Best pizza place ever! Was making a quick stop on our way up to the bay. It never disappoints! Service was so great, they even heated up the marinara that i ordered per my request, the best part was they were kind and cool with it. Ambience was clean and tons of open seating to enjoy the best pizza ever or a nice cold beer. If you've never had pizza factory please come and order their combo! read more

Gotta love pizza factory!! Wanted some lunch today and stumbled upon them having a lunch buffet! Even better. It's currently $13.99 for their buffet that was not busy and stayed stocked! That price also included the fountain drink! The staff were friendly and we will definitely be back! read more

Very uncomfortable vibes, unwelcoming, we showed up at 7:30pm and they looked like they were closing already. We asked what time they were closing and they said not till 9, we proceeded to order but felt uncomfortable and decided to leave.... Definitely won't be coming back read more

Got to say great customer service even when they're busy and even get the pizza right on time when they're busy to eat inside and always great friendly workers they have and yes it is nice and clean in there compared to other pizza places in town read more

We love coming here. The food is always fresh and delicious! The staff is always so friendly. I'm just so happy we found this gem!

The food was good and the location is in a nice area. The restaurant itself had a modern look and the environment was pleasant. I got the lunch buffet which was a decent price. read more

Food was great and loved this pizza factory location it was amazing having me and my friends over to eat pizza

Ordered the Pepperoni Duo tonite in Atwater CA and it actually looks like this. (See photo) (Not like the promo photo) While there is a lot of pepperoni on it (more than most places), the thick crust version (extra $1) was very tough, chewy and dry. I'll take Pizza Hut Pan Meat Lovers over this any day! I had high hopes for this chain, but 2 pizzas - 1 medium and 1 large delivered for $50! Definitely not worth $50, but to each their own... read more

I've been here several times. It's always been clean and good food. What gets the 5 stars is the staff. There is a young gentleman who was so accommodating and thoughtful, especially when I was making special orders for my toddlers. read more

We went out for pizza last night, and decided to give the Pizza Factory a try for the first time. It was by far the best pizza we have had in years. The service was great and the pizza was delicious! This is definitely our new go-to place for pizza! read more

Consistently good pizza! I'm sick of going to a place and having great pizza only to talk it up to my friends and have it disappoint because they were inconsistent. The only other very consistent pizza place rhymes with Whittle Cheezers. I love the pizza crust here, it is crunchy on the outside and soft in the middle. They use quality ingredients here and it clearly affects the taste. The lunch salad bar is a great deal. They have a great salad spread with fresh vegetables and ingredients. They also have soups if you're a fan of soups, they usually have a decent clam chowder or potato soup. Lunch buffet is great. They have steak fries that are seasoned and delicious . Tip: make sure to get the frequent buyer card if you are planning to do the lunch buffet. Outdoor seating is nice, but it can get hot. read more

We order factory special pizza the XL it was very tasty. I order the green salad and the ranch dressing was amazing they make their own dressing and the salad was fresh and crispy with the right amount of mozzarella cheese and love the mini croutons. The habanero taste it like they make their own sauce they were very good. As far as prize very fair for the quality they provide read more

Okay pizza. Place could be cleaner. We received our pizza in a reasonable time. Prices are higher for just okay pizza.

We were here watching the DALLAS COWBOYS win in CHICAGO Having a Pizza and Salad. By the way, ATWATER PIZZA FACTORY has the very best Salad Bar Ever only second to Turlock Sizzler's. Well so much for Dallas winning but really enjoyed the Awesome Combo and the Roasted Wings. Thank you read more

Even though this pizza place has chosen to stay current with its competitors by producing an app, creating a reward system and offering trendy choices (Cauliflower Crust), they still manage to offer age old specifics that will always remain a staple of a nostalgic pizza shop. They have a small video game area which is reminiscent of a simpler time, but most importantly they offer a salad bar. Due to COVID and everything that comes along with it I don't believe that the salad bar is functional, so until it returns I'd suggest sticking with the pizza and wings, they are always quality and always filling. read more

We went to eat there last weekend with a large group. The place was clean, the service and pizza was great! The only thing I would suggest would be to chop the sun dried tomatoes as they are harder to eat while on a pizza. Also there were a lot of them so reduce that too. Otherwise we were very pleased! read more

Customer service is lacking and Owner doesn't care. I ordered a couple pizzas and bread sticks. The bread sticks came raw and the order came completely wrong. When I called the manager said I was going to be black listed because I requested to return the in correct products for the correct products or a credit. My wife and I have had similar situations with this place before and never complained. This time we are fed up. We will not recommend this place to anyone and we will not return to it. Also the owner is very rude! Just saying... read more

