Went in, keep in mind there was only one person inside, and they took over one hour to give us the pizza. There was legit only one other person how did it take that long? Also the cashier was smirking and not taking us seriously when we asked what was the hold up. All we ordered was a large pizza btw, like this wasn't a big order at all. I had my son's Birthday Party here today because Jura's Pizza was reserved completely for the niners game. The young girl who helped me was very nice. Yet never asked if we needed anything. The food took very long the place was empty seems like there are not staff adequately. The beer is very hot. After 5:30 a few people came in to help it appears like they were the owners fam. I had about 24 guests in my party during a request for a cup for water a young man told me that they charged for a cup to get water since I could serve any other beverage in there. I found that to be very rude since I did purchase 21 cups for beverages. I just wanted a clean cup to put water. Since I was drinking beer he was extremely rude making it seem like I was asking for it so I would get it for free. He had a He has no customer service. Four of us older women went in two this Mountain Mikes and had the all you can eat buffet. The price was amazing! But what was even better with the personnel! Everything was nice and clean and the music was not blaring so loud we couldn't talk. Definitely try this place! And Mountain Mikes does have the best pepperoni around! read more

07-07-24 Stopped by to try the new location in Turlock. Totally disappointed. No A/C and no beer. Crazy we should have went to the old location. We ended up getting our pizza to go. Employees were nice but my opinion beard nets / hair nets should be required if making food. read more

This place sucks. Don't go here unless you want to wait an extra 35 on top of what they already told you the wait was. Also one of them was texting on his phone real unserious. Another dude was on the phone with his air pods in and it was like he's talking on the phone while talking to us. Also I watched the girl sneeze on bell peppers they were prepping in the back. The owners only care about money. They do not care about their employees or customers. There is an extreme amount of nepotism and bias. If you aren't friends/family of the owners, you will not have a good time working here at all. They treat their employees unfairly. If you plan on eating, or even applying to work, I would recommend anywhere else. Go to a local pizza joint instead of giving your money to these greedy, selfish people. As an ex-employee, I've been emotionally abused here. Every shift, I've always dreaded coming. I only stayed for so long because I needed the money at the time. They made me seem like I was the problem, and they would always make me feel like crap for trying to stand up for others. They encourage bullying and made sure I was silenced when I spoke up about it. One of the owners came over just to shut me up even though the 3 managers were bullying around vulnerable people. They don't follow, nor teach food, nor knife safety, one of my manager used to wave and point knives at people, and laugh about it. When confronted, they contact the owner to come in person to silence the employee. They get angry when you aren't doing anything fast even though they are the slowest workers I have ever seen. And much more. I find it funny reading the negative reviews on here, because they would be amazed what goes on in the back. I don't normally wish failure on people, but I genuinely hope this place closes soon. read more
