Burgers are very tasty but today I ordered a combo 11 and added a ranch for the fries....I get home....and the fries are missing...but the ranch is there! My fault for not checking the bag before leaving but their bad for also not checking the bag before giving it to me. My husband made an online order, paid and pick up time was supposed to be at 11:36. He arrived at 11:29 and it was closed, but on yelp it said the restaurant was still opened. The food is great and especially the milkshakes, but for sure update the hours online please. read more

I went through the drive through to order chili cheese dogs. I drove all the way back to work to bring lunch to my co workers and noticed that they gave me chili cheese fries. I called, they apologized and said to bring them back in and they would trade them out. On my way back over they called and said the owner said it's my fault and if I want the order fixed I would have to re order and pay for the new order. I will never go back there ever again and I will let everyone I know not to go there anymore. They have horrible customer service. read more

The burger did taste very good. But couldn't distinguish what was bacon and what was pastrami. It was so fried and crunchy. A vintage style diner. Clean interior dining, I ordered a chocolate malt and onion rings to go. It was prepared quickly and the onion rings were done perfectly. A side of house dressing was included with the generous serving of onion rings. I usually enjoy my onion rings plain, but this time dipped every one. The large malt was more like a shake, both the chocolate and malt flavors fairly delicate, and I do prefer intense on both. But it hit the spot and I enjoyed both. Had a family of four enter ahead of me and encouraged me to order ahead of them as they were still deciding, which was much appreciated as I was driving back to Sacramento and getting my food to go. But let me be clear I am stating this on a very specific burger. The western bacon cheeseburger. Best one I've had. Juicy. Thick giant bacon. Just delicious all around. Anyone who reads my letter, don't go ordering no hamburger or corn dog and tell me the place is ok. Western Bacon Cheeseburger. Do it. Also tried the fish burger which was like an amped up version of Mcdonalds fish fillet (it's a compliment, I like those little things). Also tried Pastrami Burger (good but a big too heavy for me) and Pastrami Sandwich (pretty good). The fries? PIPING hot. like REALLY hot. like, ooh I can't touch it hot. Love the fries but please, could you put like 20% of the salt you use, it's so salty, it's like it's been buried in salt. Still like it, after shaking as much salt off as possible though :) The only big warning I have for others about you is the crazy wait times. Oh only 2 cars in line? Expect to wait maybe 20 minutes. No cars? still expect to wait 8-10 minutes. I don't hold it too much against you because its a trade off for quality vs speed. I get it, you are making each one fresh. I am willing to wait, but just a warning to those who are in a rush and think "oh it's fast food"... it ain't fast. Is it worth the wait though, heck yeah. Really, really good burgers, fries and onion rings. There are so many choices off add-ons: bacon, jalapeños, avocado... Fries and crinkles cut and seasoned well. I love mine with ranch. These burgers are pretty good! I have to say I'm not impressed with the location, so next time I'll likely do the drive-though option. They have seating inside as well as patio. We came later in the evening and sat inside, there were two regular booths and a couple of... half booths? This could have definitely been planned out better. We got the western burger and pastrami burger, both were good and we ate the entire thing even though they were huge. The fries were alright, I'll try the onion rings next time. I absolutely loved the banana shake, I'll go back just for that. The best part about this spot was the service, the girl that helped us was very sweet with absolutely everyone, and treated everyone that came in with the same level of respect and a smile. I have been hearing for quite some time now that this place had awesome food so I finally decided to ordered a small grilled chicken salad and a small Diet Pepsi. The order came to less than $10 and was delicious. The salad was nothing fancy but the chicken was cooked perfectly juicy and the produce was crisp. They also gave me a generous portion of dressing which I appreciated. The only downside was that the drive they was very slow (15 min) and I didn't have anyone waiting in front of me but the salad was worth it and I will definitely go back. read more
