The bread on the cheese burger was not cooked and was cold. Disappointed and frys where a bit cold

I have many pros and mini cons starting with the pros. The food is really good and it's fresh now let's get with the cons so first of all Wendy's I wouldn't say has bad customer service. But I was in the drive-through and a man had to come walking into the drive-through to get his drinks when he didn't get him. Wendy's machines were working so it was hard to pay eventually after the fifth try it worked so if you're stressed, I would not recommend going there. I would not do that and just forget everything or they just don't listen. read more

Never do delivery. There is always something(s) missing. They rush things out so quick there is no proper taping on half the bags. Anyone can stick their hands in. Missed two fries in our order...this round. I can pick up for myself personally and everything gets taped up right in front of me. Then I have to tear it just to check before I walk off. I order delivery and it's the opposite. Aside of that, no complaints on the food itself. Just don't sub a spicy item for a none spicy. Some of the consumers order non-spicy for a reason. read more

I went through the drive-through today and ordered the junior bacon cheeseburger special, which is two burgers fries and a medium drink. I also ordered a crispy chicken sandwich because I was sharing this meal. I pulled out of the drive-through I looked in the bag and one of the sandwiches was missing so I went back into the store And told the young man at the counter. One of the workers had her arm out with the bag so they knew they forgot. Got home which is about 5 minutes . Burgers were cold. The chicken sandwich was the only warm item in the bag. Small but still $6.00 by itself. The prices are too much for it to be so mediocre. Fries were old and cold. Just a huge disappointment. They need to take lessons from the Modesto Carpenter Rd location. read more

Got Wendy's on 26/2/2025. The Cheeseburger was good along with the French fries and Chicken Nuggets.

I feel ripped off. I haven't been to Wendy's for a while and I was wanting a Frosty this evening. In all my visits to Wendy's where I ordered a Frosty, it came in a big red cup and I could have half and save the other half for the next day. I made my order and asked for a large chocolate Frosty. It came in a small cup. I said there must be a mistake and I was assured this was the large Frosty. I was told the bigger Frosty in the red cup may be something other franchises do but not this one. I brought it home and took a photo of it next to a bottle of soda. Look at the puny size! Never again Bellevue Wendy's. I'll head over to Fosters Freeze when I want a burger and milkshake from now on. read more

They need a new speaker since all you hear is static and it's obvious they can't hear anything either. I had to repeat my order multiple times after they repeated it back to me correctly then incorrectly again. I asked if they could substitute spicy nuggets for the regular nuggets in a biggie bag multiple times and they never said anything but the female manager with all the tattoos told the employee making food to put regular nuggets but couldn't tell me it wasn't allowed when I asked multiple times. I asked for no ranch sauce on my chicken sandwich and they made sure to put some anyways, if only the manager was on top of that instead of the type of nuggets they put in the biggie bag. read more

Was eating breakfast inside the building and looked on the floor and saw a big roach coming towards me so I got the manager and asked if they had a roach problem. She came and looked at it. I asked her if she could get rid of it and to get a exterminator. Don't think I'll be eating here no more And yes she did sweep it up and said she would tell her boss. She also made a video of the roach on the floor. read more

The employees at this location are very rude. They like to talk down to customers like they are experts in some given field when in actuality they are just glorified SpongeBobs. Flipping crabby patties for chump change. The lobby is disgusting and the tables are sticky but the cookies are on point and always seem to be fresh for the quality that they are. read more

Service was so bad me and my brother had to wait 5-8 minutes just for someone to come to the counter and take out orders. They didn't give us sauce and the food was soggy. read more

My husband and son ordered through the drive-thru, and got the worse service ever , their food was literally thrown at them , the food was shoved to them and told them everything is their !! And they didn't hand the debit card to him they through my card in the bottom of the bag!! No excuse for this kind of service , understandable everyone might be short staffed , overworked etc but if your being polite and patient you should receive the same service in return !! read more

I get there at 11 am because my kids wake up at 10:30 ish and they wanted breakfast from Wendy's but when I get there the lady says they don't have breakfast past 10:30 and so I leave the line and order breakfast at McDonald's because they have great breakfast hours. I'm not trying to wake my kids up early just to get Wendy's breakfast. I want to let them sleep in and get rest. Very disappointed in the breakfast hours. read more

I will not be coming back to this place any time soon. This place is a joke. I went in on 10/14 around 1pm. A girl who wasn't trained at all started taking our order. She started laughing and walked off while I was in mid sentence. Then some other girl started helping us. I handed her a large bill and she seriously STOPPED everything and everyone working make sure it was real. All their cooks and register people were were in the back looking at it. They had a drive thru and a line waiting and these clowns were looking at my money. It wasn't until I handed them my bank card that they finally stopped looking around and began doing their job. They wasted my time and other people's. Until they can fix this problem, I will just be going to Merced. That was ridiculous. read more

The food here is hot and good but every time we come here they mess up our order. This last time really upset me because they charged me for frostys I didn't get. The frostys I did order were the wrong flavor. I called the store after I got home no answer called corporate and they have never called me back. Came here for a family dinner, with the restaurant not very packed. The new cashier was very friendly when we first walked in, the manager that was taking our order wasn't very friendly at all. The food was cooked right then and there, but not very fresh or hot when it came out. Fries were way too salted and not cooked properly, my chicken sandwich hadn't been cooked all the way either, and the soda machine needed to be cleaned. read more

We had ordered on the app. When we got to the window the girl had forgot we were the mobile order. We were told to park around front and sat there for 20 minutes. While we were waiting the app sent me a message saying food was done, but took an additional ten minutes to get it to us. They took very long with my order on drive thru and to top it off they gave me an incomplete order so I had to go back inside to get the rest of my food. Employees should confirm everything is in the bag before handing out the order. read more

I love Wendy's for those days where I need to feed the fat kid in me. I was so excited Atwater was getting a Wendys. The first few months the service was outstanding and the food was good. After a few months later, the food is just OK. Every time I go, I feel as if the workers over salted their natural cut fries. I love fries and I hate how it's overly salty every time I go. I felt like I just down a cup of salt. It depends on who is working though, some days the fries are good and some days it's bad. The burgers are ok. read more
