The quality feels noticeably lower while prices have gone up, and there's a clear mismatch. The wings have had barely any meat on the bone, the chicken has been dry, and there doesn't seem to be any real check‑in or attention to how the order turns out. Because of this, I've cut back significantly on my visits, which is disappointing given how much I used to enjoy this spot. I am not sure what's wrong with this specific Fire Wings, but their execution and quality are underwhelming compared to the other ones I've been to. Please understand that if you are to give an estimated time for food to be ready, then it should BE AT THAT TIME. The Nashville Fire was a typical spicy chicken sandwich with bread, coleslaw, pickles. Chicken encrusted with batter that was honestly pretty thick and made the chicken very greasy. Completely soaked the bottom of the sandwich bread making it inedible. It was a bit hard to eat, but the chicken was cooked well overall. Garlic fries are always an extra price but they give a great amount! However, the type of fries are inconsistent as I went on same day during lunch and dinner time. The fries are not too bad but can be very oily. Unfortunately, this specific Fire Wings isn't as amazing compared to its other locations. Decided to try Fire Wings tonight. Due to the bad reviews I have not tried anything here. On a good note my friends say their food is good. So after a long work day I decided to give them a try. I ordered the original chicken sandwich with tater tots & a drink. The Chicken Sandwich was amazing, chicken moist and a ton of flavor. The sandwich was big enough by itself I didn't need any sides. Speaking of the sides, the tater tots were crispy but too much salt, ended up eating 2 and my wife tried one and said they were really salty. I threw them away. I don't understand why this place doesn't have more stars. If I'm getting wings this is my place. I think they serve the best wings around. I usually order the 10 bone in combo, fire sauce, extra crispy, veggies, and blue cheese on the side. I've also tried the lemon pepper, Saigon street, korean kick, dragon, siracha, mango habanero, and garlic parm! All great options... In my opinion way better than its competitors. My favorite sides are veggies, garlic noodles, fries plain or sauced up, zucchini sticks, and stuffed jalapeños. I like this location especially.... They are cool about substitutions or special requests like extra crispy, extra sauce on the side, flats or drums only.... The staff is always friendly. They greet every customer and say "good bye thanks for coming" to every customer. The kitchen is always listening to some heavy and intense music which is awesome.
