If I could leave 0 starts I would . My mom always orders from Mountain Mike's at this location. They must've gotten new owners because they're very rude. The girl over the phone couldn't even hear her correctly. I'm assuming she doesn't speak English.. and then when they brought the pizza, she asked for a large mountain Mike's large and they gave her a regular large pizza didn't give her plates or anything when she called to complain and talk to the manager he said rudely that she needs to ask if they need it so everyone do not order from here anymore they have new owners and obviously they are rude and not professional horrible customer service zero stars!!!! Thanks Brittney but whom ever is running the business inside currently made you loose a long time customer who purchased frequently due bad customer service and that rude man over the phone who spoke to my mother disrespectfully. We order pizza about once a week from mountain mikes Pelandale. Tonight's pizza was the best. We always order a large half pepperoni half cheese thin crust. It was Cooked perfectly with crispy thin crust and crunchy pepperoni. And it was only a few minutes from ordering to delivery. Used to good to go. 7 bucks and dude grabs 3 dry pieces of pizza from the buffet and hands it to me. Over 2 dollars a slice for old pizza. Not only that it had 2 pepperonis on each. Like man least you could do is put a loaded slice if you didn't want to give anything away. Also daily specials were removed from here and the inside seemed more dead and sad. Today we ordered a large pepperoni and a large veggie. Both pizzas were very, very delicious, but especially our veggie. It was loaded with veggies, and that's how my hubby and I like it. I called Mountain Mike's on Palendale to ask who made our pizza because I want to make sure that the next time we order, Destiny makes our pizzas. They were 10 out of 10 delicious. went in and ordered their buffet, this was around 12:30p.m. lunch hour on a Thursday. when I went to the salad bar they were out of lattice the guy working the counter said he'd get some, 10 min. later still no lattice, on the pizza bar they were putting out small pizza they must have been sliced into twelve slices they were so small and they put out only two small pizza at a time and sometimes for several minutes there would be no pizza on the bar at all there were several adults having the buffet so as soon as they put the pizza out it would be gone. We came for lunch buffet on a Friday at 12:15pm and I asked if there was any of the Himalayan pizza and they said they can make it. As the pizza refills came out, I asked what pizzas there were, and one of the employees said they take requests too! We had salad, pizzas, and desserts all for $26 + tip! TERRIBLE location!! If you have your hours listed as open til 10pm, that means you stay open til 10pm! What a joke of a business. We placed an online order for the MOUNTAIN pizza and a Large pizza for a big group. The order was processed and confirmed (via email) at 9:16pm. Estimated time for pick up was 9:36pm but when we got there at 9:35pm it was pitch black, closed, no one there, no one answered phone call. If you're closed at 9pm or 9:30pm please update your time or maybe don't allow for people to place orders for pick up til 10pm. Go here about twice a month and have never had a bad pizza. Service is always fast and friendly. Usually go in the early afternoon so there's not really much of a crowd, but they do get busy at times. Plenty of tvs on the walls so there's really not a bad place to sit. First off, this was our 6th or 7th time eating here in the past month or so which should speak for itself. Every time we come in the owner/co owner Sandeep is always friendly and smiling! That's just the ambiance, now on to the service. I've never been treated so well at a pizza parlor than I have here at this location. I mean first class service all the way! You can request what pizza you'd like when ordering the lunch buffet, eat from a well stocked and well kept salad bar, and have plenty of choices as to what pizza you'd want to try as they make 4 plus pizzas at a time with breadsticks! That's not including our requested Memphis. When the Memphis came out, the manager Denika went as far as tossing it and remaking a fresh one because the cabbage was looking too old! I mean she was ready to go buy more cabbage at the store if we wanted! Of course we weren't going to make her do that but man, that's superb customer service and dedication if you ask me. Now on to the quality. The soda is properly mixed and not watered down and the pizzas are always fresh and made how they oughta be! No skimping on ingredients and cooked to perfection! Tonight my family and I came in and ordered a cheese pizza "for here" and had a seat. There was one other group of people in the restaurant. I get pizza a couple times a month from different locations, but before COVID-19, I would usually pick it up because the family doesn't like to wait. Now with COVID-19, I'd rather not go out. So, I get the order delivered, roughly an hour later (which is understandable, as I am sure they are busy with COVID-19), and I ask the girl who is delivering if she has cheese and peppers. She said, "Oh no, I don't have any...you have to ask for cheese and peppers". What?!! It was my first time going to the Pelandale location. I ordered a half and half. One side with pepperoni and some other stuff and on the other side, completely different toppings with sausage as the meat instead of pepperoni. The pepperoni I got was not the curly crispy pepperoni that mountain mikes is famous for. It's like they used a totally different pepperoni, which I was pretty disappointed about. Plus they put pepperoni instead of sausage on the half that was supposed to be half sausage, which sucked because my girlfriend doesn't like pepperoni, which was the whole reason we got a half and half.
