Asked for a water cup and they said they have no cups and we had to buy a bottle, but when we asked again they reluctantly gave a cup, I'm pretty sure they just didn't want dishes to do or something. Came here on a weeknight for dinner. It's 100 out and was expecting it to be cooler inside. It was hotter if anything and there was no sign on the door or explanation so I asked the cashier and she seemed very casual as she explained it had worked earlier but gone out at some point. The dining area honestly should be closed in extreme heat because there are no fans even. The other issue is their address is wrong on google- it says east bellevue. That needs to be fixed asap. Also small thing but one small tv in the corner and limited channels. The staff was friendly and polite. The only thing that hasn't changed over the years is the phone number. The customer service is severely lacking as compared to 20 years ago when I was an assistant manager for Atwater Pizza Hut. I've ordered from Pizza Hut in the past and it has always been just okay. I ordered 3 pizzas from internet and went to pick them up. Two were completely wrong and the third was no where to be found. I was asked to wait 20 minutes for the new 1 pizza while the other 2 were kept in the warmer. There were teenage kids in the back doing everything but working. If they can't be trusted to read an order off the internet, who knows what else they're forgetting to do, wash hands, cover coughs. Will not go back. Update - I went back, BIG mistake. This place in Atwater is absolutely horrible. For the second time in a row that I have ordered, I found hair in my pizza. SECOND TIME. I called and they refused to accept that it was THEIR fault. Once we found a blonde hair. Second time it was a curly hair. No one in my group has this type of hair. I do not know if they use hair nets or not, but it is absolutely disgusting. Ruined our appetite and angered me because they refused to admit their error. They eventually gave me $12 in credit. I will NOT be using that credit because I will NOT be eating there again. Usually the food is pretty good. Today we got 3 large pizzas and the crust did not taste good. The crust on the pizza felt really old and not fresh. The pizza also had no sauce and there was no flavor what so ever. This is the second time in a row that we had bad pizza. read more

Worst customer service ever! Ordered online, was told order would be ready within 10-20 minutes, and when I came in to pick it up it still wasn't ready! (keep in mind I didn't go till 40 minutes after I ordered it, leaving plenty of time) When I asked how long it would take, they told me they had "forgotten" to even put it in! My wife ordered a "LARGE" Combination Pizza (which is about 12" accross) and a side order of chicken wings ONLINE. The total given was $32.48. $16.49 for the combo, and $15.99 (!!) for the wings. It seemed like a lot of money for what we got. The pizza was mediocre, pretty much tasteless, the wings were okay. This morning I noted the online purchase on my bank account for $41.68 to PIZZA HUT. They had added a "service fee" of $1.46, a delivery charge of $4.56, and tax of $3.18. Tax is expected, but should have been included in the price quote. The rest is ridiculous! THIS FAMILY will NEVER go to PIZZA HUT again!! There are several other pizza parlors in Atwater that give better service, larger and tastier pizzas, with free delivery. My family and I started ordering pizza every week because of this place. We love their pizza. It's especially easy when you order online. Just select what you want and they'll bring it to you! I haven't been inside too many times, but when I did it was very clean. If we ever went to pick up pizza, however, we were kept waiting for a while. By far the worst Pizza Hut I have ever been to, horrible customer service. When I walked in to pick up my order the girl was very rude, did not greet or smile or made sure that I had what I needed, she also had a huge hicky on her neck that looked so unprofessional. Do they still have to open the boxes to show us our order? Because she didn't do that..We ordered mozzarella cheese sticks and they were nasty and soggy and split In half to top it off it only came with 5 when she had said it was 10 for 5 dollars. I didn't realize until we were in the car so I called them and whoever answered the phone was very rude and said that her co worker might of given us wrong information but didn't apologize. I said the box only had 5 cheese sticks and she said that was correct and wouldn't let me speak further. I called the next nearest Pizza Hut and I was told that it should come with at least 8 and said they always hear negative comments about Atwater's Pizza Hut!! Horrible experience, don't go there!!
