Only because I can't leave any stars I chose 1 So we had door dash deliver this to us because obviously right now is not the time to go out . Door dash is doing great by the way . Not so much little Caesers that's for sure . The pizza was undercooked and so super greasy , it would help if they put a grease mat under the pie , it was the extra most bestest and my understanding is it's double pepperoni double cheese , but I was wrong , there was barely any cheese I could see all the marinara on top , undercooked like doughy and super greasy . Theres no way the dudes working at this little caesars have a high school diploma, i went there and they seemed to get everyones order wrong and everyone was waiting beyond 20 minutes. It is now 10:01pm on a Saturday night; I ordered a pizza through DoorDash at 9pm. The dasher waited and was then given the wrong order. When the DoorDasher delivered the wrong order I called this location and a rude woman picked up the phone and said to call DoorDash customer service. That they had two orders, one under Fernando and one under Fernanda so that they had accidentally given my dasher Fernandos order instead of mine. That was at 940pm, little ceasers closes at 10. They said that the dasher would have to come back to my house, pick up Fernando's order then drive back to pick up my correct order. After calling DoorDash customer service, the dasher went back and they refuse to give him the right food. This place is horrible. No stars from us. Never getting food here again and calling their corporate location tomorrow morning. read more

If I could write about my more than distasteful experience at this Little Caesar's one word would sum it up, and that is "Closed". Upon arrival the girl at the register not only was rude to a paying customer simply waiting for their 5$ lunch combo to be completely and intentionally prepared irregularly and likely unsanitarily, when asked to speak to her manager to speak about the new potato chip addition to their basic pepperoni 5$ lunch combo that looked horrific as if ran over by a car. I'm unaware of the managers name after thrice asking her for it. I will be taking this to corporate and the better business bureau and maybe even press charges for the ill preparation and likely not up to code condition of this establishment if they're adding random ass ingredients like lays potatoe chips to random orders. The better business bureau will be promptly notified and I hope the crew currently on the shift at 5:40 pm on Saturday the 1st of April 2023 will be fired or at least written up. I'm completely disgusted at the unfortunate interaction I have just had at this Little Caesar's Pizza. She not only hung up on me 3 times but on the 4th call she refused to give me her managers name. I come to this location a lot, considering I'm from here lol. The wait does sucks but the fact that I did get free bread sticks from waiting 45 minutes, really made the whole thing better. I mean I can't really complain. I have and still work at many different restaurants before. So I can understand a little better. My husband placed an order online at 7:37 and was told that it would be ready for pickup at 8, well, it was not. 20 minutes passed 8, he went in to see what was going on and apparently, their printer wasn't working so they did not even know of my order. I've come here a few times and I always receive horrible service. The manager Erika is rude and immature. I overheard her making sexual and childish remarks to the employees, she is very unprofessional. The pizza is either burnt from sitting in the warmer or undercooked. Most of the time they don't even have pizza "hot and ready" so I have to wait up to 30 minutes for a pizza when they tell me it only takes 15 minutes. I would not recommend eating here EVER. I'll come here about every 2 weeks. I'll usually order just one pizza. I always call it in and show up 30 minutes later at least. They've never had my single pizza ready by the time I show up. Almost always get the "the pizza burned" excuse. And I always ask if they burned it 15 minutes ago, since it only took 15 mins for it to be ready then why didn't they just put another one in when they pulled the burned one out. So I know they're full of shit. It's always the same kids playing around in the back so they never get orders done on time. So after waiting about 2 min she tells me my pizza was stuck to the pan and that they needed to make me another pizza. I waited for about 15 min and got my pizza.