We came here for the lunch buffet, as this is the only time we come here to eat. We no longer hold any expectations to this place, as we always seem to leave with disappointment and a hole in our pocket for the price of the food. We came in around 12:30ish pm, which the lunch buffet ended around 2 pm (as we were told after calling and asking in person). It was our family, another family with small children, and two adults who were sitting separate, and nobody was getting up to eat any of the six pizzas that were sitting out and collecting the flies that were in the building. The cashier quickly gave us our plates and drink cups, and the cashier went straight to the back of the kitchen area so he could finish his conversation with the other employee, that I think we must have interrupted them. Looked through the pizza bar, didn't see much that we liked, so we just picked some of the other slices that we could easily pick the toppings off of. We had been told from several employees from past trips here, that if there's not a lot of customers in the room then we can request a specific pizza to be made, as long as we were having the buffet. We didn't think to ask for a special request, as one of the employees was taking a pizza out of the oven, and the other person was putting a new one in, which one of the pizzas looked like a regular pepperoni pizza instead of the weird pizzas they had out that barely had any slices taken out of them. While we were eating the few slices we had, we had also picked up some salad from the salad bar. We got our usual salad fixings, which includes our ranch dressing, tomatoes, cheese, and cucumbers. I had the first bite of the cucumber, and had to resist the immediate urge to throw up the cucumber that I had just ate. All I know is that they definitely clean their vegetables they use for everything, but must not be able to wash that soap off before they put it out. It took me several minutes and almost chugging my entire drink before I got the horrid chemical taste out of my mouth, in which I had entirely lost my appetite afterward. Every other veggie that we had gotten was fine, but those cucumbers, none of them were good for the three trips we took to the salad bar. At this point, the salad was the only thing we were eating. We never come here when the buffet isn't going on, because the pizza does not taste that great once it starts getting cold. Even with the fresh pizza straight out of the oven, it always seems that the cheese never does well with melting. What pizza doesn't have that dreamy, stringy cheese when you pick it up to eat it? But they eventually made a pepperoni pizza after us being there for 45 minutes, that was gone in less than five minutes as everyone wanted that pizza. We also enjoyed a few slices of the cinnamon bread sticks which were good, but we prefer out bread sticks to be frosting with just a tad bit of bread to balance out the sugar. Overall, it was just another 'alright' experience we've had here. One great thing that would be great for probably everyone's experience, is that when there's less than ten people in the restaurant and people are having the buffet, is that the employees ask them what pizza they'd like. They had five leftover pizzas that were still not taken away by the time we left, that were there before we even ordered. read more

Sadly it's only the salad bar that's open. Sure do miss the pizza buffet. Upon seeing the ad pop up on social media numerous times, I thought I'd call and check to see if it is the full salad bar & pizza buffet that is now open but sadly that wasn't the case. read more

I came on a Sunday at 2pm and it was definitely very family friendly (read: babies everywhere, sometimes crying), I personally don't have a problem with this and it might be different in the afternoons. They have 5 TVs. They offer 8 beers on tap and some bottled beers. The customer service is really good as well, everyone is really nice and welcoming. I ordered breadsticks and they were really good. The Greek mini pizza is plenty for 1 and it was pretty good,, not the best pizza I've ever had but still good. Great new pizza place in Atwater. Definitely worth checking out read more

Awesome! Great option for Atwater! This is my first review. I wanted to wait till they had been open for a few months before I wrote a review. Looks like they have the ovens and everything dialed in. The crust was tasty and cooked to perfection. & Keeps gettin better.. I had the lunch buffet, which started with a salad bar ( nice options; potato wedges, veggies, sunflower seeds, & more importantly real bacon! ) then I tried a variety of pizzas. Loved the one with jalepenos and the combo. Had to have the Hawaii too. Next time I have to try the meatball pizza.. Lots of TV's for sports. Good atmosphere.. perfect for families or a quick lunch. Not sure if they have the buffet on weekends? The lunch buffet was a great deal. I heard of a text special, but will check it out next time. read more

Came at 8:15 pm with my family of 4 to eat 4 and 8 years of age and the weather is 55 degrees slight wind and as we walk in, he proceeds to tell us that they do close at 9 o'clock, but all the tables inside were closed so we would have to sit outside if we do chose to dine in! I love there there lunch buffet. Their salad bar is the main reason I come to the lunch buffet at least one a week. They use romaine lettuce. They have ever condiment u could want. On top of that their soups are delicious along with all their different types of pizza. They also have frequent specials such as 14.99 and xl pizza. Pizza factory also has indoor and outdoor seating. Very clean! Very friendly! I've been to The Pizza Factory in Visalia, Farmersville, Woodlake and Three Rivers and this one was by far the cleanest and as always, delicious. They do hand toss the dough and their pizzas are good. Their subs are awesome and they have a wide variety in regards to their salad bar which includes select meats. If I am ever in Atwater again, I will make this a priority stop. Try their cheesy bread sticks, you won't be disappointed. read more
