Workers were friendly. Philly chesesteak: 1/5 the meat was on a sweeter side and I could be wrong but the bun used was a hot dog bun which couldn't hold the amt of meat that was but on. Sooooo I couldn't pick it up to eat bc it fell apart so I ended up using a fork to eat the meat. The good think was that it was piping hot but I can't say much about the favor it didn't taste like a philly cheese steak. Very delicious!!! They do have a drive-thru but we went in to order. The person taking our order, you can tell she didn't want to be there but was still very helpful. It took about 15-20 mins before our order was done but they were very busy and I got home I tasted why. When I got home, I reached into the bag to grab my burger and wow it was heavier than I expected. I have been hearing for quite some time now that this place had awesome food so I finally decided to ordered a small grilled chicken salad and a small Diet Pepsi. The order came to less than $10 and was delicious. The salad was nothing fancy but the chicken was cooked perfectly juicy and the produce was crisp. They also gave me a generous portion of dressing which I appreciated. Burger Time is started off excellent. The food has been lower quality in preparation and presentation and quality. The interior is not clean, the restroom is unclean. There is very small access to proper seating inside. Uncomfortable booths. The Employees have been unprofessional, rude and not providing the quality service like they offered when they opened. There is no proper ventilation and the music is always so loud it is disruptive when you want to sit and enjoy food inside. The Owners need to ensure a clean healthy environment for Customers, bring up the quality of the food to the high standards it was in the beginning and deep clean the entire facility. The crinkle cut fries made my day. The burger was just okay. My berry shake didn't have any real berries in it. Sad. The service was some kind of special. The food came in about 500 paper bags. Why? I'm not sure but each item was individually wrapped and bagged and then shoved into one plastic bag. It was an overall okay experience. Me and and the wife split a cheeseburger and a bacon western cheeseburger. We couldn't finish them. They come with all the trimmings. Also has a soda and a Oreo cookies and cream shake. It was good not too thick that u couldn't drink it out of a straw. The two young ladies up front were working hard and pleasant. I normally don't leave reviews unless I have to or feel the need to. My children wanted brunch and they chose Burger Time so I placed a Takeout order online via Yelp. It was around 12pm when the restaurant received my order. I started driving to the restaurant. When I arrived at 12:33pm was when Yelp notified me that my food was ready for pickup. I went in and told one the waitresses I was there to pick up my order and gave her my name. She said "yup, it's ready" and she went back and disappeared. I waited as another waitress with red hair came out filling my drinks and condiments. I kept waiting with my daughter in the lobby with at least 6 other people around me and more people going in and out of the restaurant to pick up and order food. I wasnt sure when food was coming out as the waitress confirmed it was ready so I waited patiently for about 25 minutes and decided to send my daughter to wait in the car to avoid contact with people due to COVID. The waitress kept taking orders and didn't say anything to me. At 1pm was when I approached her and asked if my food was ready because I was told 30 minutes ago that food was ready for pick up. She yelled back to the cook and the cook told her it would be another minute. The waitress didn't respond or communicate back to me. I waited and she started packing my food. Once ready, she handed it to me with an attitude "here you go". I thanked her and she responded "welcome", still with attitude. I gave this review one star because there was lack of communication and poor services from the restaurant. I wouldn't have felt worried for myself and my daughter and would have waited in the car if she had let me know that it would be another 30 minutes (total of 1 hour) wait, for covid safety purpose. During this trip, I did not see the waitresses wear gloves. There was no hand sanitizer on the counters. They did not wipe each time after a customer. There were no tape marks on the ground to indicate 6ft social distancing. Guests were in and out and near each other inside and outside of the restaurant. Very COVID-19 risky. Food wise, my kids said their patties were soggy. I took a bite of each of my kids burgers and food was soggy and cold as the food had been set out for too long. I believe they made the burgers out first and left on the side while the cook took another 30 minutes to make my grilled chicken salad. We usually spent $45-60 each time we visited this place. Won't ever go back again. Back to In-N-Out and HW Burgers which taste so much better and better services. The one star is also for the size is their burgers. Yes, they're not stingy but lack of communication (COVID safety risk) and poor customer service, worries and frustration seem to take over the feelings for their food. read more
