, it def made me love bone-in wings that much more. Some of the waiters do seem a bit standoff-ish, as I asked a waiter walking by to refill my water, and instead he just told me that he'd get my waiter...and I had to wait another 5min just to get my water. BWW is one of my favorite wing spots. I have never experienced such terrible service like I did tonight. We ordered our beverages at 710 pm and still had not received them by 8:50 pm. The food took over an hour for it to be brought out and that was only because my wife asked how much longer it was going to take. The waitress did not have a single pen or paper in hand and forgot about our orders after three times of me asking. We asked for napkins and that took another fifteen minutes. I avoid this place like the plague because the service has been crap over the years and yet here I was craving their habanero wings. I online ordered for a pick up and waited in the pick up section for 5 mins. Myself and another guy were standing and waiting for someone to assist us. While we were standing there, still waiting for someone to assist us, an associate walked over with a customer and started helping him and waiting on him. The guy in front of me had said he was placing an order and she said "oh sorry I thought you were waiting for a pick up." The restaurant was a complete mess, trash from the previous patrons all over the place and sitting new patrons without cleaning up.
