I was here a few months ago to treat myself to some good boneless wings and some voodoo fries. I came here with my mom and we waited like half an hour just for some wings and my fries. Did an online order and my husband picked it up on his way home. He came in with no drinks and said the girl called his name and handed food and looked over receipt and said ok, no drinks even though we had 3 drinks and he wasn't aware when he picked it up. We also were missing 3 Bleu cheese dips. He went all the way back for the missing items and they didn't even apologize. This wing stop just can't get it right. I rarely come here due to the inconsistencies at this restaurant. The order time quoted was 16-21 minutes. I was shocked by the times because the last time I was here, it took them over an hour to give me the wrong food. I ordered at 8:41 PM. I arrived at the restaurant at about 9pm. I was told my food would be ready in ten minutes. Fast forward to 9:18 PM, finally the food was done. Seems to me the priority is the food delivery services like the grub hubs since they would walk in and their food was ready for pick up. Mind you there was only one couple sitting down eating here. Most of not all the business walking in was take out. This explains why I drive all the way to Modesto to eat wings rather than eat wings in Turlock. As for the food itself, it was good. No screw ups this time. So in the end my gripe is about their quoted times and not the food. read more

Worst service ever. Ordered online and said pickup will be ready 7:10-7:15 I showed up at 7:25 and was told it just needs to be put in the bag. Continued waiting about 6 online orders came in and got their food within minutes. Then goes to tell me they don't have sodas only water and tea. They should have some sort of notification on the website that says the soda machine isn't working so we don't pay for it and show up to them saying they don't have it. They have a notification that doesn't even let you add an extra sauce because you're at your limit of two with this "deal". Asked for a refund and was told it will be 5-7 days if I don't get my refund I can call corporate and figure it out with them. ZERO stars if I could just got home and all the food is cold from sitting on the rack while I was in store for almost 30 minutes and it was ready the whole time. The last time I was here the place was new, clean and well organized. Fast forward and it's 30 to 45 minutes for any orders over 10 wings. Cleaning needs to be done asap including washing the employee's uniforms and then taking a power washer to the entire inside and out including the parking lot. This wingstop location is interesting. First off the app, if you order food off the app, it is never accurate as far as when your food is done. The time they give you is a just a prediction. I've waited for 20-30 minutes past when the food was "suppose to be done". The staff is also incompetent at this location. Just absolutely clueless, go in and you'll understand. Wuality of food is BAD. tiny TINY boneless pieces, dry , skimp on the sauce, and because the chicken is so small its very crunchy in the stail kind of way because its cooked for 17 mins for a nugget bite size peices.
